We absolutely loved this hotel. Our queen room was clean and spacious, and the entire staff was amazing. We stayed for three days and the staff from all different departments were so kind, attentive, and thoughtful. And Madison, at the front desk, will give you the best food recommendations in the area. I also really liked that there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance that were open late. I highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful weekend celebrating both the Fourth of July and our wedding anniversary with our family, including our beloved pet, and this hotel made the entire experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were so touched to be gifted with a beautifully chilled bottle of champagne, a delicious dessert, and a heartfelt handwritten anniversary card before we left. Those thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. A very special thank you to Madison and Samantha at the front desk, as well as the management team, for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The location is absolutely perfect, with everything you could possibly need just steps away. Having a Starbucks on-site was a huge plus for those early morning coffee runs, and the valet parking was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. They had a very well stocked fridge with every drink possible and when we asked them about being able to warm up some leftovers we brought, they immediately brought out a microwave to the room. The hotel itself offers a fantastic atmosphere. We loved relaxing by the beautiful pool, enjoying the live music, and dining at the excellent restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was consistently outstanding, and there was always something to do and the decor is so warm and inviting. Traveling with our pet was also a wonderful experience, and we appreciated how welcoming the hotel was to every member of our family. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.

They checked in to ensure my upgraded room met expectations, provided helpful updates about amenities, and answered every question quickly, from dining options to streaming services. Breakfast and brunch were well explained, and the staff made navigating the property effortless with timely reminders and guidance. Checkout was just as smooth with express text checkout. This hotel blends luxury with truly exceptional guest care. I’ll gladly return and highly recommend it.

The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and welcoming. Heath was especially engaging and interacted with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Muhammad was very helpful throughout my stay, and Susan was kind enough to assist with directions. Their excellent customer service made the experience even more enjoyable.
