We booked this tour because all the reviews said how much they loved Marco. Well, so did we! It wasn't so much the incredible knowledge he shared and wonderful spaces he took us to visit. Instead, it was his genuine personality - we very much enjoyed getting to know him (and appreciated his willingness to get us to an extra stop). Thank you, Marco!

Marco was amazing. He is a local and very knowledgeable and friendly! (He is also the owner of the company!) We had a great trip to Siena and San Gimignano. He's flexible and easy going. He was able to give us the history and recommendations on where to go in each town. I HIGHLY recommend Marco and his company!

Marco was fantastic. First stop was so we could see the city of Florence from Michelangelo plaza then to a WWII memorial which was very well kept beautiful memorial. Two wineries. One included lunch and both had tastings. He was a great host

Our group of two couples took three day trips with Marco during our time in Florence. The wine tours were by far our favorite excursions of our entire trip to Florence and Rome. Marco arranged all of our reservations at the wineries and optimized our time to see as much as we could. His van is very comfortable and he offered a lot of insight and commentary during our drives. I highly recommend any of his tours!

Marco was great. He adapted the tour to our needs, gave lots of personal attention, knew a lot about Tuscany and was enjoyable to spend a whole day with. We have no regrets. The tour was very expensive for just the two of us but if you had a big family on your it would be a great value. The price is the same

Marco was a fabulous guide and driver as we toured Siena, San Gimignano and the Tuscan hillside. He had a great lunch recommendation for Siena. His English is perfect and he was very informative without being too chatty.

This was a well paced, customized tour that offered a perfect blend of narrated tour and independent exploration. We loved Michelangelo Square for its view of Florence, San Gimignano, San Reggimiento, the Florence American cemetery honoring 4,000 American soldiers lost in WWII and the special photo stops we hit along the way. Marco, our driver and host, set up an extra special winery visit to the Il Columbaio winery. We enjoyed (and ordered!) some excellent wines and had salamis, cheese and pasta. Highly recommend this tour - all 6 of USA loved it!

Simone our guide was fabulous! She took us local places that visitors would not know about. She took us to a beautiful Memorial that would take your breath away. Her knowledge of the region was great. We vitiated a couple wonderful wineries and had a three course lunch that was phenomenal! Thank you

This was one of the best parts of our two week Italy vacation! Our tour guide, Sam, provided first class service & made our trip personal, memorable, and relaxing. He was very accommodating & modified the excursion by granting our request to avoid crowds of people & drive through the quiet Tuscany country instead. We definitely recommend adding the option for a winery lunch & tasting. In addition, communication with the tour operator through Viator was very easy. They confirmed that the tour would be able to transport my Mom's collapsible wheelchair, and they did! Thank-you so much for this amazing experience.

We had a very enjoyable day with Marco. He picked us up at our VRBO. His van was comfortable for our family of 6 adults and very clean. He had water for us. We first stopped in Siena. There was a line to get tickets to the Duomo and the panoramic fortress (I would advise to get in line quickly or buy online before). The views were well worth it. We also had time to walk down to the piazza del Campo, which was also spectacular. We opted for the winery lunch and it was fabulous. We tried about 6 wines and had a 4 course Tuscan lunch that was delicious. We then went to San Gimignano and walked about the walled city, enjoying the shops and gelato. Marco shared stories of the area's history and made the day so enjoyable for our family. Highly recommend this day trip from Florence.

The couple we were going with had passport problems and could not get here in time so we had to cancel. But before and after Marco was EXTREMELY professional, communicated quickly, and took time to explain things to us. If we return we would not hesitate to use him again.

Marco was a magnificent tour guide and driver for our family to enjoy Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena. He arranged a private wine tour and lunch at a beautiful winery. His timing was impeccable and his suggestions for what to see and do at each location were spot on. This is an excellent way to capture a full experience of the region! Highly recommended.

Marco was super responsive when I first contacted him from the US. He suggested places for us to stop for pics and also made reservations. In the end, it was a wonderful day trip leaving Florence, hitting San Gim and Siena. We never felt rushed and he was great company. Totally worth the cost to spend a day in Tuscany off the tourist path.

We had a fantastic tour with Marco a couple of weeks ago, he gave us some interesting information about each area, and of course is a great driver and prompt with pick-up/drop-offs. We highly recommend this tour as a good way to take the family (teenager and almost-teen) to experience a little of each area; Siena, San Gimignano and instead of a winery visit he took us to Monteriggioni. Marco also booked lunch for us at a very nice restaurant in Siena. We had not had a private tour before and although it was a little indulgent as a family, it was very worth it.

