Norma was amazing! She was genuinely enthusiastic about sharing her extensive knowledge about the history and the art. And her enthusiasm was infectious. She effectively maneuvered us through the crowds to ensure we had clear views of the pieces she highlighted. She answered questions with authority and patience. She’s one of the best guides and if I can request her by name in the future, I will!

Our tour guide was very informative about the different art periods and artists.

Marcelo showed his love a Florence and of Leonardo and really made the renaissance come to life.

I was in a small group of five guests, our tour guide Marta, was excellent. Her experience and knowledge of the famous artwork was fantastic and made the tour so much better. I really enjoyed getting to see some of the most famous art pieces. Truly gave me a good understanding of what Florence is all about and the rich history behind it.

Well worth the cost! It was a quick 1hour tour of the highlights of the Uffizi. I appreciate not having to walk too far or climb too many stairs. Multiple elevators & cafeteria for a respite. Greta was a wonderful guide. Easy to understand and had so many interesting insights about the art. She was very knowledgeable.

It did not started well for us. The meeting point that the travel agency indicated was wrong. Thankfully, we made the decision to walk to the entrance of the gallery and found the local admin guide. We will feedback to the agency we booked with accordingly but this has affected our experience negatively. The local tour guide assigned to us was humourous and entertaining. He shared many interesting stories and showed us all the important pieces within the time he had. However, the sound though the ear piece was muffled throughout the tour and we could hear him better without it so we went without the ear piece but his voice was soft in midst of the crowd. Hence, it was challenging for us to try and catch what he was saying. Only Towards the end of the tour that we realized that his amplifier was placed behind him instead of front which explains why we could not hear him properly through the ear piece. Again, the experience could have been better if the amplifier had worked as intended.

I booked this tour through visitor. When arriving at the meeting position the tour guide was late and then informed me that she did not have our tickets. She could not help us get them and told us we were unfortunately not going to be able to tour the gallery (this was the only time we could make it work). The service and communication was extremely disappointing and unprofessional and left us in a very difficult and stressful situation. I will not book through this site/app again.

The gallery was beautiful. Absolutely worth it. Our guide Letizia was wonderful! She was full of passion and gave us so much perspective. Wouldn’t have been the same experience without her.

Great museum with classic masterpieces. The guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The one drawback was that the museum was too crowded to fully appreciate the works. Our guide was good but the crowd made it difficult to stay together.

We had an incredible experience at the Uffizi Gallery - we lucked out and got to have Marta as our one on one tour guide throughout our time. Marta was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and detail oriented in helping us to discover details about the paintings and historical background we never would have known otherwise. Another plus was the skip-the-lien feature, we were basically able to walk right into the museum upon our entry time. All around a great experience with a wonderful guide. We had such a great time exploring and learning about the art and being able to chat with Marta about Florence as a whole. Could not recommend enough!
