Our tour guide was great. Her name is Martha. However, I signed up for English. For some reason it was mixed with Spanish as well. Because of language, everything was said twice on the city tour which limited our time in sienna. I wish I knew ahead of time that it was not purely English. There should have been some warning.

Itinerary
Your Tuscany discovery begins with Pisa. Getting off the coach, we reach the Field of Miracles, a green grass field dominated by the dazzling white buildings
The Duomo di Pisa, formally known as the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, is a magnificent medieval cathedral located in the iconic Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa, Italy. Renowned for its distinctive Romanesque architecture, the cathedral features stunning marble facades, intricate sculptures, and a striking bronze entrance door. The interior of the cathedral showcases impressive artwork, including pulpit sculptures by Giovanni Pisano. The Duomo di Pisa stands as a testament to Pisa's architectural and artistic heritage, drawing visitors from around the world.
The Leaning Tower is almost 56 meters tall (about 183 ft). It leans at about 4 degrees, making it one of the most famous and iconic buildings all over the world. You are in one of the most world known places: revel in it, take creative photographs or wander off down the local streets.
The Camposanto Monumentale in Pisa, Italy, is a historic cemetery built in the 12th century. Known for its stunning architecture, it houses Roman and medieval sculptures, sarcophagi, and frescoes. Despite damage during World War II, ongoing restoration efforts preserve its cultural significance.
The round- shaped Baptistery, surrounded by its suggestive columned arcades is a magnificent structure that complements the nearby Cathedral and Leaning Tower. Built over several centuries, the baptistry features a blend of Romanesque and Gothic architectural styles.
From Pisa, we drive past hilltop hamlets scattered over some of the most beautiful and enchanting view of the countryside up to arrive at San Gimignano where a traditional Tuscan Lunch withTasting of 4 different wines, will be served.
After lunch, your visit continues to the discovery of a Tuscan medieval pearl, the stunning village of San Gimignano, Unesco world heritage, known for the ancient town planning still intact. It is often nicknamed the “Manhattan of the Middle Ages” because its famous tall, narrow towers create a skyline that looks a bit like a modern city.
Piazza della Cisterna is a charming medieval square situated in the heart of San Gimignano. Surrounded by well-preserved medieval towers and historic buildings, the square takes its name from the ancient cistern located at its center. The triangular-shaped square is paved with medieval stones and exudes a timeless atmosphere. With its well-preserved medieval architecture and unique charm, Piazza della Cisterna stands as a captivating focal point within the UNESCO World Heritage site of San Gimignano.
These well-preserved walls, dating back to the 13th century, served both defensive and symbolic purposes. The "Mura" offer a scenic stroll along their length, providing panoramic views of the charming town, its iconic towers, and the picturesque Tuscan countryside.
Our last stop is Siena, which we will reach by driving through the lovely Chianti countryside. Siena is an amazing hilltop town, rich in works of art and traditions, famous monuments and picturesque views with a fascinating pedestrianized historical center and one of the most beautiful Cathedrals in the world. Upon arrival in Siena our local guide will take you on a guided walking tour along the small medieval streets and squares, passing the oldest bank in the world, and the Piazza del Campo - site of the famous 600-year-old Palio horse-race, to the spectacular Cathedral.
The Torre del Mangia is a striking medieval tower located in the heart of Siena, Italy. Standing adjacent to the Palazzo Pubblico, this iconic structure offers panoramic views of the city and its surroundings. What a perfect day! Our guide Ricardo and driver Meno were fantastic! Very informational and an amazing way to see so much of Italy on a time budget. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing day exploring Italy today!! Pisa, wine tasting n lunch, Sena and San Giaingimo! Our guide Aaron was amazing!!! Informative, helpful, entertaining, made everything easy!! He was the best. Highly recommend the tour! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for a great day
This tour was one of the highlights of my Tuscan adventure. Our guide Aaron and driver Ferdinand were incredible. They guided us extremely well throughout the day and shared many historical notes that I thoroughly enjoyed. The entire itinerary is very well planned and Aaron made sure I followed it to the dot. Kudos to the entire team! Oh and the lunch with wine tasting was fantastic too, an amazing choice of restaurant in Tuscany!
The tour was absolutely perfect. It took us throughout the entire Tuscan countryside, included all of the historical sites in the region, aswell as traditional cultural activities associated with the area like a wine tasting. Aaron was a great knowledgeable tour guide and I would 100% recommend this to everyone
My wife and I were this travel group. Christina and a driver (I am sorry for forgetting their names) were awesome. Christina's guiding statement made us enjoy looking around sightseeing spots. We were so happy to join this travel group.