Absolutely the BEST day ever! We loved having the flexibility to visit each town while also going at our own pace! The lunch at the winery was splendid and so personal! We felt like family! Marco was the greatest driver and so fun to get to know!!! One of our favorite tours we did in Italy!!!

Our day trip was truly the highlight of our visit to Florence. Our driver Marco was so kind and accommodating and professional. He recommended a beautiful winery where we had lunch and wine tasting.

Marco was amazing to deal with from the start. He was incredibly responsive to any and all inquiries we had about what we would experience on the tour. On the morning of the tour Marco promptly picked us up at 9am at the front door of our AirBNB. From there he took us to San Gimignano where we were given around one hour to walk around on our own. He was very accommodating with the pick up and drop off points at each location and provided some insights on things we should check out. From San Gimignano we were taken to a small winery (Sant’ Appiano) where we were given a short tour and then sat outside for a wine tasting and lunch. This was one of the most memorable parts of our trip and is worth the extra 60€ (which was paid in cash at the winery). Lastly we were taken to Siena where we had about and hour and a half. We found the time allotted in each location to be sufficient and not overly rushed. I would highly recommend this tour and Marco, and will certainly reach out to Marco again in the future for a tour if we are in the area.

This is absolutely the best and most efficient way to see these cities in a short period of time. Marco, our driver, was incredibly helpful from picking us up outside our AirBnB and dropping us off literally at the gates to Siena and San Gimignano, to making a lunch reservation for us at an awesome restaurant, to giving us tips on how and what to see in a limited timeframe. Marco was professional and kind. He took a slight detour at the end of our day also so we could see the most amazing view of Florence from the Pizalle Michaelangelo. If you have anyone in your group who has mobility issues, or simply want to use your time the most efficiently definitely book this tour!

Beautiful day in Tuscany! Marco did a wonderful job of planning our stops with the perfect amount of time at the American Cemetery, San Gimignano, Siena and a winery visit and lunch. Very comfortable Mercedes van. Highly recommend!! Narrow streets and parking would have been too difficult on our own.

What a special day! We got picked up at the hotel and lavashly taken to an ama I g spot to see the whole city from up high. Then we went to San Gimignano for a bit of shopping and the sites of this beautiful city. Then to an amazing lunch and wine tasting at St. Appiano winery where they showed us how and where they produce their wine followed by lunch and tasting in the cave where they age their beautiful wines. Then off to Sienna for more medieval city and then back to our hotel. It was educational and so relaxing! I highly recommend!

I've had the good fortune to again enjoy a day at these destinations with my travel friend, Suzanne. I learn more and more from Marco each journey and they are wonderful places to visit. He is very knowledgeable and adds a lot to the trip. He is so prompt, the car is always immaculate and he has us to the best wine tastings and lunch. We took a day trip from Florence to Siena and San Gimignano with a stop at the highest point of Florence to see a replica of the Michelangelo and breathtaking views of Florence. This was an excellent trip that we would highly recommend. Our driver and tour guide Marco picked us up from our hotel exactly on time and we were on our way. Marco was absolutely charming and and shared so much information and interesting facts along the way. We went to Siena first and had about an hour and a half to explore the city. We then went to a lovely winery for lunch and wine tasting and then we went to San Gimignano for about hour. Both cities and the winery were picturesque and so much fun to explore. We then drove back to Florence and made a quick stop at the highest point in the city. Marco was fantastic. Do yourself a favor and take this tour. 10 out 10!

After comparing a regular tour versus a semi private or private tour, our group of five ladies decided to go with private. We definitely made the right decision because our driver, Marco worked with us to provide a custom trip with lots of personalized attention just for us! Marco was very friendly, fun and attentive. He also provided a wealth of knowledge about the area, the wines, the wineries and lire in general in Florence. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and Marco was able to schedule us a wine tasting at a beautiful smaller family winery that had the most incredible views. Private tour is by far the best way to go and be sure to request Marco !

It was a great day, our driver was very knowledgeable! In hind side, the time in the cities was a-little rushed so next time I would fore go the lunch at the winery and split the time in the two cities. But overall very special day!

