My friend and I had an incredible stay at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel! From start to finish, the customer service was truly unparalleled and made our trip seamless.
I’m an IHG Platinum Elite member, and while I always appreciate status recognition, the staff went well beyond what is standard or expected for the membership level. We were recognized right at check-in, upgraded to a phenomenal room, and given breakfast vouchers. On top of that, they blew us away by surprising my friend with champagne and chocolates in the room to celebrate her birthday!
It’s the small, thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality that make a stay unforgettable. This was easily one of the most amazing hotel stays I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to come back.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, and we had a suite for the weekend that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was great from check-in to check-out.
The service was excellent, especially room service. The staff was always on top of everything and made sure we had everything we needed in our room, from breakfast and drinks to anything else we requested.
The pool area was also super clean and well maintained, and the service there was just as great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We're staying in the one-bedroom king suite, and as someone who's pretty particular about hotels, I've been incredibly impressed. The suite is spacious, beautifully designed, and has two balconies—one of them especially large and perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is absolutely stunning, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and everything has felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed.
One of the highlights of our trip so far has been spending time at Area 31 pool bar. Roberto has made the experience even better. He has such a warm, welcoming personality and goes out of his way to make everyone feel taken care of. He's patient, accommodating, and genuinely seems to enjoy what he does. Great service can make a vacation memorable, and Roberto has definitely done that for us.

I want to thank your staff for making our stay a great experience. Your front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Once I checked into my room, I was pleasantly surprised not only by the cleanliness of the room but also by the fresh smell. We dined at both restaurants at the property and really enjoyed our food and the customer service. Also, your pool staff is extremely attentive. Overall, I would 100% recommend this property, and we'll definitely be returning. Thank you so much for paying so much. Attention to detail: There aren't many places that provide legendary customer service. This hotel is definitely one of them
The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were not only professional, but genuinely friendly and attentive. They made us feel valued right away, setting the tone for the entire stay. The room itself was clean and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft with quality linens and pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. What really stood out was the exceptional service; when we checked in, there was an issue with the original room we had reserved, but the staff was extremely accommodating, apologized and ensured the situation was resolved promptly and professionally. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance before we even had to ask. The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. The facilities were well-maintained and relaxing, creating the perfect environment to unwind. Whether enjoying a quiet moment in the common areas or taking advantage of the on-site offerings, everything felt high-end and thoughtfully curated; could not recommend the SPA enough as it was relaxing and inviting.
Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better conveniently situated close to everything we needed while still providing a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. It struck the perfect balance between accessibility and relaxation. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Every aspect from cleanliness and comfort to service and ambiance was executed to perfection. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in the Miami area.
