We had a great time on this tour! Our guide Veronica was amazing! So friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. A good guide is usually the difference between a fun time or not. If all Fat Tire tour guides are as good as Verinica I can highly recommend this company.

Really fun and a great way to get an information overview of the key highlights in the city. The scooters had big wheels so they were pretty comfortable.

The battery of my e-scooter wasn't working well so i swapped with the guide and I could go full speed as well! You can see a lot more of Florence in a shoter amount of time, and up the hill for an amazing view. The guide was very knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions

We met up with Nadia on a drizzly morning but she thoughtfully provided ponchos. We were lucky that there was no one else on our tour but our small group of 3. Nadia was informative, interesting and fun, answering all our questions and making sure that we had a good all round impression of the City. I would not hesitate to recommend Nadia and this tour.

This was so much fun for my family. We saw sites we would not have seen by just walking on our timeline. Fat Tire was great taking care of us the whole way through. The E-scooters were in great condition and safe. I would recommend this company and tour to anyone.

Ended up being a really fun morning once we got used to the escooters. Guido (our guide) was super patient about getting us through basic training and the many challenges we had. But we got there and were off and running. Worth going through the ramp up for the fantastic experience. Crossed the Arno and we up towards the Bardini gardens. The view of Florence was spectacular! Unlikely we would have walked so many steps to see it so this was the only way. Guido also took us past some of the other city squares and explained the history and context. Thanks again for being so patient - great morning!

Segway became bikes as Florence had a temporary ban, but it was definitely an awesome tour. Our guide Thomas was super knowledgeable and fun. We got to go places a Segway could not navigate. So many great sites in a just over 2hrs. A great way to cover a lot of ground without walking much. Highly recommend this excursion!!

The tour was fun and informative. As good as the tour was, the tour guide, Guido, was beyond excellent. He was very patient and knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Some of us, namely me, took a little longer to learn the Segway, but he took his time to make sure we were comfortable in using it. After this great experience, I would take another Segway in other cities. Again, Guido was an excellent tour guide and would recommend asking for him as your guide.

I was actually a bit scared at first since it was my first time. Soon after getting the hang of it, it was so fun!! Best experience through the city!! Knowledgeable guide! I totally recommend!

Doing this tour on the first day of your visit can help you map out what museums and sites that you may want to take the time to visit! I would definitely recommend it. We really enjoyed the tour and doing it in a unique and fun way using the Segways! Pro Tip: Bring gloves and wear warm socks/shoes if you are doing the tour in the winter months.

A beautiful city, full of history and little surprises in every nook and alley. I recommend a walking or Segway tour to get your bearings, otherwise just take your time and explore at your own pace!

Superb tour guide who was very accommodating and friendly with excellent knowledge of the area and ability to answer a range of questions. We were shown how to use the Segway before leaving and once we got used to it, the whole experience was fantastic. This tour was the highlight of our day!

We loved our 3 hour Segway tour of Florence. Being a first timer the instruction way very helpful and we managed to master the Segway easily. The guys at Fat Tire Tours were very friendly, spoke excellent English and made our tour very interesting and enjoyable. Such a great way to see a lot in a short space of time. I would highly recommend Fat Tire Tours and would definitely do another Segway tour in the future.

This tour was great! We ended up being the only couple to book on this particular morning (it was raining that day) so we basically had a private tour of Florence. It was a great way to see the city!

I did this trip with my partner and my mum. We all had the most amazing time on this tour. Our guide Veronica was wonderful and the segways were so much fun. I would recommend doing this to anyone - it was an amazing experience, very funny and great fun to do!

Stefania was our guide for this tour. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Riding a segway through the streets of Florence was a real blast! Highly recommend.

Maya was our guide and she was extremely knowledgeable about the history and architecture of Florence. She was also passionate and a pleasure to deal with. We would do it again! It would be good to note that we went in mid October, so while there were still lots of people and cars it wasn't too nerve-racking for us. I can't speak as to how it would be to navigate through the streets in the height of travel during the months of June-September (Particularly August). I would recommend; ages 26 and up attended.