Having a private tour and driver is the best possible way to see Tuscany. Everything was perfect. We were picked up at our hotel by Tiziano Valleri who drove us from Florence to Siena where we had lunch, to San Gimignano, where we toured and shopped and then ended the day with wine tasting. Both my husband and I felt this was the perfect way to experience it. It takes the thinking and planning out of it for us. And we LOVED getting to know Tiziano - he was a delight.

My adult children and I wanted to venture out from Florence to see more of Tuscany, such as Siena and San Gimignano. Marco is a great driver – talkative, flexible, and charming. He bent the itinerary to our interests, and moved the timing around to make it work. He is naturally curious, and he knows all things related to Tuscany – wine, food specialties of the region, the Medici family legacy, or even the recent result from the Italian World Cup. He will answer every question you ever had and many more than you can think about. Or, if you prefer, just sit back, enjoy the gorgeous scenery, and let him find a place to park. We used Marco for our transfers between Rome and Florence and also enjoyed a day trip from Florence to Siena and San Gigminano. I cannot thank Marco enough for our wonderful experience. We were celebrating my parents 65 wedding anniversary. Accordingly, Marco dealt beautifully with their mobility issues and their inappropriate chattiness. He arranged for us to have a wonderful guide (Bene- she’s a doll) and picked us up in places allowing my parents to walk as little as possible. Marco communicated beautifully throughout all of our correspondence. We had a concern about luggage for 6 people, but his Mercedes van is nice and large. Don’t hesitate to call Marco is you’re in the area!!! He’s the best!!!

Our tour from Florence to Sienna and San Gimignano was a highlight of our trip to Italy. Tommaso is an excellent tour guide and driver. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient…stopping to take photos and provide background at a number of scenic locations. He shared stories about growing up in Florence and made us feel comfortable and welcome. We had plenty of time to walk around the cities and do some shopping. The best part of the day was a stop at a small winery, Podere La Marronaia, for lunch with wine and olive oil tastings. We enjoyed the the food, the wines and the beautiful setting. Teresa, our private guide was friendly and knowledgeable. She drove our family of 5 from Singapore in a big comfortable Mercedes van. She was a safe and careful driver. Teresa was professional throughout and gave us background information and history of places we visited or passed on the way. She helped us to book a restaurant we wanted for lunch at Siena. We ended the day a little later but she was cheerful to the end. I would recommend her tour.

I met Marco for the first time when my husband and I visited Tuscany in April. We booked Marco for our three day tour of Tuscany because of his excellent reviews on Trip Advisor, and we were not disappointed. I can't say enough great things about Marco! In just a matter of minutes after my husband and I met Marco, we felt as if we had known him forever. He is so personable! He quickly learned what we liked, and he tweaked our itinerary to make our trip absolutely perfect. He booked guides for us in several cities, booked lunch and dinner reservations for us, and booked reservations at wineries etc. He is extremely knowledgable, he is always prompt, his van is spotless, and he is a very safe driver. When I was planning a return trip to Italy in November for a "girls' trip", I knew immediately that I would book Marco again. This time I trusted his judgement and asked him to arrange everything for us. He planned the most amazing day including a two hour walking tour of Siena, lunch at a beautiful Tuscan winery, and a visit to San Gimignano. It was just perfect! Booked this tour because my husband and I were traveling with my 70+ year old parents and we were hesitant they won't be able to keep up with large tour groups. Did not regret the decision for a bit! We had a fantastic, very friendly and courteous English-speaking driver, Tomas, who is a local of Florence. He gave us so many stories and background of each place we go to or pass by, even explaining little details like those of the Cypress trees. He even graciously drove through Florence center to show the beauty of the whole place via car ride, allotting about 30 mins to also give extra guided tour about the famous landmarks, and also bringing us to Piazzale Michelangelo for the Florence overview picture, though it wasn't part of the itinerary. He would even slow down the car when he sees you taking pictures of the beautiful sceneries - a luxury you won't get with a larger tour group. Tomas also brought us to lunch at this very good wine cafe in San Gimignano where we had a fantastic view of the Tuscan countryside right out of our lunch window -- exactly what we requested from him! Perfect day! Couldn't thank Tomas enough for giving the 4 of us a memorable experience in Tuscany!

What a great day! Marco was an incredible driver and tour guide. This private tour allowed us to make some decisions about what we wanted to do for lunch, we decided to stop at a vineyard outside of San Gimignano and it was the best 3 hours we spent that day. The wine and food was delicious! We had plenty of time in Siena and San Gimignano to get some shopping done and see the city. Would highly recommend this tour!
