Transfer Beto Carrero

I liked it a lot, they were very solicitory. My only reservation is that on the go there was a stop, I found unnecessary. However, everything is great and everyone is friendly.

Correct and organized company. Professional and very friendly driver. I highly recommend this company and this transfer.

Well punctual, with plenty of boarding options. The go ends up taking a little traffic and makes a stop to eat / go to the bathroom, but the return is quite fast.

Translation successfully Punctuality on the go Punctuality at the turn Very professional and friendly driver!

We had a very bad experience with this transport. First, we were asked to be at 6:30 in reception so we could go to the Beto Carrero park. We were punctual there, but the driver never arrived. After several calls and messages, they sent us an Uber to get to their office and from there take the bus that would take us to the park (this, almost 1 hour after the initially agreed time). The bus was good, clean and comfortable, nothing to say about that service. Upon returning to Florianopolis, the bus left the park on time. However, when we had been on the road for 1 hour, the bus returned to the park to look for a “forgotten” passenger. Added to the road traffic (that's not the driver's fault), we took 5.5 hours to get to our hotel!!! A 2-hour transfer turned into an eternal journey. I do not recommend this company, very unserial, spotty and 0 service oriented. If you go to the park, rent a private car and avoid bad times.

A little wrapped in the exit pq passes from hotel to hotel looking for the people, we leave the hotel 6:30 and we stay until 9:00 rotating within Florianópolis. You could leave earlier and schedule meeting points to reduce that time. At the exit of the park the same thing says that will leave at 19 but is waiting passenger until the time they show up. I don't know the other companies but I think q this has points to improve

The sympathy and professionalism, in addition to the punctuality of the professional who went to the hotel. Safe, comfortable car.

I liked the transport, punctual and super safe. Despite going with my husband and not having kids yet, we had a lot of fun. I recommend.

I had an excellent experience. Enjoy the day in the park. My transfer took place calmly and punctually. Exactly as planned. Super recommend. The driver was very polite, helpful and cordial throughout the whole journey that took place from Florianópolis to BCW park and back.