Vanessa was our guide for this tour. We decided when we got there for many reasons that we didn’t want to take the segways anymore. Luckily, we were the only group signed up. Vanessa was so flexible and understanding, she took us on a walking tour instead. She was so knowledgeable, intelligent and pleasant to be around. We truly enjoyed every minute of our tour and time spent with her. We got just as much out of the walking tour, if not more. Highly recommend, especially with Vanessa!

Guido was our segway tour guide. He was super polite and easy to understand and converse with. He had wonderful tips on what was good to see and eat and shop at. Lots of great information and a good sense of humor as well! I would definitely recommend taking this tour.

We did the 3 hour Segway tour of Florence with Cristina. This is a great way to see the city and also learn about some of the fascinating history behind the buildings. We managed to take in all of the historical sites. The Douro is incredible and has to be seen - I liked all of the different coloured marble used. First time on a Segway. Easy to learn and operate. Marzia was knowledgable with a great sense of humor. Zipped around and saw the most important sites in central Florence and learned the important history behind them. HIGHLY recommend this one.

Done the two hour segway tour with Cristina. She seemed very enthusiastic and passionate about the city which made the tour enjoyable. Everything from booking online, to showing up and being shown how to ride the segways, to the tour itself was perfect. Definitely recommend for a quick overview of the city if you only have a day or two.

We had a fantastic decision with a very nice guide. The scenery is amazing and the history is fantastic, this is definitely the way to familiarise yourself with the city. The cobbles are a different experience that we had not encountered before but added to the fun.

Loved the Segway tour, not only is it a fun introduction to the city, it’s also really informative with our extremely knowledgeable guide who took us to all the major landmarks enlightening us with the history of Florence. It absolutely beats walking the streets especially in the heat of the day - highly recommended!!

This was the most enjoyable thing we did in our stay. Grazie Mille to Sofia who was a delightful knowledgeable guide patient looking after us and answering all our questions. There was only four of us on the 9.30 am trip and so it was quite intimate. Segway is so easy, it becomes instinctual after a short while.

My wife had never been on a segway and was terrified to try but Guido was incredibly patient and very good at teaching. My wife became very comfortable on it and really enjoyed her self. She was also afraid of what people would think and afraid of how busy the streets are but she forgot all about any fear she had and really enjoyed herself. She said it was her favorite tour so far and I totally agree. It's a great way to see the city. Make sure you ask for Guido, he is an amazing tour guide. Thank you Guido!!!

My husband and I booked a segway tour with this company and they were amazing from the start! They were super friendly and our guide Elena was extremely knowledgeable and fun!!! We got to see so much and learn soany interesting facts about Florence!! We highly recommend this tour!!

We did this 3 hour tour to get to know Florence in a short time and we certainly did. Vanessa, our tour guide was fantastic and so knowledgeable about the history - she made it come to life in her stories and we fell in love with the city.

Just amazing! Didn’t want it to end. Our guide, Benedetta, was second to none! My teenage kids loved every minute also.

The guide had patience when teaching us how to ride the Segway, because it was our first time. Once we got used to it, we loved it! It was easy to understand the guide and she had good information to share. We did the 2 hour tour because of time restraints, but I would recommend the 3 hour if you can. We did this our first day in Florence so we could get a feel for the city, and it was a good choice and helped us decide what to do for the other days.

Our Segway tour of Florence was better than anticipated. I did it for the younger members of our crew and I think my sister and I (both in our 50's) enjoyed as much or better than them! Such a different way to see Florence. Super fun tour!

Loved it. Small group with personal attention of a knowledgeable guide. Perfect English. Very safe on roads. Easily located in center of city. Saw many highlights of Florence, and a few off of the beaten track. Definitely recommend.

The tour was not as good as I hoped for, though our guide was very informative, the tour was not well planned out. We did not go to many places and we spent a lot of time at the few places we went too. Like most tours we experienced in Tuscany, it was poorly laid out. We did a Segway tour in Madrid and it was excellent, that is why we wanted to do a Segway tour in Florence. This tour couldn’t even compare to what we had in Madrid.
