It was the whole tour in Spanish. I understand and speak Spanish, but I wonder if it's someone else who doesn't speak or understand the language. Having an Argentine majority, the Guia simply forgot that there were Brazilians on a tour in Brazil and was from beginning to end only in Spanish. If I didn't talk or understand, I'd get very angry. Other than that, I found that the guide service lacked cultural repertoire. Brazilian likes history, know the information more deeply of the places. Anyway, this tour is for foreigners, not Brazilians. Should be clear in the condition and offer of this tour. I travel to Brazil and Latin America and so far this tour has been the weakest I have ever done. I would not do it again and would not indicate for the reasons I mentioned above.

Wonderful tour, we passed in the main sights, besides the beaches. You can take this walk without fear. It's very worth it. The guide very attentive.

They offer a deceptive service. They do not meet schedules (I waited an hour), hotel retreat (Porto da Ilha Hotel is in the center, fully accessible and was a service for which I paid) or drop off at the hotel

Interesting but too long. The beaches are full of people and guarding suns and chairs. No reason to stop 3h on a beach. The tour took almost 11 hours instead of the scheduled 9 hours.

Great location and the house is functional and equipped to tone the pleasant and comfortable experience. The beach is just beautiful.

Bad service. The driver drove badly, almost crashed three times and shouted at tourists (while carrying tourists). The guide spoke only Portuguese and made the same jokes fifteen times.

The tour could be much better but is poorly organized, there are many people on a bus, which naturally delays even more the total time of the tour, and still put many places and in times of high flow in the city, need to remove during the tour, so it becomes incomplete - the ideal is to adjust what to visit for low and high season. The guide is unfriendly and speaks Portuguese rather than Spanish/Portuguese. You need to adjust a lot on this type of tour.

The city-tour had several changes in relation to the route informed in the contract. First, it was confirmed time for search in a hotel very far from the information on the voucher. Afterwards, a walk was requested to the meeting point of the start of the tour justifying that a micro bus has difficulty circulating in the city center. The script informed the beginning in Santo Antônio de Lisboa, but started by walking in the historic center, which was not in it, and suppressed stops in Jurere and Praia dos Ingleses. Worse was the return to the hotel as the bus is still circulating in the north of the island and it takes a long time to return to the center of the city.

I want to express my displeasure with the tour I recently hired. As agreed, the tour included a 15-minute walk to the natural pools, but unfortunately this was not carried out. What is even more disappointing is that the Enterprise failed to provide clear and justified explanations for the non-performance of this activity. I would like to see measures taken to ensure that the services offered are as promised and that this matter can be resolved.

It was interesting to know the regional culture and coastal communities, sad that the rain and the cold interrupted the tour. The lunch time was very long could have been fitted another walk, as the site does not offer adequate infrastructure to accommodate tourists from the cold wind and the garoa.

Scenario met with punctuality, very friendly and helpful guide. There is little time in some places, but it is due to the extensive routes between one and another point of visit.

A excursão foi ótimaaa e apesar de ter ido sozinha, fiz amizade com três mulheres incríveis, o que deixou o passeio mais legal e divertido. Comprem, vocês não vão se arrepender. O guia é muito engraçado e o motorista é muito educado. Os locais que a excursão passa são muito bons, vale a pena.

It was a wonderful walk!! I met several places in just one day, I took beautiful photos, a timetable agency and the driver Mr. Jorge is a significant part of the tour, he is a man already lived, with mta experience and good history to tell, more than a driver is practically an animator, he laughs quite the whole tour, it was a pleasure to meet him!

I hired the Tour Service for Florianópolis from Civitatis. I was going to take the tour on February 26, the agreed time was at 9:00 at the meeting point. I sent a message at 8:48 p.m. to the Enterprise saying that I would probably not arrive at the meeting point, because I was having trouble getting a car to take me to the meeting point, I was taken care of by Alanis, who said that she would give yes for me to find the group, and did not answer me anymore. I reached the meeting point at 09.02, I contacted again, to know if the bus had already passed the point, it took me 06 minutes to answer, and when they answered me, they sent me the guide number so I could contact, because the OWN AGENCY, was not able to contact the GUIA DELES. I sent a message to the guide via WhatsApp, did not arrive, I tried to call, faced problems because my DDD was different. I sent a message, I said that I would understand if the bus had passed through the meeting point, that it was not my fault, but okay, I waited until 9:31. To assistant Alanis tell me that there was no more how I found the group (don’t tell me ne!!!). When it was on the 27th of February, the Enterprise contacted me through the attendant Carol, to tell me that I was scheduling my visit for the next day (28th of February), I could not, I had another tour scheduled. Now we go to the points. I contacted the Enterprise warning that I would not be able to reach the meeting point at the exact time, the attendant, told me that I would arrive yes. I did not pass a new meeting point and much less contacted the guide to hold him for TWO MINUTES. How does the Enterprise have no contact with the Guide? How does the attendant pass on to the client the responsibility to contact the guide? Why didn't I get a new meeting point? Why is it so long to answer the messages? I was in Rio de Janeiro, made several trips, with various companies. In Florianópolis, I also made several, tours, with several companies, none was perfect, but kept in touch with the customer, if necessary passed a new meeting point, until I attended By bus Floripa, waiting for a couple who delayed 5 mnts without problems NENHUM. Whoever works with tourism needs to understand that working with people, with people, needs a good, quality, sincere service that helps the customer and does not make him even more confused. I would understand if as soon as I arrived 02mnt late to Alanis had told me that unfortunately I would no longer be able to follow the tour and would check the possibility of a new meeting point, but that was not what happened. It took almost half an hour to tell me that unfortunately there was no more like, and I had already said it in advance. After all, it is not for the value, which should SIM be stolen, it is for the lack of professionalism of the Enterprise. I've never been with a woman so unprepared, that she didn't even have contact with the guide, that she didn't support the client in a decent and sincere way. I lost a day in Florianopolis because of South Travel's incompetence. I do not recommend.

Nice walk. Visit the main points of the North and Central region of the island. The journey was quiet, punctual and the guide quite friendly. Cost-benefit is good because we walk around all day and the points are far apart.

City tour well distributed, guide Marcelo super helpful, punctuality in the schedules, highly recommend this tour in Florianópolis.

I liked the script mostly from the stop in Santo Antônio de Lisboa, and the punctuality in the tours, guide Marcelo very friendly.

We did tds tours with the agency. Blumenau, sto Antonio and City tds quiet tour, fulfilled tds the schedules, cordiality of guides, everything perfect.

The tour was great, the Argentine guide Marcelo was extremely charismatic, attentive and showed the smallest details of the trip. The driver also delighted us, the Glauco, both very committed. I only make an observation regarding the service in the store, the owner's son does not have a good service and even discourages us from buying the ride.

The tour is great, the guide Marcelo, very kind, helpful, (an Argentine)who has long resided in Floripa, gave us a real lesson about the island; driver Felipe guided the vehicle safely; the high point of the tour was the beach of Joaquina, which is very clean, beautiful;the lagoon bar surprised me, has a trail that leads to the beach, which is a grace; super indicate the tour, very well worth it.

The city tour by the main beaches, was wonderful, but could have lasted longer in each location, so we would enjoy more. But it was all amazing!!!

I loved the visit to Mirante. The view is beautiful!! The visit to the center is rich with information that the guide conveys with much ownership and knowledge.

Very bad. Lots of disorder. They did not pick us up at the hotel as agreed and set an appointment for the next day at another hotel. There they informed us that there was no tour that day. We did not make the tour and there was no refund of the money.
