Margaritaville Beach House Key West

The customer service died when Jimmy Buffet did! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and so are the beds. It acts like a cheap motel. When people come to the keys, many have early morning activities/tours. The resturant did not open until 7:30am which is late. The menue for lunch and dinner is the same and very limited. There is a certain expectation when you call yourself a resort. I don;t feel it was worth the money and it feels like a motel with a pool.

We had a great stay at Margaritaville Beach House Key West! Overall, it was a nice property and we felt like we got what we paid for. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated having 1½ bathrooms, although the layout was a little different than we expected based on the description. The pool was a bit disappointing. It looked dirty during our stay, so we chose not to swim, and we noticed quite a few random items left around the pool area and the property that took away from the overall experience. The location is convenient about a 10-minute drive from Duval Street making it easy to enjoy everything Key West has to offer while staying in a quieter area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Stayed 3 nights with family (wife, 4yo, baby and doggo) and had a great experience from beginning to finish. The property is very nice, pool is fun, and the restaurant is very good. Not only nothing to complain but also everyone from the front desk, to the waiters to the bus driver went above and beyond. It was crystal clear that they want for you to have the best possible experience. Every time I had a request, or asking for an exception or a favor, they were responsive and helpful. 10min drive to old town Key West, convenient location with Parking.

From check in to check out, our entire experience was incredible. The grounds are gorgeous and our suite was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly, communicated with us via text throughout our visit to make sure we didn't need anything, and responsive to all of our needs. The beach was a one minute walk across the street! The pool was lovely and well kept. We had room service and ate at the restaurant once. The staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt. The food was good as well. We truly enjoyed our stay.
