Grand Beach, A Hilton Vacation Club

Excellent stay! The room was spotless, very comfortable , and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The property also had plenty of great amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, convenient, and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The one bedroom was cramped. The kitchen, dining area, and living room were one room - requiring us to move the dining table out from the wall to eat and return to the wall to allow room to move around in the "three- in- one" kitchen, dining, living area (couch). One of the bedroom doors did not open fully due to abutting up against the bed. This door has to be closed in order to access the left side of the bed/night stand. No mirror in the bedroom nor in the other all purpose room. The only mirror was in the bathroom. Lastly, our room was located at the elevator and main door. The noise from the foot traffic and the occupants next door was constant. With all respect, unfortunately, we could hear the neighbors communicating and enjoying each other next door and their very young child cried a considerable amount of time during the day and at night. It was very disappointing to learn that our room did not have a balcony everythough we were on the 4th floor. We were told that we would have a lake view. However, we were only able to see the lake if we stood beside the bed and looked out of the bedroom window! When we brought our concerns to the front desk, we were told that they do not handle putting us in another room. We would have to call HGV reservation - to rebook a room. Overall, this accomodation fell way short of our expectations. I suggest that if you do book a room that you know the layout and location of the room prior to accepting it. After driving all day to get to the facility, we were too tired to pack up our items and move to another room, so we made do. And, there was no gurantee that another room would be better. This is the first time that one of HGV locations failed to meet our expectation.

Awesome property. We’ve stayed at and owned quite a few timeshare properties. This one is one I’d return to over and over. It’s off the beaten path but close to a lot. The Vineland Outlet is right down the street. Staff is super nice and yes, they still try to get you to buy but it’s low pressure. Our room was superb and it’s on Bryan Lake. The property is gorgeous. 10/10 definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! Everything was very clean, and the grounds and pools were beautiful and well maintained. The buildings are in great shape, and while there were a few patio repairs being done here and there, the noise was never disruptive. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath suite was spacious and had more than enough room for all seven of us. The screened-in patio was a really nice surprise and quickly became one of our favorite spots. The kitchen was a good size and had a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher, which made our stay much more convenient. The only thing we found missing was a few basic kitchen items, like large serving spoons. There were also only two pots and one small sheet pan, so if you plan on cooking a lot, keep that in mind. The two pools were both clean, beautiful, and well cared for. We also loved that pool floats were allowed, which made swimming even more fun. We had a group of teenagers with us, and every one of them had a great time. Overall, this was a great place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for families or larger groups. We would definitely stay here again!
