I recommend the restaurant and breakfast areas, as food and service were great. But the hotel rooms were not that great, had bugs in my bed and had to switch rooms. The new room had plumbing problems, had to deal with it for the rest of the week.
I stayed here during the Florida 4-H Volunteer Forum. The rooms were okay, but could use some updating. The trollies were falling apart. You can tell this isn't a new hotel. But despite the issues, the forum food was excellent. I looked forward to the buffet style meals and snacks.
Star at the front desk was amazing with helping me find an important lost package. She kept a great attitude and was thorough. She saved the day for our company's event.
My family and I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. We did have a few technical issues in the beginning, but Star was absolutely amazing in helping us through everything. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout our entire stay. We really appreciated her kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to make our experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are very grateful for all of Star’s help and would definitely recommend staying here!
Hidden away Hilton close to University of Florida. Hilton Diamond Member room selected was not available at 4PM. Please reach out to guests if room will be changed prior to arrival. Check in staff was very kind and amenable, although we didn’t receive any complimentary waters on a very hot summer day. Would be nice to have some a cooling or water station in 100 degree weather. We weren’t told where the location of the breakfast was so we ended up eating in the restaurant. Found out afterwards that there is another area. Lobby was very new and spacious. Room seemed new but the bathroom was obviously unfinished. Peaceful sleep. Safe and ample parking
