The Uffizi Gallery is simply spectacular and a must-visit when you are in Florence. It houses the premier collection of Italian Renaissance art, and seeing masterpieces by Botticelli, Michelangelo, Da Vinci, and Caravaggio in person is an unforgettable experience. The historical building itself, designed by Vasari, is a work of art on its own.
We were able to find the company representative quite easily, he gave us our tickets and explained the audio guide. We didn't use the audio, it involved downloading an app on the mobile phone, we would have required our own headphones. We really enjoyed the Uffizzi, the building itself is magnificent and the art is truly wonderful. It is very busy, as is the whole of Florence, but it is worth going and the ticket was good value for money.
This is a self-guided tour with audio tour from your own cell phone. They provide an app you have to download. Only drawback is there’s no one to answer questions you might have. There was a misperception that because you are given a timed ticket you can skip the long entry line: you can’t.
Great experience. Guide gave a good overview of galleries and then focussed on certain important works of art. Tip - grab a coffee on the terrace at the museum to recharge before seeing more galleries.

Crown Tours were very good. Excellent pre-tour communication. Easy to find the meeting point, where the 2 company reps were already waiting (and clearly identifiable in their people tops). They already had the physical tickets printed and ready, explained everything really well and the walked you down to the access point so you couldn't possibly go astray!! Really well done!!

The meeting point was clear and the Crown Tours staff are very welcoming and friendly. The tour itself with audioguide was easily to follow but would have been better to dedicate more time at the gallery as there are plenty of paintings to view and to make pictures. All in all they are value for money and worth to come back again.
So much to see. I am glad I got to view so many special pieces. Good use of a day. Incredible detail in the artwork.

The museum would not accept the voucher that we received from Viator for entry. We received an email later - after it was too late - with a link for actual tickets. I spent 88 Euros for nothing. I can only hope to get a refund.
Quick entry into the Uffizi Gallery. Annette, our guide, shared a lot of information about the art, giving us a greater appreciation of what we were looking at. Great experience for someone that enjoys museums but wants a deeper understanding of the art history and details about each of the pieces we viewed.

Excellent organization, with the skip-the-line ticket, we did not wait. Superb exhibition. We did not use the audio guide. The tour is long, allow some time, at least 2 good hours.
I purchased with Tiqets but the tickets are sold by Crown Tours for the tour. We had an appointment for 10 AM with the representative from Crown Tours who only showed up an hour later. The time for the visit that we chose was at 10:10 AM. The representative was simply supposed to hand us the tickets for the tour. Following our purchase with Tiqets, we received a QR code. Following that, we received another QR code but this time from Crown Tours. Still no tickets… which were handed to us on the morning of the visit!!! Above all, do not express your dissatisfaction to the representative from Crown Tours, he quickly becomes arrogant and disdainful.
We wanted to visit the ufizzi and as the tickets were exhausted we chose the tickets from the crown tours was not guided but with time slot and application to hear that you are interested in your mobile. Very easy communication, their partners very polite also easy to see them in front of the meeting point.
We had a skip the line ticket for the Uffizi Gallery on December 30. The employee was 5-10 minutes late for the scheduled appointment, which was 15 minutes before the start of the timeslot. She handed out the tickets and kindly assigned us a human queue. There were 1000 people in front of us, and after 15 minutes we had barely got anywhere and still had 500 m. I find it deeply dubious that this is called a Skip the Line ticket. Label hoax!
