Loving our vacation here! Lots of daily activities for all ages like bingo and trivia. Kids love the mini golf, ping pong and shuffleboard. Super clean rooms, the 3 bedroom has 3 baths and two balconies. Staff has been very friendly and helpful, and the grounds are beautifully kept. Fast check in. Would definitely come back!

I was told I was in a renovated room, which for my sub 100$ price point, I wasn’t expecting anything crazy. I travel 100+ days a year for work (corporate convention center hotels, working in event production), hear me when I say: This is the most accommodating/ cost effective/ flexible/ enjoyable/ fun hotel and staff. Separate tub and shower (king studio) Balcony Real closet, desk and big mini fridge with the freezer part too. Microwave in the room, wireless charges on both sides of the bed, stocked towels, TP, tissue, all the shower products but not the little bottles so you don’t have to get room service but every few days, but only if you want to. They got text message with the front desk so you can ask literally anything and talk to a person and not AI. No carpet no stank, no bugs. Like if you have to spend a lot of time in the room it’s so easy. Call ahead if you can’t do stairs so you can get a 1st floor. Breeze way /stairs are clean, lots of mature landscaping tons of parking, resort access to another resort a few minutes walk across the street. Saw some shuttles picking up and dropping off too if you need that. Tourist /tickets/ info desk people in lobby if you need to find something to do. And the staff…. Oh the staff, every single interaction left me smiling. Even extended my stay 2 extra days for 9 nights total. Genuinely 😭❤️ Location is PEAK Walkable for over a dozen restaurants/ fast food/ places, smoke shop, pharmacy, grocery store, 24 hour gas station with hot food and full coffee bar. These reviews must be from non-renovated rooms, actually would consider moving into this unit if it was an option long term, it’s certainly affordable and worth every penny. Alas if you’re worried call and ask for a renovated room before you show up.
Booked a 2 bedroom room, and was not disappointed. The main room had a king sized bed, plenty of space, a large bathroom attached. The bathroom has a tub and large shower. Spacious common area and a nice kitchen space. The second room had a smaller bathroom separate from the room. Shower/tub combo. Stacked washer/dryer. We had a ground floor unit, and the windows opened to the main road. However, there was a tree-lined/ bush lined fence that provided a nice amout of privace from the road. After reading more reviews, I feel I must note the water temperature of the tub in the picture got extremely hot. It was pleasant for a short soak before bed. The shower had good water pressure and also got hot, too hot for the warm summer but adjustable. Staff was attentive and answered all questions quickly. Had 2 maintenance issues (a broken door know & a light bulb death), both were handled quickly and efficiently. I was most impressed with the enforced quiet hours (10pm -6am). Signs are posted all around the resort and it is mentioned during check-in. This allowed for adequate sleep with few disruptions. Location is great, it is about 20 minutes from everything (Disney, Universal, and Disney Springs). 8 minutes from a Target. 10/10 will absolutely stay again and highly recommend. Additional note: there are no elevators, so if you have trouble with stairs make sure you note that in your reservation! I didn't know that, but during check-in staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.
We stayed in renovated rooms across from the pool and reception. Lots of activities for the kids. Great and efficient service. Basketball court and other courts like tennis and pickleball have lights for evening play when it’s cooler out. The little deli/store and a tiny arcade upstairs from the reception is clutch.
This is a resort styled vacation rental home. We rented the two bed suite - king bed, queen bed, and sofa bed w/ garden tub and balcony; living room and dining room with a nice glass top table, updated TVs in all rooms AND a FULLY OPERATIONAL KITCHEN with all cleaning and cooking essentials. There’s 2 bathrooms and a stacked washer/dryer. This place reminds me of a West Gate Resort with its homey style- luxury furniture and fixtures. Had a full kitchen. Definitely kid/family friendly with a few things to do on-site (pool and arcade room ). Staff is friendly and welcoming, Charlie and Chris were very helpful with the check in/out process and anything we needed. We originally book a 1bedroom king by mistake and front desk reception made it so easy to transfer to the correct room. BY THE WAY the 1 bedroom is DEFINITELY meant for a couple - a 300 sq efficiency with the garden tub in the middle of the room an open shower and enclosed toilet - No bueno for kids lol not enough room or privacy. There’s no breakfast that I saw but you do have a cafe on site that offers all necessities and foods and alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks… Both rooms were cold and inviting, stocked with towels and washcloths (as well as towels for the pool) bar soap, shampoo conditioner and body lotion provided…. JUST BRING YOURSELF AND PACK LIGHTLY THEYLL HANDLE THE REST!
