I entered my room for the first time and I saw dirty, wet, panties under the sink that smelled. I ignored it for a second to go put my bag down and on the blanket I see a cigarette burn hole in the blanket. I then, very respectfully, went to the hotel staff to report this truly awful first impression of the hotel, and the best they said they could do is give me so free chocolate. (The worker Habib was nice though) They sent a cleaning lady into the room to clean it and make sure it was fine for us to sleep there, but when I came back after the so called “cleaning” I walked into the bathroom and saw that the dirty, wet, and smelly panties we’re still there. I really do not recommend this hotel and hope that you have better standards when you are spending this much money.

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Our room and the view were beautiful, and dinner at Baia Beach Club was definitely a highlight — amazing food and exceptional service. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Would absolutely love to come back! 🤍
All the 5-star reviews here appear to be from fake or inactive-looking accounts, and after staying here, I can understand why. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in Miami. First, be aware that even after paying $350–$400 per night for a room, if you want to use the pool, you're expected to spend a minimum of $500 on food and drinks. The pool is also packed with people, making it feel more like a crowded nightclub than a hotel. That policy is unreasonable, especially considering the cost of the room. While the hotel looks beautiful from the outside, that's where the positives end. The rooms smelled terrible, were not properly cleaned, and had stains on the couches, beds, and other furniture. To make matters worse, the customer service was extremely disappointing. Most of the employees seemed uninterested in helping guests and had rude, dismissive attitudes. Overall, this hotel focuses more on taking your money than providing a quality guest experience. I would not recommend staying here.
The best part of my stay was definitely the restaurant and bar area with the beautiful ocean view. Sitting by the table or bar while looking out at the water was very relaxing and enjoyable. However, there were several things that could be improved. The outside restaurant area was extremely hot, and the fans they currently have are not effective. I think the hotel should invest in better cooling systems or replace the fans to make guests more comfortable, especially in the outdoor seating area. I also experienced unfriendly behavior from some of the staff and security during a fashion show event taking place at the hotel. Some employees came across as rude, with no greeting, smile, or welcoming attitude when approached. Customer service and professionalism could definitely be improved. In addition, the property itself feels outdated and could benefit from renovations and a more modern look overall. The ocean view and restaurant atmosphere were lovely, but the service, comfort, and condition of the hotel need improvement.
We went through Airbnb so I can only speak to that studio that we rented. It was tired and run down for what we paid. Moldy bathroom tiles, tiles falling off/missing from the shower, cheap bureau, only one casual chair, kitchen area table with four chairs but the chairs are stained across the top from constant use. One bed has a permanently sunken in side. There’s a daily resort fee, be careful to account for that in your pricing. This place is LOUD. The music and vibe are decidedly party forward in the pool area on weekends. People are on their patios into the wee hours shouting to other rooms. Staff is very nice, extremely helpful. Great views from our room, the sunsets were amazing. Very walkable to small restaurants and coffee shops along with a Whole Foods store - unfortunately, rumor is that’s closing this year, the property owner is planning something different (another condo or hotel). No beach access. No shopping nearby.
