What a great stay. While short, the staff made it feel special. Special thanks to Christine for making my wife’s birthday special, surprising her with chocolate cake, balloons and champagne. My daughter loved the pools and rides. I’ve stayed at the Ritz twice but the JW Marriott [while on the same premises] felt better. Looking forward to next year.
Beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally clean. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is spectacular, with a great variety of delicious options. The pool area is amazing, making it a wonderful place to relax, enjoy quality time, and create beautiful memories with family. I highly recommend making restaurant reservations in advance, as availability fills up quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a place we would visit again!
I recently returned and stayed at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes and it completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and genuinely welcoming.The highlight of our trip was definitely the water park area. We spent hours relaxing on the lazy river and the kids absolutely loved the water slides. We also appreciated having access to the quieter, more secluded pool area over at the connected Ritz-Carlton!The dining on-site is fantastic! Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a beautiful view of the pool lake and resort grounds.Whether you want to lounge by the water, visit the nearby theme parks, or just enjoy the peaceful resort grounds, this property has it all. We've now stayed here a few times over the course of several years of visits to FL and its our favorite resort in all of Florida. Highly recommend—we will definitely be back!
We had such an amazing stay at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes! This is truly a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous lazy river pool that makes you feel like you’re on a tropical vacation. The atmosphere is relaxing, luxurious, and perfect for a getaway. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Our room was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. We especially loved having both a bathtub and a separate stand-up shower—a huge plus! Overall, this is a wonderful resort with beautiful amenities, excellent service, and a relaxing tropical feel. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!
I wish I could give this resort more than 5 stars! We had an incredible experience from the beginning to the end of our stay. Our check in was smooth and accommodating, our room was extremely clean, and plenty of luxury amenities. Customer service is top notch throughout! The pool area is extensive and the kids loved the water slides! We ate at several restaurants including dinner at the Ritz. Our favorite places to eat were Cafe bodega for a quick breakfast and delicious coffee and the knife and burger near the pool. The cuban sandwich and burgers are so good! Chair side service at the pool was limited but everyone was so friendly. The fireworks were beyond incredible and a big highlight! I highly recommend staying here and booking a balcony room with a pool view. We can’t wait to visit again soon! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
