It was perfect, glad we chose to do it this way. Skipped the long queue to get in and the guide explained everything in absolute detail

Excellent tour weaving together art history and the story of the Medicis. The guide was knowledgeable and used our time together wisely.
We had a fantastic tour with our guide, Christiano. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and you could tell he had a passion for the art. He broke down the pieces in a way that helped me and my wife understand the evolution happening in that period, and we walked away with a deeper appreciation for the artwork and its significance. Well worth the time and money.
Our guide, Ruby, was very knowledgeable and personable. There were only 3 people in our group and she was able to maneuver us into the best positions to observe and appreciate the magnificent art. One tip would be to double check the meeting place. The spot Viator gave to meet was incorrect and fortunately, there was an information booth where we were able to get exact directions to tour operators office/starting point.
It was a very good experience, the tour guide was very friendly, especially since we were traveling with children, and she knew how to include them in the analysis of the paintings, making the visit more enjoyable for everyone.
We were at our meeting point actually early, and Luca greeted us, found our name on the list and took us to a different guide that did not speak English. She kept assuring us that we would be taken care of and she would get us into the right group however, we were the only ones without headphones. By the time we were walking around on the second floor and kept asking where we should go, we were discounted and told to just go on our own. Not happy I spent $200 as I’m not sure what we got besides walking around on our own?
I couldn’t understand what she said 80% of the time. Also she finished after 1.5 hours walk, not the official 2 hours.
I highly recommend booking this tour. Our tour guide Anica was amazing and extremely knowledgeable and passionate. There are so many masterpieces to see and having someone who can provide so much history makes the whole experience even more memorable.
Amazing collection of art. The museum forces you through in a particular order with no regard to your personal tastes. By the time you slog your way through the crowds to the Titian collection, for instance, The museum is closing if you’re starting in the afternoon. The skip the line only helps you get in, it doesn’t help you once you’re in.
We were scheduled for a 3:15pm tour. We showed up at 3:05 and the tour guide (who never provided her name) scolded my family that she was waiting for us. Upon entry, I needed to check my backpack (for security reasons) and she was upset that I had to do so. The line was long and this frustrated her. We began the tour at 3:25 and she said it would take a week to do the whole museum so for the next 2 hours she was going to go over some highlights of the gallery. I said to myself - great! I am so glad we booked this experience. I would have been lost. She spent the next 45 minutes with us and then abruptly ended (about 4:10pm)! At one point half of my family was in one room and she was in the other carrying on like she could care less where the group was. We asked her if she could slow down a little bit and she told us it didn't matter anyway because she was finished. The other couple with us was just as shocked as us. We only had 7 people in our group, not a lot to manage at all. (My family (5) and the other couple (2)). I think in all - we did 4 rooms of the entire Uffizi Gallery with a tour guide. I contacted the company to tell them and they told me "We apologize that you were not able to fulfill your travel plans, and hope that we may be of service to you in your future travels". How does this answer or help me in anyway? I am not sure what the issue was but this was not the service I was used to with Viator (as I have used them all over the world) and they clearly don't want to hear about it if it is bad. Chose wisely I guess.
The exact location was a little confusing and while they said look for someone in “green” there are many shades and our guides was like lime green. They did call to check and see if we were coming which was nice.
Our first trip to Florence and to the Ufizzi. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made great use of our time to select the best works of art to discuss with us. You need a whole day to see everything. Largest museum we have ever been to. Definitely get a tour guide for this place. It was an amazing trip and they have great handicap wheelchair access.
Very expensive : 39€ instead of 16€ We had to wait for more then 15 minutes. It was no “skip the line”
They sold us a guided tour but it was just a ״skip the line” ticket without skipping the line. They give us tickets for different hour then the one we ordered, we needed to wait the line for 3 times. And we could have bought the tickets on spot in much cheaper price. Terrible experience, we felt cheated.
Paying for guiding and not recieving any. Not because of the guide, but the email form being unclear.
It was great to finally get back to the Uffizi and it made it so much easier having a guide and bypassing the queues. The guide was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was a lovely and very memorable afternoon.
A few minutes before our tour we were reminded about our tour. They wanted to make sure we had found out your guide. That was really helpful as there were many groups. Our group was so private. Only our family of 6. Three tennage boys and our 5 year old daughter. Rosa was great. She added her own flavor to the tour. Thank you Rosa.
I came to this museum to see the Caravaggio, but with the guide I learned so much about the development of prespective in medieval art and the movement from flat 2-D depictions of christianity to the beautiful Raphael era. As an art enthusiast I can saw this tour change they way I see art, my understanding of techniques and the historical relevance. The enthusiasm and knowledge of the guide was superior and I am so thankful to have taken this tour.
We were very glad to book skip the line tickets , especially so on a super hot day ! The area to meet confused us slightly in our haste as it was on opposite side to other numbered areas, but we got there !
All the late tour operator did was purchased the ticket for us. We could have done that ourselves. There doesn't seem to be an advantage getting this. In fact, because of the late tour operator, our time inside the beautiful museum was squeezed due to another appointment after.
This was such a disappointing experience. The tour guide who had to sort out the tickets was 15 minutes late. The ticket is a blatant lie. You don't skip the line at all, you get in a different line for reserved tickets and there were still hundreds of people in front of us. The tour staff tried to make excuses for this, but it still took an hour for us to get in the gallery on a hot day. The Uffizi ticket system is badly organised but the tour agent here should have been more accurate with the description of what you are actually buying and of course they should have been on time and more organised.
I was a bit disappointed that this tour was only for the paintings and not for the sculptures also. I would like to have had a better understanding of this before we went. Also, it is advertised as "skip the line" but we waited quite a bit to get inside. I'm not sure if there was a problem on that day, but not exactly as efficient as other "skip the line" tours that we had been on. The tour guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour only for those who want to see the paintings only. I you want to gain information on the sculptures, I would recommend something different.
We found the group easily However then it was a mess. Confusingly told to go to different spots to wait. Then we’re finally told to wait in this line - so much for skipping a line! But worse yet we waited for the guy with the tickets who randomly handed out tickets to everyone waiting. When our tickets were checked by some other person- before actual entry- he held us up, wouldn’t let us enter, said we had a later ticket. My information online said departure at 3:15 and we were there before 3:00 - but our tickets said 4:15. I was trying to find this info on my phone to show him when he finally said “just go”, costing us a further wait in this line as others behind us went before us.

