The light on the front porch somehow came into the bedroom preventing me from a good night’s sleep. I was told that this was not resolvable that it had to stay that way. Furthermore, there was no indication that the bedroom would be well lit was the case when I chose the room. The front desk is stating they will not follow the policy of 50% of daily room rate if the guest leaves after 12 o’clock - which is me. The front desk is saying that I had to leave no matter what! Meaning that they are not honoring their policy.

Units appear to be individually managed so this review pertains to Unit 62 (and the property as a whole). Overall incredible location, very quiet and private property with ample outdoor lounging areas. Property is very well maintained. Staff were all kind and provided any assistance needed. Unit 62 was updated and very modern, if you find that one it is just as clean and well equipped as the photos appear. Comfortable and clean unit, with outdoor kitchen and patio facing the beach. Overall would absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

My name is Alejandro, and we've been coming here for over 20 years. We're currently staying at AP-664, which accommodates four people. We love the place, the views of the beach, and the excellent beach service, including umbrellas and lounge chairs. The housekeeping service is also excellent, with linens changed every two days. Everything is included in the price. Regarding beach service, we want to highlight the attention of Veronica, an Argentinian woman. She's kind, helpful, and provides excellent service to guests. In short, it's worth it.

Old and smelly units. The worst Internet I have seen in Brazil. Front desk people very friendly.
