Got a room for the night two a day prior to coming for a good deal. $130 for a nice spotless clean room with two big comfy beds and very nice shower and bathroom. Also has a fridge and nice lighting. Views of the other buildings in the city are cool as well. Parking is a little tight for bigger vehicles to get in n out n is $35 for 24hrs at the hotel. It’s a parking garage. Bar downstairs, rooftop bar & pool upstairs. Elevators & in room service for food is cool too. Modern ac that works very well and is quiet. Check out is 12pm & check in is at 3. It’s a great stay for sure ! Also the refundable fee is $100 for checking in. They did have a false emergency alarm tho at 1:40am which was loud and annoying walked down there for no reason lol haha but they did give us the free parking for the inconvenience which was sweet!

We stayed here this past weekend, and overall the hotel itself was very nice. The room was really clean, the sheets were clean, and everything with the actual property was perfectly fine. The main reason I’m giving a lower rating is because of our experience with Anderson at the front desk, and honestly the issue started before we even had a problem with the air conditioning. When we first checked in, he immediately came across as very cold and unwelcoming. He asked for my ID, explained the incidentals, and that was pretty much it. There was no welcome, no smile, and no information about the hotel at all. Nothing about the pool, the bar, amenities, or anything else. I’m not saying I need some over-the-top check-in experience or to be treated like a princess, but when you’re working the front desk of a hotel, not to mention a “four star” hotel, I feel like basic friendliness and hospitality should come with the job. He honestly felt like a brick wall from the second we walked up. Then, when we got to our room, it was extremely hot, almost 80 degrees. We turned the air down and waited about 20 minutes, but the room only seemed to get hotter. We went back downstairs to ask for help, and Anderson was once again very short, dismissive, and not helpful at all. We ended up waiting close to an hour for someone to come up, which was really frustrating considering we had just checked in and were sitting in such a hot room. Eventually, the manager came up, fixed the issue, and was extremely nice and helpful. We honestly didn’t have much interaction with the staff after that because we were out for most of the night and then spent the rest of our time in the room, so I can’t speak on everyone who works there. Everything else about the hotel was completely fine, and I really don’t have any complaints about the room or the property itself. Unfortunately, Anderson’s attitude and lack of hospitality really left a bad impression and is the main reason for my rating. I normally wouldn’t leave a low review because of one person, but the front desk is usually your first interaction with a hotel, and he genuinely did not make us feel welcomed at all. Based on our experience, customer-facing hospitality just did not seem like the right fit for him. I also want to add more context about the AC situation. My boyfriend went downstairs first, explained the issue, and gave Anderson our room number. We waited quite a while and nobody came, so he called the front desk and gave the room number again. Anderson said the manager would be up shortly. After waiting even longer in a 78-degree room, I went downstairs myself. Anderson then told me my boyfriend had given him the wrong room number the first time, which I honestly found very hard to believe. Especially because he didn’t say that on the phone to my boyfriend when he called him. I calmly explained that we had already been waiting a long time and asked if there was anything else he could do. His response was essentially that he had already called and the manager would come when he came. I then asked why he had seemed so unwelcoming and short with us since check-in. Instead of really addressing it, he pointed to an email address and told me I could make a complaint there. I told him I wasn’t trying to complain in that moment, I was simply trying to understand why we were being treated that way. Within a few minutes of me going back upstairs, the manager arrived, fixed the AC, and was extremely nice. Again, the hotel itself was fine. The lower rating is really because of how unnecessarily unpleasant Anderson made the experience.
Amazing customer service, Well beautiful location that covers 12 lovely attractions with less than 15 minutes walk. I stayed in 6 floor (Executive room with city and bay view) then move to 8th floor Executive 1 Bedroom suite 1 knig bedroom. The environment is very tidy and clean. My wife really enjoyed the restaurant. Lot's of variety, smells nice and good hygiene. However I will like to give all their customer service attendance and management most especially Mr (GONZALES RAUL)Kudos 👏 for good smiles, helping and ready to support their guests. Lastly,I will like to recommend there pool is 10/10 you have to visit.
I stayed overnight at this hotel, which is advertised as a four-star property, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The room itself was not bad. I booked a suite with large windows and plenty of natural light. However, as soon as I entered the room, I realized that the curtains could not be opened properly. I called for assistance, but it took a very long time for someone to arrive, even though the hotel did not appear to be busy. Overall, the hotel feels more like a basic three-star property than a four-star hotel. It was clean and acceptable, but the level of service was disappointing. There was no one available to help with luggage, and the main entrance did not have automatic doors. When you are carrying several bags, the heavy door is very difficult to open without assistance. The staff generally seemed uninterested and unhelpful. In the morning, I tried calling the operator several times, but nobody answered. I was only connected to an automated AI system, which was frustrating when I needed help from an actual person. The suite was spacious, but the service and overall atmosphere made the stay feel like an ordinary budget hotel experience. I would not stay here again, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
I had a really great stay at the Novotel in Brickell, Miami. The hotel itself was beautiful! The decor and overall atmosphere were amazing and gave such a modern, relaxing vibe. One thing that really stood out was how welcoming the staff was. We actually ran into the manager of operations in the elevator and he was so friendly, hospitable, and genuinely made us feel welcomed during our stay. The rooftop pool and lounge area was definitely one of my favorite parts. Such a great atmosphere with beautiful views and a really nice place to relax. I stayed here with my friend, and as two women traveling together, we both felt very safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay, which was really important to us. Overall, such a great experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Miami.