My husband and I were hugely disappointed by this tour. Friends had raved about the Ufizzi Gallery. Our guide, who neither introduced herself nor gave her art history background, did not give any information as she walked us 15-minutes from the tour office to the Uffizi Gallery. She appeared disinterested. She rushed us through the gallery, pointed out a few famous art works, and skipped one crowded area completely. I wonder if this was her first tour or if she was a last minute replacement! In addition, the 2-hour tour lasted from 3:15 - 4:30 and the first 15 minutes were walking in silence to the gallery. I would like my 123.74 back for the worst tour I have ever taken.

After a rough start (troubles with tickets and the headsets, which were quickly resolved by our guide) we had a really great time on this tour! Our guide, Eleonora provided very interesting insights into the paintings and was always ready to answer more questions. We had a really great time and would definitely recommend it to people looking for a quick, but good, guided tour with some extra free time at the end. Tip: if the audio is not working properly, switch channels as a group, this resolved all our initial problems when being close to another group or far away from the guide.
We paid for a tour of the Ufizi. Irina Emchenko was our tour guide. My wife and I have visited many Museums and galleries around the globe. Irina was by far the best tour guide we have EVER had. She was remarkably knowledgeable, spoke flawless English, and her 2 hour tour was perfectly paced. She was able to guide us through the highlights in a chronological format, conveying the progressions and changes in art and sculpture and their relationships to the history the times. Truly outstanding.

Had a good tour to Uffizi, covered all the must see masterpieces, and our guide did a great job given the time constraints of 2 hours in a place as large as the Uffizi. Appreciated the free time following the end of the tour to further browse inside the Uffizi. Definitely worth the price, and you skip the lines to boot.

Would recommend going on this tour. Informative and knowledgeable guide.

Excellent tour! It was exactly what we were expecting, as non-expert tourist who wished to get some understanding of the Renaissance art of the time: a quick 2-hour tour, not very deep but covering all the major artworks and pieces of the gallery, which I have to say, is amongst the best of the world. Only downside: the tour said skip the line and it's not entirely true you skip the line to buy the tickets, but you still have to queue to enter like you had bought the ticket via the internet in our case it was like half an hour. In any case, it was well worth it!

Great tour if you have short amount of time.....all the highlights.

The 2 hour tour is the way to go. Our tour guide was friendly and smart and gave interesting information about the most famous paintings to help us see them in another light. If we had chosen to do so, we could've stayed as long as we wanted to explore the gigantic Uffizi in more depth. But for travelers on a timeline or those seeking just an overview this tour is well worth the money.

The 2 hour Uffizi tour is a must see when you are in Florence. Our guide, Elisa was very passionate about the art and history of the museum and had a wealth of knowledge. Truly beautiful!

The tour was very interesting and the guide provided excellent insights into some of the greatest art treasures in the world. There were 25 people on the tour and that made asking questions nearly impossible. We went on a Tuesday at 3:30 in the afternoon and the Gallery was absolutely packed. It might have been a more enjoyable experience if the gallery had been less crowded, but our guide did her very best to respond and to share information.

The small group skip the line guided tour was perfect for us. The guide was very knowledgable and friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Too much to see in one tour but she got us to many of the highlights of this fabulous museum. This tour was well worth the money.

