So glad I chose to visit the Uffizi with this guided tour! Well organized and the tour guide Annette was friendly and so knowledgeable,

Polina was an exceptional guide, easy meeting point, overall great experience…
The tour guide was very knowledgeable, but the amount of information felt overwhelming, and the tour took far too long for my taste. I spent more time inside than I would have liked, especially with only one day to explore Venice. I’d recommend it if you have plenty of time and enjoy detailed tours, but it wasn’t the right fit for my day trip.
We should all be so lucky as to have such an accomplished guide as Angela R. She expertly led us through the crowds to instruct us with humor and erudition. Lovely and learned. We appreciated her talents.
Lovely manageable tour. Angela was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lifts are available as there are quite a few stairs, and don’t forget you need photo id as well as your ticket!
Patrizia was the perfect guide, aware of the needs of her group and incredibly knowledgeable connecting the choices of viewing in the Uffizi with a progression of style, technique and history. She also gave us recommendations based on our interests. Excellent
The building was a work of art in itself! Our guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed learning about the artists and how they lived. It was hard to believe we were looking at paintings created 3 and 4 hundred years ago.
Really good tour, experienced guide tour
Paulina was an excellent guide. Her knowledge and warmth along with a sense of humour made this an exceptional experience. Paulina taught me how to look at and appreciate Renaissance art and for this I am very grateful. Paulina has enriched the rest of my museum visits in Florence. If you’re thinking of doing one tour, I would highly recommend this one.
I purchased this tour as a birthday gift for my son and his friends during their trip to Italy. They all shared how impressed they were with their tour guide, Angelina. They described her as highly knowledgeable, engaging, and extremely informative. According to the group, she played a major role in making the tour such an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. We sincerely appreciate her dedication and outstanding service.
Spend a delightful morning with Polinna on our guided tour of the Uffizi Palace. Polina is a wealth of information regarding Florentine history, art, the Uffizi Palace and the Medici family. She expertly guided our group through the busy palace, giving us valuable information to make our visit more enjoyable. She is organized, methodical in her delivery and uses time efficiently. What a pleasure! Highly recommend.
Our guide, Antonella, was a very knowledgeable art historian and was able to convey that knowledge in a very easy and engaging way. The whole tour was very informative and fun at the same time.
Sara did a wonderful job touring us around a VERY crowded museum. She hit the highlights and her passion for art and history shone through in her stories about the paintings. We enjoyed staying an extra hour to tour the second floor and have a glass of wine on the rooftop cafe. Thank you, Sara!
A great streamlined way to see some of the more popular art works plus many of the hidden gems in the museum.
Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and we learned a great deal. The tour was the right amount of time for us - educational and interesting without becoming overwhelming. We saw the highlights we were looking forward to, plus many other gorgeous artworks. One of our favorite tours in Florence.
This was a fantastic tour. William was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. He made the experience so enjoyable and worthwhile. We would highly recommend him and this tour.
Knowledgeable guide but he provided too much information. Other guides we have had that excelled by focussing on fewer works of art but explaining in a way one could retain details to provide a better appreciation.
William was wonderful! His knowledge and passion for the paintings was intoxicating and entertaining! I learned more about the progression of art through the renaissance from William than I ever did in school. Art isn’t necessarily our thing but tour was recommended and how could we go to Florence and not visit Uffizi! Thanks William!
We were expertly guided through the Uffizzi gallery by our guide William, who was great. He was so informative about the paintings he showed us, without it being overwhelming, helping us to negotiate the crowds. An hour and a half well spent in a beautiful place.
It was amazing. Annette was an excellent guide. She explained everything so all could understand. About what we were seeing
The tour was amazing and Sara did a great job. She was very knowledgeable about the artwork and shared a lot of specific, fascinating details about the artists and their methods. I highly recommend this tour - and suggest that you definitely plan to stay after the tour ends to experience more of these beautiful works.
Great tour providing historical information about major pieces in the Uffizi. Our guide was able to manage the crowds and still share knowledge about key pieces we visited.
Anto was excellent on this tour, gave a great history lesson and pointed out all the most important works at the Uffizi!
The Uffizi is a wonderful experience. The paintings and sculptures are amazing to see. Our tour guide Paulina was great. She took us through the evolution of the artistic presentation of various events in the Christian belief. Looking at the artistic changes from the flat art look of the 1300”s to the more real looking depictions of the late 15th century. Drawback is the crowds and tight spaces in some rooms. Well worth going.
