I bought a tour to Balneário de Camboriú by Decolar, when arriving in Florianópolis this company South travel responsible for the tour communicated me not have a demand to carry out the tour on Monday 13/04/26. As an agency expect to arrive on the eve of the tour to communicate a lie of these, conclusion I got without the tour, I was directed to cancel and request refund in the application. LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CLIENT.

We went to see where the cable car was and it is very easy to get there and it looks a good walk but until mid-June it is closed for maintenance.

It was a dream to meet this place. I've been dating for years. But it surprised me. Incredible experience. We loved too much.

The van was comfortable and the driver very attentive. I liked climbing the cable car and seeing the view up there. But what failed was that the van didn't pass the shore to see the beach and the buildings. We had to pick up a line bus, super full and poorly accommodated and we couldn't see anything.

Bring cash because the tours are NOT cheap. We are in April/24 the values are: • ZipRider (zip line) costs $78.00 per person. • Youhooo (mountain sledding) costs $55.00 single or $60.00 per pair. It pays to go in pairs. • Fantastic Forest costs $40.00 per person and children up to 2 years old are free, here you ride the train that takes a 2 or 3 minute ride over the forest. There are several dolls and some really nice little things for young children. • The photos that the park staff takes while you walk around the rides are very expensive ($40.00 each) so prepare your wallet if you want to buy them. Detail: you cannot use your cell phone on the rides, precisely to avoid taking photos. In the middle of the descent to the viewpoints there is a richly decorated chocolate house with a bathroom and delicious cold chocolate. It was worth trying!!!! Throughout the route there are benches for you to rest and enjoy the fresh forest air and listen to the birds and there are also several signs with information about the animals that can be found there. Wear VERY COMFORTABLE and LIGHT clothes and shoes. Take a bottle of water and don't leave trash there, there are trash baskets in several places along the route and even then, there are people playing games along the way. On the day of our visit (04/19), there was an excursion from a local school with teachers and monitors for environmental education and at the stop at the second viewpoint, 3 teenagers threw paper fans to compete for which one would go the furthest. 🙄🙄🙄

My trip was canceled two days before the excursion by the agency that stated that they did not provide services on Saturdays. Apparently I magically booked a Saturday then or how they explain this to me. Maybe what happens is convenient and anyway I will go to Camboriu on my own, taking advantage of the free entry to Unipraias Park for those who have a birthday. So they won't ruin my celebration and I'll even save my money!!!!

The tour is really cool, the view from the top is beautiful, there's a fantastic chocolate shop, you can have a quiet coffee, it's really worth the trip.

The very friendly guide spoke Spanish and Portuguese. Very good disposition. I did the tour with my adult daughter in a wheelchair

The cable ride is a wonderful experience! The view of taking the breath. It is very worth the experience, especially if it is on a sunny day.

I bought the tour through Takeoff and what they offer has no match whatsoever with what they deliver. They offer a tour, but in reality it is a round trip transfer to Camboriu, which perfectly can be done the transfer from Florianopolis to Camboriu in an uber and without so much time control, the return at 16 hrs is too early and does not give the opportunity to know even the central beach of Camboriu. They do not meet the withdrawal time at the hotels. The van driver, friendly and very correct in his job, but he is not a tour guide, he is just a driver of the transport vehicle.

Sensational tour .. the guide Mr. Jorge was fantastic.... super recommend... And Mr. Jorge has to write a Van case book.. The punctuality was also impeccable.

I loved to meet Balneário Camburiú, but due to the bad weather it was not possible for us to take a walk in the little boat that we wanted so much and we went to know the aquarium. Due to the covid several tourist attractions also have not yet reopened and did not give to know much. But I found the city very beautiful.
