Ocean Key Resort & Spa

Great rooms at the perfect location. You can walk or uber to any of the famous locations. Parking is a little high, but parking is so limited downtown, it’s just the nature of the beast. Employees were friendly and attentive. Nice pool area with bar service.

We had a nice stay here. The 2 room suite was spacious and comfortable. One room was more basic, while the other did have a jacuzzi tub and a large walk in shower. Lets call them the kids room and the adults room. Nice view off the balcony. One thing was kinda strange, while we didn't need to cook in the room access to the washer, dryer and full-size fridge would have been nice. Its locked off. I didn't book the room, so maybe it was an up charge to get accress to it. The mini fridge had limited room due to items stocked by the resort. A few bar and restaurant options on the property. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The People at Ocean Key Make Every Visit Unforgettable! We were in Key West celebrating our wedding, and one of the highlights of our trip was visiting Sweet Bird Bar at Ocean Key Resort! Kendra is truly such a kind, sweet soul with the warmest personality. She was an absolute joy to talk to, full of wonderful stories, great conversation, and the best local recommendations! She made us feel so welcomed and genuinely added something special to our time in Key West. And I have to mention — she made the absolute BEST piña colada of my life! Seriously, unforgettable! We also have to give a very special thank-you to Craig, who has made some of our most meaningful moments in Key West even more memorable. During our engagement trip, he went above and beyond by surprising us with a bottle of champagne delivered to our room and breakfast vouchers for Hot Tin Roof. It was such a thoughtful gesture that we never forgot! Naturally, when we returned to Key West to get married, we absolutely had to stop by and see him. True to his generous spirit, Craig surprised us once again by covering our drinks at Sweet Bird Bar as a little wedding gift. It’s these heartfelt gestures that turn a beautiful resort into a place that holds such special memories in our hearts. We’ve stayed at Ocean Key on previous visits, and it continues to be one of our favorite places to relax, celebrate life’s milestones, and soak in the magic of Key West. The property is beautiful, but it’s truly the people like Kendra and Craig who make Ocean Key so exceptional. Thank you both for your kindness, generosity, and genuine hospitality. You’ve been part of two of the most special chapters of our love story, and we’ll always remember that. We can’t wait to return and make even more memories! 🌴🥂💕

It was nothing like expected. The location was great, but the hotel didn't meet expectations. Our room was disgusting with some black particles (or bugs??) wafting down from the ceiling, sprinkling all over our bed constantly. We would wipe them away (gross!!) and more would return within minutes. When we told the front desk (Bree), we felt our request was ignored. She had conflicting stories about someone coming to our room and taking care of it, then in the same call saying they didn't see anything so nothing was done. I shared photos of the dirt/feces/bugs, and I received an apology text from Craig that said "yes, it is emanating from the ceiling". They are aware and still placing guests in that room. I emailed Craig after checkout since our bill was also incorrect, and Craig asked to speak on the phone. I said I was available, provided my number, and received zero phone calls from Craig. This lack of hospitality at a "resort" for the prices charged per night - I would expect A CLEAN room and helpful courteous staff. I received neither.
