Tuscany Small Group Tour: Siena & San Gimignano With Winery Lunch

A very full day of seeing Tuscany. Alessia our guide and Alessio our driver were absolutely wonderful. Very informative and lots of fun. Just a great day, and highly recommended!

Our guide, Alessia was outgoing, spoke very good English and fun to be with. Driving in Italy seems to be challenging and Alex made it look easy in a bus!! This tour was the right amount of sight seeing and relaxing at a small, Tuscany winery. The views in every area and the drive were awesome. Highly recommend this tour.

A Wonderful Tuscan Experience with Alessia and Nino! We had a wonderful experience exploring Siena, San Gimignano, and the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Our guide, Alessia, was exceptional throughout the day. She took the time to share the rich history behind each place, answered our questions thoughtfully, and explained so much more than we expected. She also gave us wonderful recommendations on local food, including a famous gelato shop, and pointed out some of the best places to enjoy the beautiful views. What I particularly appreciated was how patient and attentive she was with everyone in our group. She genuinely listened, answered questions, and made sure everyone felt included and comfortable throughout the experience. We also had an amazing driver, Nino, who made the journey comfortable and ensured we all returned safely. A big thank you to him as well! But what stood out to me the most was something that happened after the tour had ended. As my mom, dad, and I were making our way back, it started raining. Being unfamiliar with the area, we struggled to find our way to the station. We asked a few people for directions but weren’t having much luck. Alessia happened to see us as she was walking toward the station. Without hesitation, she stopped to help and personally guided us to the taxi stand. She even held her umbrella over my mom to keep her dry. It may seem like a small gesture, but for us, especially being in a new country, it meant so much. Her tour had already ended, yet she still took the time to make sure we were okay. It’s these unexpected acts of kindness that stay with you long after a trip is over. Thank you, Alessia and Nino, for making our day in Tuscany so memorable. We came away with a deeper appreciation of the region’s history, beautiful memories, and genuine gratitude for the care you showed us. We would highly recommend this experience!

We got a lot into one day but it was a great opportunity to see Siena, San Gimgnano and some of the Tuscan countryside. Very enjoyable exchanges either way many others in the group and our guide Alessandra and driver Nino took good care of us. A full and very satisfying day.

My husband and I had an amazing experience on this tour. Lorenzo our tour guide and Francesco our driver were amazing, very friendly. Lorenzo had such great energy and enthusiasm it made the trip so enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to see the countryside without having to do all the planning yourself. We learned a lot about Siena and San Gimignano and had an amazing lunch, wine, and still got free time. Worth every penny. Also loved the small group, felt way more relaxed. Loved this day-trip. Being able to stroll through Sienna and San Gimignano are priceless and a ‘forever’ memory. Our guides were very knowledgable of the area and got us safely to the spots while keeping us on schedule. The agritourismo spot was interesting to see although not my favorite of the day.

Sienna was great! A definite 5 stars. Guide there was excellent. The winery felt like a short version of a tour and lunch was so so. The last stop was a lovely medival town, but would have appreciated a map and information.

We had a beautiful day with our guide, Lorenzo. I would recommend this tour to anyone looking to get out of the city and see the beauty of the countryside. It is like stepping into a movie or a dream. Lorenzo really helped us enjoy the history and his recommendations made the trip so lovely. Our driver, Michele/Mike was cheerful and made the trip safe and delightful. Very thankful we booked this tour.

Friendly, understanable and knowledgeable are three words our group would describe our tourguide Lorenzo. He balanced the tour among history, shopping and free time to explore the towns we were in. Antonio, our driver was also friendly and accommodating.

Really good trip. Our guide Lorenzo was excellent, very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and spoke really good English. He went out of his way to show/tell us as much as possible about the towns we visited. The day was well structured, with a good amount of time in each place. Siena and San Gimignano were both gorgeous!

A very full day, but a good one. Lorenzo gave us a good tour of Sienna & even added some extra information about San Gimignano; we did like having time on our own to wander around. The food at the winery was far better than expected.

Lorenzo was a great guide and Mike was the most cheerful bus driver! The lunch was very good. Visiting the cathedral was a highlight. Bit confusing finding the meet up point, could have been maybe half an hour later in the morning start. Overall a great day and would recommend to my customers.

Our tour director, Alessia, was sweet, charming, informative, humorous, efficient, dare I go on? She presented her material in a well-presented manner and it had a tremendous flow to the information provided. She kept our group engaged and made it a relaxing, informative experience. We mostly appreciate the time we could personally explore the areas on the tour. She was WONDERFUL! The schedule went off like clockwork and very smooth. NO delays! Alex, the driver, performed his duties with outstanding skill, amidst the morning and evening rush hours of Florence. He definitely had the safety of his guests as his highest priority. He, and Alessia, worked exceptionally well together. This was our first tour, of this nature, and I would hope future tours would be as enjoyable. High praise to our Tour Team.

A whole-day tour can be long, but when you have tour guide Alessia and driver Nino, your journey will be filled with joy! The tour has three stops: Siena, lunch at a converted farmhouse in a medieval village, and San Gimignano. Alessia was the quintessential guide, radiating pride in her homeland, while Nino expertly drove us in and out of Florence and along the beautiful Tuscan highways and country roads to these wondrous destinations. One thing to know — you will be walking a lot, sometimes uphill! But this is to be expected, as these breathtaking cities are perched on hills. The effort is well worth it! With Alessia’s passion, Nino’s expert driving, and the unforgettable beauty of Tuscany at every turn, this tour is a wonderful way to warm your heart and experience the soul of the region. Highly recommended!

This tour was a lot of fun. Our tour guide Lorenzo and driver (don't recall his name but he was great) did a fantastic job! It was just the right amount of touring and then time on our own in each place. And the lunch and wine was fantastic!

A fantastic trip to two beautiful regions in Tuscany and a charming vineyard! The perfect amount of time at each stop and great guide and driver! The trip was organized and our guide Lorenzo was informative, funny and an all around great guy. He made the day memorable while keeping everyone on time. His knowledge of the areas and sites we visited was amazing and he pointed out so many details that would have been missed without his expertise. Our driver Sergio was great and safe and perfect on the trip! Both were A+!

Great mix of tour and individual exploration time. The small group size (about 20) was ideal. We saw much larger groups in both destinations and really appreciated our ability to move around them and through town more easily. Our guide, Lorenzo, was personable and knowledgeable. Mike, our driver, was charming and safely navigated through the high traffic. They are both so good at their jobs and we really appreciated spending the day with them.

We had an amazing experience on our day trip to Tuscany! Our tour guide Lorenzo was great! He provided us with lots of information about the history of both Siena and San Gimignano. The tour was perfect - lots of interesting information plus free time to stroll on our own! Also a shout out to our bus driver Alex! Crazy drivers in Florence - couldn’t pay me enough to drive on our own. Thank you again for an amazing day. Would highly recommend!!
