Private Transfer From Your Hotel In Florence To The Airport

Driver was very professional. Arrived 5 minutes early and helped with bags. There were only 2 travelers, but we had 4 large bags. We chose the 3-5 person transfer to have room for the bags and it was perfect. Large Mercedes minivan type vehicle. Leather seats. Super comfy and great easy drive. Had a confirmation from 3 weeks before the expected date, but never had any follow up after that. I did contact customer service just to confirm because I was expecting some sort of contact within 24 hours of the pick up time. My pick up was at 4am so I wanted to just have that peace of mind. Customer service was fast and easy to deal with and reconfirmed my booking.

Horrible !If I could give zero star I would. I had an early flight leaving Florence at 6:30 so I paid 3 times of regular taxi to get this car service to have a guaranteed ride for the peace of mind. The driver was supposed to pick me up at 4:30am. We even confined the day before. But the morning of, I came out of my Airbnb and she didn’t arrive. I waited for a couple mins and started calling but no answer. I was freaking out, kept calling her while trying to find another ride but at that early in the morning there was no ride available. I was just about to start walking to tram and finally she called me back and said her phone died so she overslept. She ended up being late for 30mins! I almost missed my flight. This is a horrible service especially at this price. Please do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake I made to book this service for an almost heart attack.

Private tour from our hotel through the Tuscan valley! Our travel agent booked us a difficult tour with late start times and too many things to do on our itinerary. CRISTIAN our driver and guide for the day helped us to adapt our tour and still see/ do everything but at a more manageable pace. CRISTIAN was very knowledgeable about the area was able to laugh with us throughout the day and made our tour a memorable experience. Thank you CRISTIAN!

Christian was the best tour guide. We traveled with our 18 year old and she was amazed! Christian is very knowledgeable about the history of Florence and the Tuscany region. I would highly recommend Christian if you’re looking for education and entertainment. A must do!

The driver got to our hotel 5 minutes early and was rushing us to get in the car and told us, “I gotta go, I can’t wait, I have another fair I have to get to.” Mind you, there is a 15 minutes grace period that is clearly stated in the agreement. I booked through Viator and paid a lot of money because I wanted a smooth stress free experience which this was not. This was a completely opposite of the experience with the previous driver who was fantastic and for that reason I would recommend using Viator.

This is FRAUD!!! SCAM We had a transfer scheduled for 4:30am, which requires you to select the “PM pick up period” in order to have a pick up time before 0700am. The driver was a NO SHOW, when the hotel manager called the company it was a Germany number. Viator should investigate. Should get zero stars!

It was difficult to get around with 5 people in Florence and we needed to get to the airport in a timely manner. We booked a ride on short notice and it was very reliable, clean, efficient and served us perfectly!

We needed a taxi at 3:30 am to take us to the airport and he also had to pick up all the family members from two separate locations. The locations were 10 minutes apart, but too far to walk with luggage. The driver was punctual and very nice. He also pointed out places of interest along the way.

I used this service as a study abroad student and I can safely say they are reliable and kind! I confirmed twice (due to my anxiety) and they were very informative and made me feel secure in my booking. The driver got me to the airport earlier than I thought as well. Taxis can be a little rough in Florence but this is a great service to use especially if you are English speaking.

My Driver was on time and very professional. Made for any easy start to my trip back home. I used Viator to book my transfers both to and from the airport and would use them again. I also used Viator to book a day trip of horseback riding, village tour and wine tasting in San Gimignano that was very good.

We arranged a 4:00am pick-up for transportation to the Florence airport. We communicated three time as to the location and time of the pick up. The driver never showed up. We ordered taxis but there was an hour long wait to get a taxi. Our family missed our flight home! Missed work, added costs and high levels of stress were all a result of this company not doing the job they were paid to do. They never contacted us, they just left us standing on a street corner in Florence at 4:00am.