The bus is comfortable but it has no bathrooms. The tours all stop at 8 to 10 minutes walk from where the meeting places were. Nothing was said about the areas by the tour guide. The lady that did the siena tour was great. And the meal at the winery was nice. But I don't recommend the rest of it.
Easy meeting point and clear instructions. Good day. However, it was difficult to find toilets.
We were on the fence and ended up booking this day trip at the last minute. We’re so glad we did! It was such a great way to see three different places within Tuscany. We did the lunch, which was very nice. I was especially grateful they accommodated my gluten-free diet. Kristianą and Silvio were incredible hosts/guides. It’s a day we’ll never forget!
The tour was ok I spected received more information during the trip. However the visit to San Gimiliano and the lunch with wine testing was excelente.
A 12-hour journey through the heart of Tuscany brings you face-to-face with the region’s ultimate trio: Pisa, San Gimignano, and Siena. This route perfectly balances architectural wonders, medieval towns and Gothic buildings with a pause for lunch and amazing, rolling countryside views
This is a fantastic experience. Well worth the money you spend. Just be prepared to walk a little as the bus stops 10-15 minutes away from main attractions. Very comfortable bus. Loved our guide ELIZA. The driver Ricardo was very courteous. Just loved our whole day trip.
Ricardo is an amazing tourist guide. able to explain everything. looks out for tourists’ safety as well
Extremely expansive and well organized tour. Driver and guide very professional and made the experience great.
I can say that this trip with my guide Fred was fantastic trip I have had he is very nice very responsible very organized and I’ve never seen like him and my trip was fantastic just for a little payment it was fantastic
Loved the experience. Ultimately I think the goal is to go on your own and take the time to explore rather than be on a schedule, but for a group of friends who had never traveled to Tuscany, it was ideal. You get to see a lot, but you also get an idea of what you would like to see later on. At least that is my take on travel. Sort of like when you do the hop buses. They take you around a city, and then you can decide what you want to actually spend more time on. Communication, transportation, and lunch were all great. I would highly recommend it for those that are traveling to Italy for the first time. Takes a bit of the travel pressure off when you have it all set up for a day, and all you have to do it show up.
Long day, must be able to walk distances with small inclines, cobblestones. Enjoyed every stop. Be prepared to find restrooms and have coins for public toilets. Lunch was lots of fun & delicious. Pisa in the early morning is beautiful. Enjoyed Siena’s history of horse racing. Our guide Gulia was knowledgeable, funny & seemed to enjoy her time spent with us as well.
This was a great tour. The bus was very comfortable and the ride just beautiful. The towns we visited were absolutely lovely and had enough time in each. The cathedral in Sienna is a must see.
Our tour guide did extremely well teaching us about the area and history. Unbelievable beautiful scenery.
My wife and I took this tour today. We were worried it might be too long of a day but it was amazing. Enough time at each destination to see all the sites and take in the landscape. Aaron was very knowledgeable, punctual with times and charismatic. F-dawg whipped the bus like it was nobodies business, but in a safe way! Would definitely recommend!!!
A very long day that started with grey skies but Tuscany didn't disappoint. It's a beautiful area of Italy and my favourite so far. Aaron was an informative guide and managed to keep us all together. In Australia we would say "like herding cats!" The lunch was a great experience too. I like to do wine tasting so I appreciated that. Thanks also to Ferdinand the driver who took good care of us.
Really enjoyable tour through Tuscany! Aaron was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide, the coach was super comfortable, and Ferdinand was a punctual and excellent driver. Everything was well organised. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with the tour! Aaron was an excellent guide, and the itinerary was very well organised. The route was fantastic, and the time allocated to each city was just right — enough to explore, enjoy the main attractions and take everything in without feeling bored or exhausted. At the same time, the tour never felt rushed, so we could really enjoy each place at a comfortable pace. Overall, it was a very well-balanced and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!
Aaron was our tour guide and he was very energetic and knowledgeable! We got to hit a lot of places in one day and see a lot. Something to note, there is a decent amount of time on the bus but Aaron provides information about the next stop which kept things interesting.
I’m glad we booked this tour, it made seeing all the sights easy! Aaron, our tour host was amazing! His was friendly and enthusiastic and made the trip a real pleasure. I appreciated all the tidbits of information he shared as we rode on the bus and at the destinations. Ferdinand did a great job driving the bus too!
