Won't accept a passport as ID. Accepted my passport but changed their mind mid flight the day of my stay and asked for a driver's license, of which mine is expired.

Its a very modern apartment, we booked this 11 months ahead of travel. It matched our Norwegian standards, Specifically they asked us what we required- we asked only for a balcony as we like to sit out in evening, wherever in the world we end up. After arrived though,we were told unfortunately none available with balconies..my opinion, false advertising. The one with balconies obviously costing far more than we paid. We paid over $4000 dollars for 2 weeks, and hoped for getting what we asked for- but no. Overall a very nice place for a base but check the adverts and dont pay for what you wont get. This is room 405 facing the cab/uber pickup point outside hotel.. always traffic.More than normal. NO VEIW. NO BALCONY. Also, as i posted on other sites, the parking.!! Garage H adjacent to hotel.DO NOT PARK IN RESIDENCE AREAS ON ANY FLOOR, we thought 405 space meant we can use it- also as I bought an expensive 6 day parking permit. Nope, car got towed during the 4th night. No info from security,[they didnt even have it on camera!] no word from reception during night towing, but as I understand.its not part of their hotel concern. I had a stressfull day calling around police, and then Hertz. I cant thank Alex at hotel reception , enough for his amazing help as our norway phones woulnt call toll numbers. He also found out a permanent resident got pissed off, we parked in his spot..so he/she called towing!! They should at least informed reception. I contacted the tow company (of course they keeping the car over weekend). Also Hertz helpline for emergency towing. They at Hertz were extremely helpful and areanged car ,so we could drive Orlando a day late.. I spoke with garage security a few days later, it seems they also change their signs "Valet floors parking" to suit their requirements..so 1 night, floors 4-7 is ok for general use. Next night 7-11 is for general. Sounds a bit dodgy and a bit of scam. Overall a nice stay, leaving keys on kitchen table with door adjar was a bit weird after we cleaned down whole place, but that seems to be how they do it. The pool and communal areas and gym are first class. For buisness and entertainment. Small toilet at pool is unfinished unfortunately.
Beautiful Building, Ideal Condo, Incredible Amenities! BUT… 1. Day two without a working TV. The staff has been attentive and courteous, but the issue remains unresolved. 2. After leaving the excellent gym, my key fob suddenly stopped working. I became stuck in the elevator and had to use the emergency call button. As a guest staying only two nights, I then spent nearly two hours unable to access anything beyond my room. Update: Maintenance arrived and initially advised that a replacement fob would be available tomorrow—on the day I check out. After some discussion, he was kind enough to provide a different fob, which resolved the issue. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which is why I am giving 3 stars instead of fewer. Unfortunately, the execution did not match the quality of the service. This was supposed to be a short visit to my hometown, and instead a significant portion of my limited time was spent dealing with preventable problems. No one wants to spend a vacation troubleshooting issues, managing frustrations, or waiting for basic accommodations to be restored.
I do not recommend, we were there in December 2025, everything is great in the photo, but the service here is the lowest, everyone says that this is a third party, no one knows anything and can't help. Parking for 50 dollars and again no one knows anything because it is a third party. In our apartment, the air conditioner worked only at one temperature and to change it you need some code that no one knows again, three TVs but only one worked. It seems like small things, but there are a lot of them and it's discomforting. I definitely not recommend this property!
I stayed on the ninth floor in a two-bedroom apartment. The view was excellent, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything you need. The location was also beautiful, and honestly, the apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures. The apartment management was incredibly helpful and maintained constant communication via email before my arrival. I received the keys from the 24-hour reception just seconds before I arrived. Parking costs $7 per day for the minimum stay and $30 for a full day for a single entry. However, there is an option to enter and exit the parking area without a limit on the number of entries, with a small additional charge if you choose the full-day option. A minor point: the bedroom curtains weren't blackout, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Overall, though, the apartment deserves an excellent rating.
