Terrible experience – poor soundproofing and service The room had no mini-fridge and a connecting door with zero soundproofing. We couldn’t sleep for two nights due to noise from the neighboring room, including someone on a phone call until 4 AM. The staff was unhelpful and charged extra for everything, including luggage storage and a few hours of late checkout. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are okay. Location is great. Breakfast very poor - only coffee and one croissant. They have a welcome drink and bicycle free to rent. Other than that it is ok.
Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel in April and it was awful. Was advertised as a 4 star barely even a three. Hair all over the rooms, dirty, youths hanging out at all hours, the aircon was absolutely HUGE and so noisy. We booked breakfast Included which was literally just an croissant.
Staying at this place was pretty miserable. The rooms are decently spacious, but the place feels so heavily outdated from the toilets to the TV’s. Housekeeping is also an odd bunch, after being told countless times to not enter, they just kept knocking on the door within what felt like two minute intervals, from a much older woman to two men one after the other trying to come in after being told no. Trying to sleep was nearly impossible, as the floor was constantly vibrating, shaking the tables, the lamps, the bed itself, and of course, my fiancé & I. It might feel like a massage for some, but the heavy vibration moving the entire room the entire night allowed for only uncomfortable, disturbed sleep. The only good thing I could say about this place was that it’s pretty close to the beach. They also tried to charge an additional 41$ after my fiancé & I left for unknown reasons. Place is pretty sketchy, definitely won’t be returning here again and would recommend others to avoid.
Well, it was a funny one. First, I need to say it was our first time in the USA (we're from Europe) and we had a very good deal, so my expectations weren't very high. :) Rooms They were OK—what I expected from the pics and other reviews. The TV had one channel (or at least that's all I found). It could be my skills, but I didn't put any effort in—we were there not to sit in the room. Cleanliness was okay; one day they "forgot" to clean, but when they did, it was cleaned well. We had a little game with my wife guessing what they'd forget: once no coffee, next day forgot to empty the bin, third day no bottled water, etc. :) The air conditioner was extremely loud, and we couldn't switch it off (that could only be done by maintenance). Also, on a rainy day, it was leaking. Bathroom advice: As we were on the 3rd floor, warm water took a while, so I recommend turning the shower on, then do other stuff in the bathroom, and eventually warm water will come. :) Service If staff were there, they were very polite, nice, and solved any issue we had. There was some mess one evening—two guys went into our room as they were assigned to the same one. It was resolved quickly (apparently we were put in the wrong room), but you know, it stays in your mind—who will be next? :/ Location Super close to everything—that's a mega plus. One last advice The lift... it may give you a heart attack the first time. It stops, then 30 seconds of nothing, then a sudden jump, and then opens. Be prepared for that! :)
