Eden Roc Miami Beach

I really enjoyed my stay at Eden Roc Miami Beach. The hotel has a beautiful, upscale vibe, and having direct access to the beach was a huge plus. The property is well maintained, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. I especially want to thank Sheldon and Fayline They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out. I’ll be honest, there were a couple of things at the beginning of my stay that I wasn’t too happy about. But the way they handled everything completely changed my opinion. They listened, took the time to help, and made sure I left feeling happy. That level of customer service is something you don’t come across every day. Overall, I’m really glad I chose Eden Roc. It’s a beautiful hotel with great beach access, and the people working there are what truly make it special. I’d definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

I recently stayed at Eden Roc with my daughter, and while a few highlights made parts of our visit pleasant, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a resort at this price point. The most frustrating part of our stay was the condition and soundproofing of the room. When we checked in, we noticed the weather stripping at the bottom of our door was hanging halfway off. Beyond that maintenance oversight, the walls were paper-thin. We could hear our neighbors clearly throughout the day and night, and every single step and heavy footstep from the guests in the room above us resonated right through the ceiling. For a high-end property, privacy and a peaceful night's rest should be a given, but the noise levels made it hard to relax. On a positive note, the hotel staff members themselves were very sweet, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Additionally, dining at Nobu was delicious as always—the food quality and presentation never disappoint. However, when weighing the high cost against the lack of room maintenance and severe noise issues, the stay felt significantly overpriced. Because of the poor sound isolation and room upkeep, we likely won't be returning.

I was on vacation for my daughter's (Brittany) bachelorette trip. We patronized the day spa side of the establishment. The customer service was excellent. All staff members made sure that we had an enjoyable experience and they were pleasant to be around. Gwendoline was the star staff member, followed by David. I had the same great customer service at the Ocean Social restaurant. The food was fresh and seasoned very well! I will definitely come back!

The best experience at the beach. We rented a day bed and the service was better than I have had in any other hotel. Chris totally was so attentive and everything he recommended was amazing. He passed by to check on us often and made sure we were treated special. Food was great and drinks done to perfection. I have to really let the hotel know that their staff are truly amazing. Thank you Chris for your hospitality and attentiveness. Will be coming back over and over again.
