Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Airport

Stayed overnight, late flight in early flight out. Shuttle was quick, friendly. Desk staff was professional yet friendly, chatted about more than the room. Decent little restaurant in the Hilton nextdoor. Will be staying again.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, it smelled fresh and clean, which immediately gave me a great first impression. Dejon was a pleasure to speak with and provided excellent customer service. He kept me updated on my room availability while I waited, and thankfully, the wait wasn’t long at all. I really appreciated how welcoming and attentive he was!

I stay here a few times a month when I’m in town for work, and I travel quite a bit, so I have plenty of hotel experiences to compare this to. DeJon is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and I still rave about his customer service months after our first interaction in March! I was traveling solo on that trip, and he went out of his way to reassure me that one of the safest rooms would be right off the first floor, since there’s always staff at the front desk. It was such a small but thoughtful gesture that made me feel immediately more comfortable. Exceptional customer service and genuine communication don’t come around often, and they make such a difference after long travel days. DeJon is truly a standout and one of the reasons I continue to enjoy staying here!

Dejone was especially wonderful during my stay! He is the front desk leader but honestly should be considered for a managerial position because his delegation skills as well as customer service are just top tier! Thank you for making me feel welcomed, Mr. Dejone 🙏🏾