Our guide Guido is an historian. Not a question he could not answer. Put it all in the proper sequence an perspective, I only wish I had had an entire day there.

The museum is extremely crowded and loud. The headphones on this tour were not very good. There were three of us and none of us could hear well. The group was also too large. The tour guide was very nice but her English was not great. I would recommend seeing the Uffizi with a private guide or all alone. We were exhausted and hot, and didnt see as much as we would have liked.

Our guide was awesome, spent extra time with us as we got started a little late!!! She was very knowledgeable and you could tell she loved her job

Manuel our guide was excellent. A wonderful way to learn so many interesting little secrets about Uffizi.

There were two main problems which severely affected our enjoyment of the tour. First, the listening equipment headphones and mic used by the guide gave sound of appalling quality. Lots of us complained before the tour started and it didn't improve from there. It was so bad that unless we stood next to the guide so we could hear her in person it was impossible to understand what she was saying. It was so bad that at least half of the party gave up well before the end and handed their headphones back. Secondly, the length of the tour was severely curtailed. We understand that Viator cannot control entry to the Uffizi but we think it should be made clearer to customers that skip the line tickets do not exclude a long wait. We did not gain entry until an hour after our arrival at the Uffizi. We would have expected our tour therefore to be extended. In fact it only lasted for 1 hr 20 mins it was meant to be 2 hrs and the end of it was extremely rushed as the guide was rushing things through to finish near the allotted time regardless. Altogether a very disappointing tour, one we were really looking forward to and which was not cheap.

The Uffizi Museum is excellent, however this tour was awful!! First, was not easy to find guide, they wore no company identification or signs. skip the line still got us in almost an hour late. Headsets were poor quality, guide mumbled and was unintelligible mist of the time. He walked ahead irregardless of the group. He spent considerable time on minor paintings and barely covered those of Botticelli, Caravaggio, Michelangelo. Of 19 people 7 just left mid tour. We stuck it out hoping it would improve. He ended half hour early and said we could do more ourselves. That was the best part of this tour!! We saw and enjoyed more without him!!! We will be calling the company when we get home to complain.

It was a fabulous tour. The gallery is so huge it was great to have someone to point out the most important pieces. We got so much more out of the 2hr tour than we would have if we'd spent the entire day there on our own.

It was very confusing when we went to the designated area for our tour. Each person we spoke to told us to get on a different line. Then they couldn't find our name on their sheet. Finally they had us go to an area to wait. Our English speaking guide, that we requested, was very difficult to understand. Her English wasn't very good. Also, her microphone kept breaking ,so we couldn't hear her at all for a big part of the tour. The Uffizzi itself was beautiful, and I believe you need someone to take you around because it is so big. But there are so many tours going on at the same time that if you don't keep up with your group, you will lose them. And many did. The Uffizzi...great. The tour...not so much!

The head phones were terrible - sound quality appalling and as soon as the guide walked ahead we couldn't hear anything. It was so bad that half the group left during the tour. While the guide seemed knowledgeable the bad sound negatively impacted his commentary. Would not recommend unless headsets replaced.

It was very enjoyable and the guide was very knowledgeable and kept the tour going along. With 100 rooms in the museum, we were often glad when he skipped a few rooms at a time. It was a little drawn out and a little too much of some information and not all of the museum was interesting to us but I'm glad we did it with a guide to get more out of it.

What an amazing guide we had! She was so knowlegeable, she was even able to answer impromptu questions thoroughly.

Our first impression when we met our group was not good from the person who was checking people in. He was curt and confusing in his instructions. Our guide though was amazing and he made this tour wonderful with his knowledge and making sure we got to see everything up close as it was very crowded. I would recommend this tour.

The Uffizi Gallery is a must see. We visited on Tuesday afternoon, probably one of the busiest days of the week , as the museum is closed on Mondays. It was incredibly crowded and we were told it is not unusual for 30,000 people per day to visit. For the gallery, this has become a severe problem and as I understand, the museum is looking at ways to limit the number of visitors . Our guide clearly would have preferred to have fewer visitors in the museum so he could have spent more time explaining the incredible works of art. I can't say enough about how important it is to have a knowledgeable guide explain the art, why it is important, what to look for in the paintings and sculptures, information about the artist and the time period in which he worked, etc. Without our excellent guide the Gallery experience would have been frustrating and bland. If I am fortunate enough to be able to return to Florence I will take the tour again, only try to visit on Thursday or Friday when the Gallery is supposed to be less busy.

A great way of experiencing the Uffizi is with a knowledgeable and passionate guide - this tour delivers that. Also an excellent way of experiencing the gallery if you are short of time or are with children who are short on patience for art galleries.

Our tour guide, who's name I can't remember, was AMAZING!!! So passionate about the artwork and very knowledgeable. It was wonderful.

Me encantó las explicaciones tan interesantes que dio,sin tampoco cansar, repetiría sin duda, una gran profesional
