We stayed at Disney's Saratoga Springs resort in Orlando, FL in October 2026. When we were checking in, we were not greeted at the door like we have been in the past. There were two employees in the lobby. One was with a guest and the other was looking on her work tablet. We waited and a line began to form behind us. Once the employee was done with the guest, he left. He didn't say anything to the line, just left. The other employee never lifted her head up from the tablet. Eventually a 3rd employee entered the lobby and was able to help us get checked in. Our room was clean and looked nice. However, I was disappointed that we only had paper dishes and plastic utensils given that I've stayed in your run of the mill $200/night hotel and had ceramic dishes with real silverware. After the paper bowls leaked our cereal, we asked if we could have something sturdier and the housekeeping did bring us real dishes. Our beds were not made the entire time we stayed (also something you get at the cheaper hotels). We ate dinner at the on-site restaurant, the Turf Club and thought the food was pretty good. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the Artist's Palette. We had breakfast there our first morning and decided to do cereal in the room from there on out. It was the same quality that you would get from a complimentary breakfast at a basic hotel but it cost us over $50 for 2 adults and a child. Overall we still enjoyed our stay but the price is not worth what you get.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were beautiful and spacious. We had a two-bedroom villa with 7 people and we had a great location to the bus stop and pool. Staff was amazing when we needed help. We had an issue with our safe and our issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. The bellhops kept our luggage on first day and delivered when we requested. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and service. Beautiful resort and friendly staff at the resort and parks.
Rooms are nice, we stayed in a two bedroom which was very convenient with laundry machine. Good sleeping options, service is nice. Bus transportation is easy. Two pools available, including splash pad for kids Can be an expansive property
We absolutely loved our stay at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa! This was our first time staying at a Deluxe Resort, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, our room was perfect for our family of four, and we loved the views. We were also really impressed with the bus transportation. The buses came quickly, and having multiple bus stops throughout such a large resort was definitely a plus. The only downside for us was just how massive the resort is. Depending on where your room is located, be prepared to do quite a bit of walking! Our bus stop wasn’t terribly far from our room, but getting coffee or refilling our drinks and then walking to the bus stop could feel like quite a trek—especially after already spending the day walking around the parks. That being said, the walking was really our only complaint. The resort was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for our family. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend Saratoga Springs—just bring comfortable shoes and be prepared to get some extra steps in! 😂
We recently stayed at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with easy access to everything Disney has to offer. This trip was especially meaningful for our family as we wanted to make some special memories before our daughter’s upcoming open-heart surgery. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. One morning, they surprised our daughter with a stuffed Stitch, a bracelet, a heartfelt card, and several other thoughtful gifts. Their kindness and compassion truly touched our hearts and made her feel so special. Every Cast Member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay magical. We are so grateful for the memories we made here and the kindness shown to our family during such an important time in our lives. We hope to make it back again soon. Thank you, Saratoga Springs, for an unforgettable stay!
