Room alarm clock went off multiple times at 5 in the morning. All I wanted to do was sleep. How this isn’t part of turndown is beyond me.
The HVAC clicks on so loud and aggressively throughout the night that you can barely sleep anyway. Might as well keep it off. You can barely even push the buttons to control the temp anyway.
Do not get the old fashioned on their menu, it was the worst I’ve ever had.
The experience from the start at check in was top notch. The level of customer service and friendliness that Cari provided to myself and other guests checking in was five star. She went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and made sure I had everything I needed checking in. Her service alone is reason enough to come again! Thank you Cari and looking forward to a couple nights away for work at the hotel.
Isaiah at the front desk was fantastic. Super welcoming, friendly and seemed to enjoy helping. That's not a very common thing that I have experienced with hotel staff. Most make you feel like asking a questions or making a request is annoying or a bother. Isaiah is the polar opposite, he was approachable, positive and helpful. A great face for the hotel. We coudln't be happier with the service he provided. Will stay here again.
Mason was incredible! Went to the bar to do some work and he was incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable and just so nice all around about everything. It’s amazing to see true hospitality still exists. Mason knew everything about the menu by heart and really recommended the best of the best. Will come back and stay here just for him! I had a fantastic stay at the is hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. Isaiah and Kari gave our group amazing recommendations for local restaurants and nightlife - everything was spot on! Kiki was also incredibly helpful, quick to assist and truly welcoming. Overall, outstanding visit!