Our guide, Angela, was excellent. Everything she showed is was superb. The information she presented and the works she showed us maximized my understanding of and appreciation for the beauty and significance of the museum’s unparalleled collection of Renaissance art.
This was a masterclass in art appreciation from our guide, the amazing Paulina! Our guide was so knowledgeable, not just in terms of the history of the pieces, but how to appreciate the works we admired
This was a masterclass in art appreciation from our guide, the amazing Paulina!
It was “rebooked” to a different date and time at last minute. The tour operator gave me one time and Viator tickets said another time. Confusing and messed up our schedule as we had to arrive at both times. We wanted the earliest time to avoid the crowds, unfortunately we ended up with an afternoon tour. VERY crowded… On a brighter note our guide was great.
Excellent experience! Our tour guide Angelo was passionate and engaging throughout the tour. This was a very informative and enjoyable day. I would highly recommend it.
Our guide provided too much in depth analysis of a few paintings for the tour and skipped many rooms and pieces of art. We skipped the Medici room all together. We think it would have been better to have more of an overview and less talk about tiny details.
The guide was amazing. But the crowds were oppressive. I would avoid the Uffizi and Florence in general between May and October.
Sarah was amazing guide. She was interesting and drew comparisons and contrast!
Your really helped focus on the main paintings and understand them. Our guide Stefanie was very well informed . He patiently explained all the art and also gave us some fun stories
Angela was a wonderful guide. I got so much more out of my visit because she shared her extensive knowledge about the art we were seeing. Very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely book another tour with her.
Paulina was a spectacular guide! She was very engaging and informative. She answered all of our questions and gave us the perfect look into history through the artworks we were viewing. She was very sweet and smiled the whole time. We very much enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend her.
Our luggage was left in Amsterdam and did not arrive for two days. We went to the airport to pick it up and was delayed due to customs, which caused us to miss our Uffizi tour appointment time. VIator would not rebook us or refund us. I would gladly change my review if I get rebooked or received a refund!
Our tour guide was amazing! She was local and very knowledgable. Knowing about each art made the experience way more enjoyable.
Giovanna was awesome! Despite the Uffizi being slow to let our group in, Giovanna made it a great experience and provided information and stories that you couldn’t possibly get without a guide.
It is highly worth joining a guided tour to learn about the key paintings on display and how they fit into the history of art. It really brings the displays to life. As a bonus, you also get to skip the long queue with a fast track for group tours. My guide, Sarah Cater, was knowledgeable and amusing and made the experience a great one.
It covered a lot! Our guide Angelo was very informative and entertaining. It was, though, a very large group for what was supposed to be a small group tour (there were 18 in our group in addition to Angelo) and that was disappointing.
Love the small group! Would Highly recommend. The guide was very knowledgeable about the art pieces and the gallery and tailored the tour to the group.
A kindly tour highlighting all of what you need to see and none of what you didn’t. We were then allowed to walk through the museum at our own pace after the tour. He was just the right amount.
Had a great tour with Sarah today learning about renaissance art and the history. We now look at this art work in a new perspective. Thank you Sarah.
Excellent tour by Stefano. Incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of the Uffizi, pointing out the highlights, before leaving you to explore the remainder of the museum. Make sure you leave plenty time after the tour for this, it's huge.
Our guide was knowledgeable and charming. She spoke English very clearly the headsets we used worked very well, so we could hear her throughout the entire tour.
Very informative and the guide went at our pace. We took time to see and hear important information with regard the works we were viewing. The guide made us feel welcome throughout the tour.
We couldn’t find the tour guide any where we went to meeting point no sign of anyone And when we called to get a refund or change dates they asked for more money a fee extra it was already a 133, they didn’t help me and I’m requesting a refund bec it’s not fair to spend all that money. For no service. Don’t book here they’re not helpful when things happen no one cared . Your in your own your better off going to the ticket office yourself. So disappointed
Giovanna was excellent! Supremely knowledgeable, energetic, empathetic and friendly. She had a great sense of humour. Thank you.
Our guide Angelo was knowledgeable and so appreciated by choosing important pieces to highlight the development of artists/art. You could spend days or months here so the guide was worth it!
Giovanna was an amazing tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and made navigating the crowds easier.
