They are really a disaster!!! Mediocre and arrogant. They made us travel without seat belts and cramped with the suitcases due to lack of space. Considering that, furthermore, the suitcases should not be on seats. When complaining about it, they tell us that we sat like that of our own free will. Please do not put a single cent into a company like that. They are inept and dangerous.
They really are a disaster. We traveled like animals in a van. The driver called the agency to see how to resolve it, and they left him alone. There were 12 passengers plus the driver, and we had to travel with the luggage on the seats and without seat belts. All the passengers are witnesses and complained. The worst part is that on WhatsApp, when complaining, they are aggressive and intolerant. Do not put your money and safety here; they are worth nothing.
It is a service that was handled with a lot of irresponsibility with arrival times at the airport. Picked up all the passengers more than 1hs late from the hotels and arrived at the airport on the verge of missing the plane, all the passengers had the same flight. They didn't explain or apologize when they arrived. The truth is disastrous, we had a horrible time not knowing if we were going to arrive on time on the flight, doing everything to the runs without need, since if you work on this you are supposed to know what time to leave to arrive on time. Unfortunate, never again!! And I hope no one has to go through what we went through, so I take the time to leave the review.

Disaster, robbed me of three hours of my trip. On top of requesting solutions by WhatsApp they handled themselves with amazing pride. It was the only bad thing about our whole trip. Over twice as much as an uber (40 R from airport to centre). Pésino is little.
A disaster more than three hours for a half hour transfer..... erase the comments of passengers unhappy with the service they paid and received....
A horror the transfer made us wait more than an hour at the airport then they put us into a microphone with the shock absorbers broken and had us more than two and a half hours around to realize later that we were 30 minutes from the airport.....a disaster. Conclusion we arrived at the hotel more than three hours after arriving.... something that should have been... 30 or 40 minutes.....and when I claim you get anything......
When disembarking in Florianópolis, we had to wait for the other passengers for more than an hour. The transfer crossed the entire island, leaving passengers at different points. We were the last to get off, and as a result we arrived at the hotel almost 4 hours after landing at the airport. On the way back (hotel-airport), the company sends a small car for four passengers. We traveled very cramped, without the slightest bit of comfort.
Excellent service, punctual, kind, respectful, honest drivers, clean and comfortable cars. I would hire them again.
We moved with South Travel to the airport round trip and to Beto Carrero round trip. In absolutely all the transfers they arrived very late according to the agreed time, in fact, upon arrival we had to wait more than 1 hour for them to come pick us up.
We bought a package with Decolar and the transfer with the company South Travel was included. The journey was peaceful. When they returned, they sent a message setting it for 9am. I asked them to change it to 10am. The person sent a message saying it would be 9:15am, as it was shared. We accept. On the day, they got in touch at 8:45am saying that the driver was available. I explained that we scheduled for 9:15 am. They said if we used the service at 9am it would be cancelled. We ran out and at 9am we were in the car, when the TOTAL DISRESPECT TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS began. The driver, said to be the owner of the company's son, asked us if we knew that the transfer was shared. I explained that I had just discovered it. He said he should inform me better before hiring something and that's when the stress started. My sister asked if everything was okay, because he was being rude. He said that if we complained he would take us back to the hotel, because he is the owner's son and the verbal attacks began. Phrases like: "You guys want to be rich, so why don't you hire a private person", "You guys are lazy", "If you had left earlier I wouldn't be in this traffic", "Do you know who you're talking to? I'm the owner's son ", among others. It was extremely embarrassing, stressful, rude. He continued arguing and offending us. We remained tense throughout the journey and afraid of being attacked, such was the driver's lack of control. I hope that Decolar takes action and stops partnering with a company as disrespectful as this one. We feel insecure about contracting a new service through DECOLAR and being at the mercy of completely unprepared companies like this and who are completely sure of their impunity.
We transferred from the airport to the hotel and back. It is a good company and there were no major problems in carrying out the service.
All my travel was done through this Enterprise and I loved their Service. The airport and hotel transfer was timely fulfilled at the scheduled and quiet time. The tours I made with the Enterprise, all well planned, very polite and friendly driver, helpful guide. Every communication via WhatsApp was super clear.
Extremely polite and punctual drivers.. well worth it for comfort and safety. The vehicles are clean and new.

I met the airport of Florianópolis the Hercilio Luz in early this year and was surprised. It's completely modified. Very big, and very pretty.
Drunk driver.. I picked us up from the airport at 2am and took us the other way.. (to the mainland) I had to start screaming and get my gps in.. almost got robbed xq got into unsecured areas.. thank God I knew and I could scream to make him come to his senses.. I made the complaint to the Enterprise and nothing answered me I don't recommend it.

Very bad experience. When they had to come and get me at the hotel, they told me they had cancelled the transfer. I called and they put me up and they'd pick me up in 30 minutes. An hour passed and I called and I digested that they had cancelled the transfer. I insisted and they said it would be 15 min. in short I almost missed the flight. I do not recommend this company at all. They don't answer emails, they don't take care of anything.
