Marriott Miami Dadeland

This was my third time staying at this property, and I will definitely be back! The hotel and its location are fantastic. While it may not be the newest or most modern building, the excellent service, friendly staff, and convenient location make it a wonderful place to stay. Eduardo at the front desk was outstanding! He was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Camila and Carlos were also very nice and professional, but Eduardo truly went above and beyond. His excellent customer service made my stay even more enjoyable. Being so close to the mall was a huge plus, and the view from my room was wonderful. I will be returning for another business trip and will do my best to stay here again. Plus, the location is perfect for my little secret shopping adventures! Looking forward to my next stay!

Beautiful property with very comfortable facilities, and the cleanliness was absolutely 10/10! Unfortunately, some of the front desk staff came across as unwelcoming and seemed reluctant to assist guests. Improving the level of customer service would make a big difference in the overall guest experience. Thank you for everything!

I spent three days at the Marriott (My new home in Miami). After a renovation went wrong in my apartment, I had to spend some days out. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with smiles and kindness. It is very weird to find this kind of service nowadays. Both gentlemen at the frontdesk were very attentive and empathetic to my situation. Eduardo made me smile the whole time at check-in, and Carlos the manager was very professional while also making sure I was okay, especially worrying about the rest of my family. I am truly thankful for their kindness, everyday when they saw me, they knew who i was and always asked how the renovation was going. I will never forget how empathetic they were and how they were always checking on me. Marriott Dadeland - Thank you for making me feel special. I will see you again soon!

The Miami Marriott Dadeland has quickly become my go-to spot whenever I’m in Miami, whether I’m traveling for business or leisure. From the moment I arrive, the staff makes me feel welcomed and right at home. The service is outstanding, and I have to give a special shout-out to Carlos and Eduardo at the front desk. They are always on point, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They make the check-in process smooth and effortless, and it’s always a pleasure seeing them when I arrive. Now, let’s talk about the bar, which has practically become my second office whenever I’m traveling for work! Both gentlemen there are amazing. They provide great service, always make me feel welcome, and somehow manage to make a busy work trip feel a little more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here. The amenities are excellent, the location is incredibly convenient, and having Dadeland Mall right next door is a huge plus—you can shop, dine, relax, and make the most of your time in Miami without having to go far. For me, it’s more than just a hotel—it’s a place where great service, friendly faces, and convenience come together. Life is good at the Miami Marriott Dadeland! Cheers!
