Kayaking Tour French Island Canasvieiras Florianópolis

I did a kayak tour with Rafael to Ilha do Francês. The communication was very clear and the tour was amazing. We we very well received in the morning by Rafael and he explained everything really well, even in English, which he speaks very well. He also cared a lot about our safety and he even brought coffee and paçoca to the island for us! There was also equipment to do some snorkeling so that was a nice bonus as well. I strongly recommend doing the tour with your friends or family!

We did the Ilha do Frances paddle tour on a double kayak. Our excellent tour guide was Rafael. He was very attentive and safety conscious, monitoring the weather forecast days beforehand to inform us of the expected conditions to ensure it was safe. My girlfriend was nervous having no prior experience in a kayak and not knowing how to swim, however she quickly adjusted within a few minutes on the water. Rafael offered services in English and Spanish in addition to Portuguese. I will confirm his English fluency was great, exceeding most of the other English services I found during my time in Brazil. He provided detailed instructions, information about the area, exchanged some welcome banter, and was able to answer all questions we had for him. The trip itself was quite pleasant, beginning early in the morning to avoid the extra tourists when the marinas open. We were able to enjoy the natural environment of the island and ocean without distractions. There was plenty of time to walk around the islands beach for photos and to rest with snacks or water. There were opportunities to swim and snorkel if we wanted. After completing the tour you are in proximity to Canasvieras and Jurerê. You could easily plan a following activity and/or visit one of the local restaurants nearby. São José da Ponta Grossa Fortress isn't too far either. I recommend this tour to anyone interested. Rafael is a great guide and an even better human being. We had an amazing time with him Kayaking to the French Island. He makes you feel welcome and important and genuinely cares that you have a good time. He is a great company to hang out with. Our adventure to the island was a time very well spent. The trip was incredible! Even with the chill, the sun came out that day and everything was perfect. French Island is very beautiful and totally worth visiting! The instructor accompanied us throughout the entire tour, giving guidance and helping whenever needed. It was a very enjoyable experience, which I would definitely do again! I highly recommend it!

The kayak ride was fantastic! It was our first time and Rafael explained everything very clearly, including how to use the kayaking and the safety instructions. He is very professional and friendly. A unique experience, we really were super happy. Rafa is a very helpful and attentive person, always ensuring the safety of the participants. The landscapes are beautiful, the tour is very well chosen and the water is super crystal clear. Once on the island, you can see fish snorkeling, which makes the experience even more special. Simply the best experience possible! The crossing is beautiful, and getting to the beach of the French early, without any kind of tumult, was out of series. Rafael is a very high astral guide and super prepared, which left us calm all the time to enjoy the experience. It was all wonderful, I recommend too much (and intend to repeat the tour).

We made the kayak tour to the island of French with the guide Rafa, going with a child of 5 years old and an elderly of 70 years old, and the experience was excellent. We made the complete tour of the island, with time to sail calmly and appreciate the surrounding landscape. The stop at the beach of the Isle of France was one of the highlights of the tour, perfect for resting, contemplating the place and taking photos of this paradisiacal landscape. Afterwards we took a walk to the coast of the island, which made the experience even more complete and connected with nature.
