Buena Vista Suites Orlando

I had really great stay. Whenever I am back in Orlando area, I would stay here. I want to give shoutout to Tamee who we met everyday during our morning breakfast in kitchen. She is very warm and welcoming and took care of us to make sure we have great time at breakfast to start our day on a good and positive note! We saw she also does give the same to the rest of the customer so it felt she is really great person to have around to take care of customer with warm welcome and retain them for future.

Our stay in Buena Vista staying Suites was very comfortable. We had booked a queen suite which was very spacious and big. The beds were very soft and comfortable, after a full days of walking and tiredness would easily fall asleep. The breakfast options were also sufficient to give you the boost and energy that wasrequired to kick start the day. Unfortunately did not get to use the other facilities at the hotel like gym and swimming pool as were out for most part of the day and would come back in the night. All hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The housekeeping team would make our. room very clean and tidy every day. The location of the hotel is at a convenient place, not very far off from the Disney parks (10-20mins drive), but in a nice quiet place. There is a fuel station opposite the hotel along with an 7/11 and few restaurants and shops. Ideal for families.

Great hotel! The rooms are big, comfortable and clean, the staff is accommodating and welcoming, and the location is a 10/10, close to Disney and everything fun! Also the breakfast is delicious and the areas are clean and well maintained by a wonderful staff. The ladies at the breakfast area are so sweet and helpful. I would definitely come back to this hotel! Btw, our room was very big like an apartment type style type of room, and the price was very reasonable! I recommend!

My partner and I stayed in Buena Vista Suites Hotel from 7th September to 21st Sept. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff at the front desk. Check in was quick and easy and everything was explained to us from breakfast times to where to find the guest laundry. The room itself was very spacious, with a living area with TV, coffee machine and sofa to a separate area where the beds were. The beds were comfy and we both slept well every night. The cleaning staff also made sure the rooms were kept clean and beds were made. Breakfast itself was very tasty. Fresh scrambled eggs and sausages most morning but they do rotate. Some mornings were corned been hash or biscuits with gravy although I was disappointed there was no bacon. The staff ensured all tables were cleared and cleaned and breakfast was topped up. They were also super friendly, and a special shout out to Tamee who made our breakfast experience extra special with her polite conversations. She remembered us each morning and made us feel welcome. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Some minor recommendations for improvement would be as follows: - Moving from disposable single use cutlery, plates and cups to washable, reusable ones. I care a lot about the planet and unnecessary waste and the amount of plastic waste at the hotel is very concerning. This is a theme throughout Florida - it’s not just this hotel. But I believe in leading by example and I hope this is considered in the future. - The cleaning staff replaced the soap in the rooms almost every day, even though it wasn’t even half used. Again, this is unnecessary wastage and I don’t understand why you wouldn’t just replace the soap when it was almost gone. The towels were also washed every day after a single use. We hung them on the back door so we could reuse a few times before being washed, but they were washed anyway. It is greatly appreciated that everything was kept clean and tidy, but a towel can be used more than once before it needs cleaning. That being said, I’d like to thank the staff here for a wonderful stay and I look forward to staying again in the future. Keep up the good work!!
