I stayed for 7 nights , The hotel's location is wonderful, everything is near, malls, excelent restaurants, banks, beaches. Rooms are confortable and the beds and pillows made my sleep a wonder! Sandly the service is not so good in this hotel, from the cleaning of the room, to the front desk ....they need to improve hospitality guidelines.
Great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and it’s conveniently close to the mall, making it easy to explore the area without constantly needing a car. Complimentary parking is always a huge bonus and definitely appreciated. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The Executive Lounge was nice, but it could be elevated with a better food and beverage selection to make it feel more like a true executive experience. The gym was well equipped, but the air conditioning could be improved, especially during workouts. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, and the location and convenience were the biggest highlights.
Everyone my family and I interacted with was most pleasant. Malik at the Front Desk was able to help me with my reservation very quickly and professionally. Christa and Dylan at the Front Desk were always friendly and ready to lend a helping hand. Tony in the restaurant was wonderful. Neil at breakfast was fantastic. Pete the bellman was always asking to help and making sure everyone was comfortable. Kennedy at the M Club breakfast was very nice.
My first visit to the Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center was excellent from the moment I arrived. Christa at the front desk was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful she set a warm, welcoming tone right away. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was modern and inviting, and both the food‑service experience and overall hospitality stood out. Dean at the bar was outstanding as well attentive, personable, and genuinely committed to creating a great guest experience. Their professionalism and warmth made the entire visit memorable. The Marriott Boca Raton Town Center is blessed with a fabulous location and outstanding staff. It does have some room challenges. We had a few issues with room mechanics- first room we were given had obviously housed smokers before us. The AC was blasting at 65F and a air purifier was running, but it was still pretty evident. We were moved to a room that was not at the level we had reserved or paid for ( lacking a sofa bed). It was clean, but for some reason the room fan ran continously, which led to a very drying situation. The M Club does not serve food on weekends, but is open for use with an Elite level room key. The Coffee machine was consistently Out of Order during our stay. Tge Lounge was mostly occupied by unsupervised middle school age children on Ipads. The breakfast buffet is perhaps the best we have ever had at a Marriott, and the restaurant staff phenomenal. Right outside the hotel door is the Boca Town Center, with numerous restaurants and shops. Parking for the hotel is free and in an unsecured lot. Overall, we would try this hotel again, primarily due to the great staff.
