We recently stayed here while in town for a soccer tournament. The hotel appeared to be fully booked, and while many staff members were friendly and welcoming, our overall experience was disappointing. Our room smelled of mildew, and the furniture looked worn and in need of updating. At the evening reception, we ordered a beer and only afterward learned that our selection was not included in the complimentary offerings. Clear communication before ordering would have been appreciated. Later that evening, the restaurant was extremely busy, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. We never received the food we ordered and eventually shared delivery pizza with friends instead. The next morning, I discovered we had been charged for the food we never received. When I brought this to the attention of Lana at the front desk, her response felt unpleasant and accusatory, leaving me feeling as though my honesty was being questioned. She said a manager would contact me, but I never received a follow-up. On a positive note, breakfast was enjoyable, and the breakfast attendant deserves recognition. He served everyone with a smile and was genuinely warm and hospitable. I understand that a full hotel can put pressure on staff, but the room’s condition, and the handling of my concern fell short of expectations.

Our stay was incredible from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Dino, Percy, and Mason and the front desk—they were absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, they made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality, efficiency, and helpful local recommendations. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the service across the board was top-notch. It is rare to find a team so dedicated to excellent customer service. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was well-stocked and there were plenty of tables even when the hotel was full. The spacious room was equipped with all the amenities you’d find at home, including great Evelyn and Crabtree toiletries. I highly recommend this well-managed hotel.

Great staff- very welcoming. Gift in and handwritten card in room was a lovely touch. Complimentary cocktails for happy hour and complimentary breakfast….all great value add for our stay. Dinner menu was great. Salmon mango salad was delightful. Made our travel so much simpler. Great sized rooms, little dated furniture but for the value so great.
