Perfectly situated hotel in the heart of Coconut Grove. Have stayed on multiple trips. Spectacular pool deck and good rooms. Lunch time snacks and drinks available at the pool most days. It is a perfect place to stay. I love it. This time however our stay was badly let down by housekeeping. Our room was not serviced 4 nights in a row. Had to chase around for shampoo, shower gel and towels. As the shampoo and shower gel had not been filled before our arrival and as room not serviced no clean towels. Also last occupants socks on the bedroom floor for the whole 7 nights. This has not been the case before so hope it’s just a blip.

I want to share my recent experience here so other families and visitors can make an informed decision before parking. I parked in this garage with my 5-month-old daughter. The only way to pay is via a QR code by the elevator, but their payment portal was completely broken. I spent 20 minutes genuinely trying to pay, even walking outside with my baby to see if a better cell signal would help the page load. When you have already gone through the effort of unloading a baby and a stroller, it is incredibly unrealistic and unfair to expect a parent to pack everything back into the car and drive away simply because the garage's own payment technology failed. I had every intention of paying the hourly rate. Instead of recognizing the tech issue, their parking vendor (Vanguard) issued a $67 penalty and rejected my dispute with an automated message, stating that I should have just left. I am sharing this because I want others to be aware of how unforgiving this system is. If you are visiting with kids or just expect a reliable way to pay for the services you use, please be careful parking here.
A great stay. Excellent location: a nice family park, safe walking paths, great restaurants very close by. Top beds, bathroom and kitchenette. We thank the attention provided by Ms Areas upon check in. Parking is provided and priced accordingly, Coconut Grove has very little parking. Would gladly return for a longer stay.
Impeccably clean! Comfortable bed, bedding and pillows, beautiful rooftop pool and equipped gym. Front desk is very friendly and kind, wonderful hospitality. Perfect location - short walk to Regatta Grove and CocoWalk. Highly recommend Crema Cafe for excellent coffee and lovely sidewalk patio for people watching. Would definitely stay here again.
This is a budget hotel pretending to be luxury. First off, we had to wait 30 minutes to check in to our room because the front desk couldn’t figure out how to apply a gift card. The nice thing to do would have been to check us in and figure out how to apply the gift card on her own time, instead of making us wait while she called people to figure it out. She even suggested we just wait until the next day when her manager was there, way after check-out time when we would have already left the hotel. We had to basically insist she check us in that day, for our one night reservation. The room had a balcony separated by a cloth from the other room next to us, providing no privacy. We heard a baby in the room next to us screaming all night, so the rooms obviously don’t have appropriate sound dampening. The phone and fridge in our room were not working as well. The breakfast buffet is 20$ and only had cold items, it looked worse than the most basic free best western breakfast I’ve seen a million times. The pool was nice, but that’s about the only positive thing at this place.
