Balneário Camboriú Tour And Cable Car Ride From Florianópolis

We had chosen Florianopolis due to the fact that we are not beach lovers but we prefer to mix nature, culture, food, a little bit of shopping and beaches. Florianopolis has everything we were looking for. We stayed in a hotel in the center of the city (Porto da Ilha Hotel). So we had many places to visit at walking distance. As we didn't rent a car (next time we will) we only visited 3 beaches with Uber (the island has beaches for all tastes: quiet, family, posh, for young people, for surfers...). The people are so friendly, the food is quite good, prices are tempting and we feel very safe walking around. Five days are enough if you won't spend time laying under the sun in the many magnificent beaches the island has. We loved it!!!

I bought this tour through Viator, but I never went on it. I lost two days because of the inconsistency between the tour operator and Viator. On the first day, Viator gave me a wrong address, so I went to that address and waited for about 45 minutes, but no one came. No matter how many times I called the tour operator, they wouldn't pick up the phone. When I told Viator, they were supposed to refund my money, but after talking to the tour operator, they said they couldn't do it and instead told me to go on this tour the next day. So, I extended my hotel stay by one day. This time, they gave me another address. The next day, when I went, no one showed up at the appointment. During a call with the tour operator through a person who spoke Portuguese (because they didn't speak any other language other than Portuguese), they said that my tour was scheduled for yesterday and that they didn't have a place for me on the tour today, and I didn't go on this tour again. I contacted Viateur and they said we will follow up on this and request a refund. But after a day they said the tour operator would not accept my refund, they did something to me that made me lose my money, pay for an extra day at the hotel, and also ruined two valuable days that I could have done something else. Their actions are completely unprofessional and in my opinion, it is a form of theft.

Beautiful day out. The Jurassic, Ocean and vintage car experience imparticular. The 3D and Pirate experience I would not recommend , because of the long wait in queues for the short experience. Furthermore, I think the 3D building too small for the event and queues and needs better management at the entrance.

No one showed up to pick me up for the tour. Transportation to and from the hotel was supposed to be included. I also sent questions to the coordinator and never heard back.

Johan was an excellent tour guide! As the only English speaker in the group he always gave me special attention to make sure I was included! Pick up and drop off were perfect. This a great tour because there is a guide and you can also go off and explore the area on your own, so its a great mix! The cable cars were awesome and I did the zipline and bobsled! Johan walked us around, gave us history and showed us beautiful views. I highly recommend this tour to Balneário Camboriú when in Floripa

Tour was very interesting and the guide was exceptional. Unfortunately weather did not help. I totally recommend it.

After speaking to people who were on this trip with us on the bus, we found out that we paid double for no reason. All this is is a middle-man that charges double the rate. They don't communicate with you, they don't pick you up, they don't answer your questions. They simply charge you double and hand you over to people that actually do the work. I'm really surprised that they are allowed to do business on Viator because I didn't see this coming. The place that was running the whole thing was called Stella and Bella I believe. Look them up and go through them. That is what the locals do. I believe this is just on here to upcharge tourists who don't know better. Also, for the price you're paying, you're also NOT getting the cable cars. They don't make that clear. In fact I thought for sure that would be included, or at least clearly stated that they are not included. We were charged double the rate for the ride there and back. Everything else was extra. It is not worth it to go through this place.

The city was wonderful and we felt that the city tour was great for couples. We enjoyed the company of our guide who was kind, and helpful and explained everything in English to us even though we were the only ones that didn't speak Spanish or Portuguese. The bus came on time, and it was well organized. I recommend!

Wonderful day, our guide Jefferson had a lot to do with it. It was a beautiful day despite the cold. You should know that you pay for admission but also for each attraction, so I advise you to choose the right attractions. For thrill-seekers, I recommend the zip line. We had a great lunch, I recommend the Vikings restaurant.

You can see the photos in the attachment. I bought a ticket for two people to Barco Pirata + Unipraias + Beaches I paid 460 reals. I had to cancel and request the refund 8 days before, as says the refund policy was in time for refund up to 75%, I sent whatsapp and I was sent to talk to other people "Layla the Responsible". Never answered me on WhatsApp, once only sent me an email that went directly in the spam and then never tried to contact me again. I will never buy anything again because the service is disorganized and terrible.

Entertaining experience only the traffic is very dense so later times are limited. Still the friendly guide, does not speak Spanish, still could understand the instructions. Truth is not guide is more an escort who gave us instructions and wait for us.

Context: Gray Line Brazil offers the tour one business day of its schedule in a challenging climate; however, there is NO announcement of changes to the itinerary prior to the meeting point search. Gray Line Brazil, which is the company that offers the tour, subcontracts to CG Turismo to carry it out (information obtained later). The tour proceeds with the collaboration of the tour guide designated by the company CG Turismo, breaching the itinerary in form and times. At the second real stop in the Unipraias Camboriú Park, the tour guide reports that the park is closed for weather conditions and offers to change the itinerary of the tour to make an attraction that is NOT contemplated. I approached the guide in the presence of several tour users to request additional information and explanations of why to make the tour if the weather conditions were not suitable even from the skillful schedule to contract the services; and in response I get that CG Turismo was subcontracted by the company Gray Line Brazil and that they do not manage administrative solutions. When I contact Gray Line Brazil via courier and request the refund of the money motivated by the breach of the contracted service I have not obtained any response.

Excellent tour, we toured and got on the wheel, to the aquarium, cable car that leaves you on the beach, it is recommended to get off in the middle where you are in Canopy as there are viewpoints and trails besides the chocolate house, down on the beach there are very good restaurants, I recommend the one that is facing the beach in the corner. 100% recommended Camboriu

The walk was good, very good the beach. Also the views of the viewpoints. What wasn't so good was that there was a lack of information from the city. Terribly, it was not possible to go to Unipraias via the cable car, they made us pay for a boat saying it would be the only other way to get to Praua das Laranjeiras since there was a road. I wouldn't do the tour again. We couldn't even go to unipraias.

A ONIBUS PASSES THROUGH RUA BRASIL AND RETURNES THROUGH RUA ATLÂNTICA. ALSO IF YOU WANT TO GO TO CHRIST LUZ THERE IS ALSO A FREE ONIBUS. IF YOU GO DON'T MISS THE SHOW AT 8:00 PM UNTIL 12:00 AM. YOU CAN SING, DANCE, SERVE SOMETHING TO EAT AND DRINK. EVERYTHING IS WALKABLE AND IT IS VERY QUIET.
