It’s a short and sweet tour of the church, which is all you need. Guide was very knowledgeable. Recommend if you want to learn about what you are looking at.

The inside was not as expected considering the wait some people had. The outside is more amazing and the guide was not as good as expected.
It’s a short experience and a little chaotic at meeting point I would just get entry ticket that’s skips queue and not bother with guide
Clear instructions to find the meeting place and when you see the massive queues you’ll be glad you did! Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, unfortunately it wasn’t always easy to understand her accent. Check to see what you are actually paying for. We booked knowing we weren’t walking up to the top of the Duomo but we couldn’t get into the crypt either.
Our guide Sylvia explained the history and symbolism of the art in the Accademia and the Uffizi giving us a tour rich in context. It was also a pleasure to skip the long lines. We even stopped for coffee and pastry during our walk between the two museums.
It was a nice experience to hear some of the history of the cathedral. The guide started late due to 2 people not showing up on time. Would have been nice for the other 12+ waiting to just get going.
Difficult to understand the speaker. Maybe a word or two in each sentence. Very disappointed.
Our guide was knowledgeable and covered the history of the duo o quickly. Obviously skip the line is an important feature of this and worth it. However we should have know that you are NOT ABLE to go to the Baptistry on this ticket. It must be bought separately. A lot was discussed on the tour about the baptistry yet you couldn’t see it. I would have happily paid more for a tour that included but wasn’t aware of this detail.
The church is beautiful! Our guide shared how they built the church and all of the history behind the construction! Our guide spoke slowly which was much appreciated!
I don't want to deter anyone away from taking this tour because I am sure it is not like this every time, but our experience was not the best. It was easy to find the group outside of the duomo, but we did not receive a headphone set, so it was very difficult for us to hear our already quiet tour guide. On top of that, I struggled to understand the guides' english. The great thing is that we completely bypassed the long line outside.
I wish this experience was better. We had a lot to do in Florence so we wanted to do a quick tour but my goshhhh it wasn’t worth it. The lady was very sweet but barely spoke any English for an English speaking tour. Very difficult to understand. Also didn’t give us mics or headphones so not only could we barely understand her, we also never heard much. It was boring and unexciting. The group was sadly miserable. Many of us slowly left at the end because no one understood. Waste of time
Clear voice and made sure we understood the narative. Gave us enough time and not felt being rushed. The visit had more depth and meaning.
Fast and convinient. The line of people waiting to go inside was very long but we skipped the line instantly with our guide. Explained and gave us some of the important history of this Church and about Florence. Highly recommend.
The guide really went out of her way to provide accessible information to the entire group. She was very nice and easy to understand.
It was a little difficult to understand the tour guide due to her heavy accent and the static in the ear pieces. But it was well worth it to skip the long line!
Location of the meeting place was not easy to find. The person who checked us in was not empathetic about it either. After that it was great. Out guide Lisa was very friendly and knowledgeable.
It was super easy to find the meeting point. Our tour guide was amazing, unfortunately I can’t remember her name. She was very knowledgeable. The priority entrance was very nice. We came during peak season and we still didn’t have to wait. The ticket comes with entrance to the museum which gives you a great view of the duomo/piazza. Very worth it!
Great tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable. She took us through the basilica and pointed out the architecture and paintings.
Very informational on the history of the cathedral. Our guide was very knowledgable in the history of the cathedral
Beautiful experience! Vivian ist an amazing guide, her passion for sharing with us Florence's history and culture related to the cathedral and their artists, including funny anecdotes, was superlative. Every detail was perfect from start to finish, highly recommend!
Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and forms the tour was the right amount of time (30). I recommend for those who have had enough long tours!
The tour guide Vivianna was knowledgeable and fabulous. She made the Duomo experience unforgettable and took us back in time. Thanks Vivianna. You are amazing. Skip the line was wonderful as the line was a mile long.
Excellent Duomo tour! Our tour guide’s extensive history knowledge was very impressive. And we loved her enthusiasm! Definitely with the money for the small group tour and to skip the long line.
