The rooms are horrible. Needs major remodeling. I had the sink faucet handle fall off in my hand and not even work. The sliding glass window door in the master bedroom had a 2 cm gap in it with paper towels stuffed in it to keep the wind from coming in which did not work. I had to buy tape and tape down the entire crack 3 ft long on the window. The kitchen light did not work. All of the furniture and carpet was horribly outdated and looked old and dingy. Broken tiles and painted over rust in the bathrooms. The only 2 good things about this hotel is the location on the beach and the staff was also very friendly and nice.

Very disappointing experience overall. The front desk staff was extremely nice and welcoming, and the lobby, waiting area, and balcony looked beautiful. Unfortunately, the rooms were a completely different story. The rooms were small, and the beds were even smaller than expected. We booked a room with two double beds, but they felt very small and uncomfortable for a family. The food was also disappointing and definitely not what we expected from a Hilton resort. The location is great, and the staff at the front desk deserves credit, but the rooms and food need serious improvement. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
Terrific stay. Easy to get to, right on North Miami Beach. Front desk and management were friendly and extremely helpful. The king suite was huge — living room, full kitchen, bedroom with a walk-in closet, beautiful bathroom, and a large balcony. A little dated, but everything worked and I really enjoyed it. They had elevator trouble when I arrived (one of three was down), but a tech had it fixed within a couple hours and it was smooth the rest of my stay. Pool and one of the two jacuzzis were crystal clear and well maintained — the second jacuzzi was cold and not working. Pool area opens right onto a private beach with chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Valet-only parking, no big deal. I'm in Miami often and I'll be back.
The room i stayed in was a 1 bedroom suite. It contained a kitchenette, living room with a separate bedroom. Kitchen contained a toaster, microwave. Sink and kitchen counter. There was a small coffee machine and a full sized fridge. Which I used to store some fruit for breakfast and milk for coffee. There were wares available in the cupboards plates, teacup and utensils in the drawers. The living room had an attached balcony with a partial view of the ocean and 2 chairs for lounging which was nice to enjoy morning coffee. There was a TV and the sofa was a pulll out bed. However I didnt find any additional pillows to use with the sofa bed so would have to use from the main bed in tje bedroom if needed. There was a table with 4 chairs for eating. Spacious. The bedroom had doors also leading to the balcony. A king sized bed was nice. TV in the room however I didnt use this. A small walking closet which I used to store my luggage so they didnt take up space in the room so I loved that. The bathroom was separate from the libing room and bedroom which was a great plus. So visitors did not need to walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom and also if someone else stays on the sofa bed they had access to the bathroom without having to go into the bedroom. It was a big bathroom very spacious, tub separate from shower, double vanity with lots of counter space. There was great access to the beach. You can just walk right to the beach, they provide towels and chairs. I didnt go to the beach I just liked the view. CONS: 1. Water was never hot enough. Sometimes the water was outright cold. I would run the water waiting for it to become hot and it would not get hot. Only mildly warm and sometimes cold. Which made my showers very short. Especially at night when I would like a warm shower. Noone wants to shower in cold water. 2. Parking is only available via Valet. Parking is about $44USD per day plus tips. So if youre in and out multiple times per day the tips do add up. For example if you go out for breakfast and come because to the hotel before going to the beach or mall then you have to valet each time 3. Food is limited at the hotel. There is a Starbucks at the hotel and a restaurant however they do close up early. There is no free breakfast so every morning 12 bucks for a coffee adds up and about 20-30 for breakfast at the restaurant. For reference I am vegan there were no food options for me at the Starbucks and limited options at the hotel restaurant. Eg toast and jam
My girlfriend and I recently stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and the staff made the experience amazing. We were surprised with an incredible anniversary setup in our room, complete with decorations and thoughtful touches that completely exceeded our expectations. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and we were truly lost for words. We would also like to recognize Elliot and the front desk team for their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The restaurant/bar staff were outstanding as well. We were consistently treated with warmth, friendliness, and excellent service. It is rare to find a team that works together so well to create such a welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to returning in the future.
