Rachel is by far the best Front Desk specialist I have ever come across. She is a reason why I continue to be a Hilton Gold member. She was welcoming, genuine, went over the hotel, amenities and hours of the restaurant with me. The check in was smooth. The Hilton cookie was awesome, huge kuddos on having someone as amazing as Rachel out there. This is a great property as well!
We had such a great experience! K K was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. She helped me choose the perfect drink and recommended a dish that I really enjoyed. She also went out of her way to help my friend, who wasn’t feeling well. She made sure she had something to drink and helped her find something for her headache so she could feel more comfortable. K K provided excellent service from start to finish. She was friendly, quick, thoughtful, and made us feel very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend her!
We were In ft Myers for our son's promotion with the coast guard. To to weather we ate at Shoeless Joe in house restaurant. Our waitress KK was phenomenal! She was funny, gave us great suggestions n food choices, and we had a ball playing free bingo while we ate. Her amazing service made our stay even better. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at! I almost feel like family here and the professionalism is superb! Everyone’s got a fun sense of humor and you’ll see there’s super high vibes from the staff! Man the kitchen rocks out every meal and I’ve prolly been the pickiest sammich orderer in the entirety of the world here and they’ve gone out of there way every time. Not to say it’s necessary but 10$ per meal tip has been my par and I’ve gotten exceptionally consistent service and then some for the entire 2 month duration! The pool hours rock! And the place is so clean you can stand up bare foot in the men’s room with a confident smile! The coffee is ALWAYS there and I’ve been at that hole OFTEN DAY AND NIGHT and it’s like an endless fountain hidden underground or something as it’s never empty and a great blend to make it even that much better! We love Hilton properties and I’ve got my fav FORT MYERS PLACE!
We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree Fort Myers! The customer service was exceptional everyone was friendly and welcoming. The lobby and rooms were spotless and very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special shoutout to Stephanie, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her attentiveness and warm attitude truly made a difference. The hotel is located near great food, shopping and entertainment opportunities. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fort Myers great experience all around!