Skip the line is so worth it — and the short tour really gave so much color and history to everything you see inside. It is the perfect way to immerse yourself in the history and take in the beauty. Once the short tour is over you’re welcome to continue walking around as you please.
Quick, informative, and just right for our short stay in Florence. Our guide was friendly and wonderful!
Perfect quick cut the line tour. Guide was very smart. Easy meetup location. Good tour for in and out: was able to explore on own after
The Duomo was explained by our tour guide in regards to how long it took to build, the " clock" inside, all the beautiful stainless glass windows & the dome with the amazing painting. Very good, short but to the point
Our guide was patient and helpful. We had an excellent experience during the Duomo visit. She patiently waited for me translating all the details to my mom who could not understand English. Very friendly and kind person. Highly recommend this skip-the -line guided tour.
Our tour guide is really friendly and passionate at what she does!! She explained to us everything about the Duomo very clearly in a way that make us really feel captivated. She also answered every questions excitedly. Would love to explore more place with her if i ever got a chance to comeback to florence 🫶🏻
The tour moved very efficiently into the Duomo. Our guide gave us great detail about the construction & design of the Duomo.
We enjoyed this tour very much. No queues, the group was small and the tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend it.
Our guide was very knowledgeable. She answered all the questions she was ask with no hesitation. We all loved learning from her.
The guides are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended. Start on time. Laura explained the duomo history well
Great value. Saw so much Florence art all in part of a day. Enjoyed the museum experience as well as the sites around the city.
Our tour guide, Sophia, was excellent. Her knowledge and excitement in sharing the info, was infectious. Thank you for a great tour.
Its perfect- fast entry and a well curated tour where you get all details in a nutshell! Can highly recommend
Very informative tour of the cathedral with the bonus of skipping the queue in the hot afternoon. It's a great way to cool down in the middle of the day.
Excellent mini tour the guide was great, only 30 minutes advertised but we had an informative 40 minutes . The guide was passionate about St. Mary’s and made the tour very interesting
Guide was very good and knowledgeable Duamo was worth a visit with lots of interesting frescos. Dome was amazing with lots of interesting facts imparted by the guide.
Wonderful energetic guide with incredible knowledge of the Cathedral and excellent English speaker made for a memorable tour.
Buyer please be advised, that way you do not run into the same displeasure that my wife and I did. Nowhere, when purchasing tickets, does it indicate that there is a dress code. It is very hot outside and my wife was unable to participate because she was wearing a short rumper. In addition, we arrived 35 minutes before the activity, even though it indicated to arrive 20 minutes before, and at no point, did the ticket attendant advise us that my wife required to change clothing. Had we been told, with the ample amount of time we arrived, we could have walked quickly to our hotel room and changed. We do not care about the money, we care about the experience we missed out on. Is not an everyday thing that one comes to Florence to experience and live its rich history. I give it a 1 star review because of this. PLEASE COVER UP if you want to partake in such an activity.
Francesca gave us a great tour. We learned so much in such a short amount of time! Next time, we will choose a longer tour. There's so much more to see and it's all so interesting!
Skipping the line was priceless. The cathedral was beautiful and seeing the duomo from the inside was amazing. Learned a lot about the history of Florence
Great experience , interesting and informative . The tour started on time , there were no hiccups and overall I had a very good experience
Great tour, walked right in past the huge line. Sophie was an excellent guide! It was so helpful to learn about the Cathedral.
The timing, ease and depth of the short tour worked well for an increasingly age-constrained couple like us. The guide (Veronica?) was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. The practicalities of the radio microphone and earphones worked fine. Being able to bypass the long lines at the entrance was really helpful.
Incredibly good tour guide Elena was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Well worth the price if only to avoid the line to get into the cathedral. The bonus was the excellent tour guide.
Although it said head sets would be used they were not based on the size of the group. This was a silly reason and resulted in it being impossible to hear the tour guide. So I do not understand the logic.
This tour was done with out headphones as it was indeed a small group. Steph' was great and explain it all very well.
Veronica was knowledgeable and engaging! Her excitement about the Cathedral made the experience even better!
