They will guilt trip you into leaving a 30 - 80 euro tip. Not really free then is it? I would have been happy to leave a tip but the manager Luigi is very rude and made me feel like I am doing something wrong. Avoid. There are plenty of other free tours that don't treat you like garbage.

Lots of history and recommendations! Ludi took us to many different areas, was very knowledgeable, funny, and an excellent guide.
Antonio was our amazing guide! He told us many stories during an evening walk in the city centre. He showed little secrets too, but I don't want to be a spoiler.
Ludi was a wonderful guide as we walked through historic Florence. We found Anselm Kiefer an interesting part of the tour.
No one because ur guides never shop up and we look for them half hour ahead around places so be careful scheduling people if ur guides aren’t be ready for the guests
This was our first walking tour after arriving in Florence. It was an excellent way to learn our way around the city and take in plenty of history. It was very informative but also fun, keeping us all engaged the whole time!
Our guide "Ludji' (don't know the correct spelling) was excellent. Personable, well-informed, good crowd control and professional. I would highly recommend any of the tours she gives to everyone.
The tour itself was accommodating but was a repeat of several other tours we had taken. The problem was we were not told there, was an additional cost for the tour upfront. We showed the tour guide our documentation that we had paid the booking company for the tour, yet they insisted we still owed ten euros each. Very deceptive practice. The fact that the additional charge was due did not come to light until late in the tour and we tried to tip the guide and they refused saying it was insult to be given such a small amount of money and demanded 10 euros. The only mention of this additional charge was made in the review section. Over all we were embarrassed and unhappy with the overall experience. This was our last evening in Florence and we had spent most of our cash. We were forced to go to an ATM machine to make a withdrawal for money to pay the guide. Another younger couple to to make a with drawl from an AMT as well, so it was not the fact we are a mature couple and had missed a notice. Again a very unpleasant experience.
The fact that the tour through Viator cost us as a couple less than $12 was misleading because it was not stated that we would need to pay the guide as well. It was unexpected and embarrassing. We had to be lead to an ATM to pay him. Another couple in the group had the same experience, so the tour option on the Viator website needs to be made more plain. The guide was knowledgeable and funny although he did not give the other couple the attention and questions he gave us.
We paid for this tour through trip advisor. We turned up at the tour on time in the correct location and the tour guide had our names down. He mentioned to us how this was a “free tour” but had a mandatory €10 fee at the end. How is it free then? We mentioned we had paid this €10 fee through trip advisor but he kept saying we had not paid nothing despite us showing him the ticket and booking fee receipt.
Must -do tour when in Florence! It was a great way to see the city and learn about its fascinating history. We particularly loved that the tour was later in the evening so there were fewer crowds and it was much mich cooler! Our tour guide, Marco, was incredibly knowledgeable and had so many funny stories and jokes sprinkled throughout which made the tour than much more fun. Highly recommend!!!
I did the morning tour with Caterina and enjoyed every minute of it. She was funny, engaging and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Florence. It was one of the best walking tours I have ever been on and just wish I could have stayed longer to do one of the other tours! Highly, highly recommend when in Florence.
The tour guide Marco was knowledgeable and entertaining. He showed around the main sites and the hidden gems that I wouldn’t have found on my own. Overall, it was great experience and a MUST DO while on Florence with Marco. Will do it again next time.
Chiara is a fantastic guide who was well able to show you around all of the sites and answer any questions thrown her way. Hugely recommend this tour! You will find great spots to eat and drink too
Chiara is an excellent guide, she showed a lot of landmarks in Florence, gave very good tips on places to go and eat, and made the tour very light with interesting facts and "myths"; this gave me a new way to look at the several palazzos and churches in the city now that I understand what the several details in these buildings mean.
An excellent tour. Alice was our guide she had good knowledge of the city. She explained everything well and gave us an excellent recommendation for evening meal.
Was a privilege to be Alicia's first tour in Firenze since the lockdown, there was only my daughter and myself for the Sunset Tour and we had a great tour with Alicia being very well informed and able to give us a great insight to the history and places of interest, hopefully tourist levels will return to normal soon so more people can enjoy this tour with Alicia
Alice made a fantastic tour. Great information very nicely delivered. The time was very well spent. We recommend the tour.
My partner and I went on this walking tour on the second day of our trip to Florence and I couldn't recommend it more! Daniel was a perfect guide, extremely friendly and interesting to listen to. I learnt so much interesting history and got more than my fair share of food recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful time :-) Anna and Marcus
Morning tour was led by Mara. Mara explains things very detail and very nice! We walked around for 2 hours.
The walking tour with 'Another Florence' was really enjoyable. Our guide Natalia was very knowledgeable and provided some excellent information about Florence and its history you won't find on a map. Highly recommended!
A tour of about 20 people through the streets of Florence, stopping on narrow sidewalks while passing cars, difficult organization. In addition, we have verified that various data given by the guide are NOT true. From the price and access to Corridoio Vasariano to the legend of the black rooster. Totally different from the official stories. The Guide explained with concern that Free Tours are disappearing due to restrictions and conditions required of them by the authorities. Maybe what makes Free Tours disappear is finding this lousy service.
Super necessary, we made it closing and verified the accuracy of the Titania tour guide information, plus it is super cute and we learned a lot. Apart from what we already paid we gave a small additional tip as a gesture of thanks.
It is an alternative view of the city that chooses points of interest that are not included in the usual tourist circuits. Pretty interesting.
Mara was very nice, fun and explained many details of the history of the city, recommended great places we visited, it was great.
Excellent tour, very well explained super interesting, we could tour and know very important data of the city with very good tips