We had a wonderful trip with CAF Tour and Travel - Gray Line Florence. The trip was perfectly conducted by Aaron our guide for the day. We visited the Leaning Tower of Pisa, had a delicious lunch with Tuscany wine tasting at San Gimignano, and finally the city of Sienna, with a visit to the exquisite cathedral. Definitely recommended. Suggestion: Kindly provide some more time to explore the Sienna Cathedral.
Aaron was an amazing guide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The trip was absolutely perfect! From the history of the areas along the drive to the scenery. Pisa was short - but not too short. Was the perfect amount of time there. The wine tasting and lunch in San Gimignano was incredible. The tour of the Siena Cathedral was jaw dropping. Totally worth every penny. Cannot say enough good things about it. Also I can’t forget Nino - got us around safely and smoothly.
It was an amazing trip through breathtaking cities and beautiful Toscane landscapes. I really enjoyed it. The tour guide Aaron and the bus driver Francesco which conducted this fantastic journey were absolutely friendly and dedicated on given us the best possible experience in terms of historical information and care of people all day long.
Our experience was good. The staff was helpful and our guides, Ricardo and Keiko, made the experience enjoyable despite of the fact that the tour was crowded (80 persons). The Volvo bus was very comfortable. You can enjoy three amazing places in one day and that’s awesome. This tour is best for those who want take advantage of few days in Florence, especially if you’re in good physical condition.
Ricardo and Keiko were terrific guides getting us to and from where we needed to go. They were extremely pleasant and helpful.
An experience not to be missed! Everything was so well organised, from the punctuality and transport to the friendly and polite staff. Everyone was extremely professional, and the towns we visited were absolutely beautiful. Definitely worth it!
Great experience, wonderful guides. Lunch with wine tasting was great experience.
My husband and I are extremely happy we booked this tour ..the bus itself was beautiful and extremely clean and our driver Ali and our tour guide Ricardo and keiko were nice & informative making our day trip pleasant .. thank you for your services
Great time was had with Ricardo and Keko. Very professional, took great care of all the guests including my elderly parents.
Aaron has been a great guide , giving us precise instruction and tips , making the trip much more memorable
Aaron was an amazing guide. He did everything in English and Spanish. Our first time in Tuscany but definately not the last time. The buss was clean and driver did a good job as well.
Aaron and Francesco were fantastic. Definitely recommend if you are short on time and want to fit as much in as possible in one day.
Aaron the tour guide was amazing, he really made this trip very memorable for us, he can speak/understand 9 different languages, and makes everyone feel welcome. He really knows all the details about every part of the trip. He goes the extra mile to make sure that we all leave together. He is friendly and kind. He really made this trip with it. Francesco the bus driver was amazing too, took us everywhere safely and was on time with Aaron every single time.
Excellent experience with our guide Aaron and the driver Francesco. Everything on time and Aaron speak very fluently English.
Great guide Aaron and the best driver Francesco.
Aaron and Francisco are awesome. On time plenty of explaining and very friendly
Aaron and Franchesco did an amazing job and the trip was worth every minute!
we don't like this tour, it has too many people, probably 40 or 50 people in a big bus. The tour lady is not that nice in the beginning. after an unpleasant argument, she is better.
Tour plan itself was great. Lunch and wine tasting were phenomenal. Our primary guide, Aaron, was also excellent. The pickup in the morning was chaos. Too many tour groups all converging in the same spot at the same time. Hard to know where to go to check in. Driver was great, but the bus itself was old and not so great, especially with no bathroom for a 12 hour tour. Our tour guide in Siena was very difficult to understand.
Excelent with Ferdinand as bus driver, and Aaron in charge. All in time, explained, and delicious meal.
It was a great experience if you want to explore all things in a day. The guide Aaron was too good with things. But I would personally take a day trip to Tuscany and skip Pisa & siana in my opinion. Nevertheless the wine tasting experience was too good.
Excellent experience in general. I would only recommend to have bathrooms in the bus. Our guide Aaron was nice and funny. He made our trip enjoyable.
Aaron was a great guide. He showed us all of Tuscany in a day and made the most of our time. Our driver Ferdinand was safe and accommodating.
Aaron was very funny I made the tour enjoyable. He kept track of a large group with ease.
The day woth Aaron, Keiko and Halim put driver was spectucar. They were all kind. Aaron had a lot of knowledge and stories to tell.
