A wonderful location in beautiful Dania Beach. Staff was kind and courteous, but it is outrageous to charge for parking- even if it is only a small fee. There are only about 15 to 20 allotted spots on property and they are constantly full at every hour. You then asked to park in a public parking garage not far from the hotel, which is fine but to charge for that is criminal.. The location and cleanliness of this hotel will have me returning though.
I liked my room location is pretty good. Housekeeping was good. Parking was so so sometimes you can park close to hotel sometimes not so much. I like decor my housekeepers were really good that made my stay and would make me want to stay again. Everyone was nice and accommodating.
The staff is so warm and lovely. Special shout-out to Bianca and Dayli. They greeted me with so much warmth and genuine Southern Hospitality. The bed was huge and super comfy. I asked to switch rooms because my previous room had an odd smell (possibly mold or mildew). They switched me quickly, and the new room was great. Amazing water pressure.
5/5 Stars – Exceptional Hospitality and Unmatched Vibe in Fort Lauderdale! From the moment we stepped into Hotel Dello, we were blown away by the incredible atmosphere and top-notch service. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, but what truly sets this place apart and earns it five stars across the board is its outstanding staff. A huge shoutout to Tonisha at the front desk for giving us such a warm, seamless check-in. Her bright, welcoming personality immediately set a positive tone for our entire visit. Equally fantastic was Frank on the night shift. Returning late in the evening can often mean quiet or transactional service, but Frank was always there with vibrant energy, pure professionalism, and a genuine smile that made us feel right at home at any hour. Over at the bar, Elliott delivered world-class service. Attentive, friendly, and masterfully skilled at crafting incredible drinks, Elliott took our evenings to the next level. His hospitality and great conversations made the bar area a highlight of our trip. When we weren't enjoying the phenomenal staff and drinks, we were soaking up the sun at the pool. The pool area is pristine, beautifully kept, and provides the ultimate relaxing oasis to kick back and unwind. Five stars on all fronts for Hotel Delo—we cannot wait to return on our next trip to Fort Lauderdale!
Our stay at the Airport Hotel Dello in Fort Lauderdale was extremely disappointing. The hotel is very basic and is located in what appears to be a rough, uninviting area. The selection of nearby restaurants is poor, and the neighborhood did not feel like a place where you would want to be walking around after dark. What made the experience even worse was the overpowering smell throughout the property. The lobby, restaurant, hallways, and even areas near the guest rooms were filled with a strong antiseptic cleaning odor that was impossible to ignore. Rather than smelling clean, it was overwhelmingly harsh and unpleasant. The customer service was equally disappointing. The front desk staff came across as unfriendly and unhelpful, showing little interest in assisting guests or addressing concerns. Any requests for assistance seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations for comfort, hospitality, and atmosphere. Between the unpleasant odor, the lackluster location, and the poor customer service, this is not a hotel we would ever choose to stay at again.
