Sent my friend an amenity for her birthday. It was supposed to cost $120 hotel charged my card over $4300. Its a week later and still dont have my money back. Hotel manager Landon wont return my calls. Hotel put a 10 day hold on these funds so my bank cannot even dispute it. This is an absolute mess. I will never stay in these hotel again and I will be telling my friend what happened when she gets home from her trip. I truly hope corporate sees this and understands the incompetence of their staff. I am so disappointed and angry.
Called hotel to surprise my friend with cupcakes for her birthday to be sent to her room.. dealt directly amenities to book everything. The next morning I woke up to a charge of over $4300 taken out of my checking account. Its almost a week later and still fighting for my money back. Hopefully corporate sees this. Landon was supposed to fix this. Spoke to billing today it still wasn't taken care of. They wont even send me proof that is was refunded. Never should have trusted hotel and should have disputed charge as fraud immediately. Ive also been a guest at this hotel.and had similar issues. Shame on you
Great place for the beach and activities. You must be a member or guest. Fantastic pool area. The lunch on the beach side was amazing. The prices were very reasonable and the dishes were very well prepared and tasty. The presentation was amazing as well as the servers. Kate and Mike were fantastic....
The most luxurious experience with impeccable service. We spent the day at the beach club, and our daybed included beach towels, a fresh fruit platter, and a tub of ice filled with plenty of bottled water. The beach area was clean and spacious, with a lifeguard on duty. We enjoyed a delicious lunch delivered right to our daybed. It was truly a relaxing day at a beautiful place.

Beach Club is what all other hotels wish they were. The rooms are excellent. They are well maintained, clean and meticulously made up each and every day. The staff is the best part of the experience. You can tell everyone loves to work there. A shout out to the best valet staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Concierge provides free transportation to any place you choose within a reasonable distance. The water taxi is great with no longer than a 10 minute wait for me. Most of the time I am on board in minutes. The front desk addresses every concern you may have immediately and appropriately. The hotel sits adjoining the beach and free chairs are provided. Simply the best place I have visited. I rate this hotel 5+ stars.
