Private Half-day Tour Of Pisa From Florence

It was a great experience, the drive was quick and seeing the leaning tower of Pisa was a memory we will never forget.

Exactly as advertised. Our driver picked us up at our hotel in a van which was impeccably clean. He shared information on the way to Pisa in a way that was informative but not intrusive. He dropped us off by the square and we visited the cathedral and climbed the tower. He picked us up about 2.5 hours later and drove us back to our hotel.

We had an awesome driver Emmanuel. He was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our wishes.

Amazing architecture and beautiful landscapes. Our driver Rohith was very knowledgeable and informative. We enjoyed the tour.

My husband & I really enjoyed today our driver picked us up from our hotel .Showed us some wonderful stops in Florence before we left for Pisa. We lived in Pisa & enjoyed a lovely morning walking around and taking too many photos. Then returned to Florence to enjoy our afternoon. Our driver for our trip from Florence to Pisa was just fantastic and exceeded our expectations. He picked us up a little early and was very professional. His knowledge about both Florence and Pisa was amazing - most of all he was a really nice guy.

Very pricey for the experience, it is virtually a car ride to Pisa. We had purchase additional tickets to climb Pisa and visit the cathedral after already paying $185 pp to get there. The driver was knowledgeable on the ride.

Her name is Michela she is very nice , but it’s English speaking Tour and she don’t speak English at all , we did Private Tour, n End up staying in center Aria for Rest of our Time bec we ask her how log it will take to go lining Pisa ? N she hase to Translate on google 😞how she gone explain anything

Very nice guy. Got us to pisa very quickly. This is not a tour just transportation, which is exactly what we wanted. The van was clean.

Loved our experience! We had a great tour guide, he gave us local incite and history to a lot of places on our way to Pisa. We enjoyed being engaged and got great pictures with his help knowing great area to take photos.

We had a wonderful experience going to Pisa from Florence. Our driver was on time and very nice (only thing - they said water would be provided so we didn't bring any with us and didn't get any - had 2 9 year olds with us who could have used it - was a bit of a ride). Only thing is that I wish we had more time in Pisa. We got maybe 1.25 hours and sat while the "young ones" climbed the tower. We bought tickets for the cathedral but didn't have time once they came down to go in. Needed to buy water and a snack given we were gone 4 hours from our homebase. Was great seeing the scenery as we drove to and fro. Learned a lot from our driver about the farming, trees and history of the areas.

This booking served two purposes. A chance to see Pisa and be the transfer to the train station. Communication with company was excellent to know what time to book train and drop off and pick up was smooth. Although this was a very nice trip I’d suggest making a trip to Pisa a part of a larger itinerary. But private trips can sometimes be a transfer when communication is used

The view was amazing, and the driver was kind, helped us alot and gave us a good information during the trip and took us to placed where the view was good to take pictures. Very satisfied with the trip

Pisa was not included in our excursion, and I am so glad we made plans to go from Florence. Our driver Placido was AMAZING!

It was great to go there in a private comfortable car and make it there to capture the beauty of the place and spend time there

Comfortable vehicle for 7 of us. Even allowed us to get our luggage along. Christian, our guide was well versed with Florence and Pisa’s history. He was very friendly and informative. He gave us good suggestions to maximize our trip in the limited time. We all enjoyed the trip a lot.

We thought our driver would give us more history of what we were seeing. I’m not even sure if he introduced himself? He picked us up, dropped us off, gave us 1.5 hours to see the tower and church and drove us home. He didn’t explain we needed the free ticket to go in the church or tell us we had to stand in line to get the free ticket. It was very rushed by the time we figured it out. Not sure it was worth the money or the four hours.

The heritage site in Pisa is everything you expect of it especially on a beautiful sunny day which this was. However in my view the experience is mis-represented in the title. It should be called a private chauffeured return trip to Pisa. The driver was good at his job - which was being a driver. NO tour as such was offered and the drivers first words to me on picking me up at the Hotel were I am a driver not a guide. At just over £400 it was not cheap however it did enable me to see the Cathedral complex in Pisa guiding myself.

Our favorite part of our trip was our tour guide, Nuti Christian. We are frequent travelers and have been on many tours. Christian was the most friendliest and accommodating tour leader we have ever had. He was on time to pick us up, his warmth and pleasant personality made us feel very comfortable from the inception. He was also eloquent and very knowledgeable. His commentary and his fluency in the English language were exceptional. Christian went the extra mile and took us to the Michelangelo Square which was close to where were staying but not part of the tour. A true exemplary of a first class tour leader. We say a big Thank You to Nuti Christian and to CIAO FLORENCE TOURS and TRAVELS. Christian is truly an asset to your company and deserves only the very best. The Ali Family ( Trinidad & Tobago)

Our guide was really informative, funny and kind! So glad we picked to climb the Pisa too! No long lines to wait as we went in the afternoon & also much cooler! The journey too and from was easy on air on coach! Would recommend

Our driver from Florence hotel to Pisa was a good driver/nice man, however this was NOT a tour. For over $400, it was way overpriced! We were dropped off and picked up…no explanation of Pisa at all! We emailed and called both Trip Advisor and Viator in plenty of time in advance to cancel this trip, however we did not get a return call until the nite before which made it too late to cancel! We were extremely disappointed and felt ripped off without any recourse. Shameful customer service!

We had an amazing experience. Our driver Sergio was excellent and friendly. Very courteous and pleasant. We had a great time during our trip to Pisa and the tour.

Had a super morning tour to Pisa with Rossella and Ricardo (driver). Rossella went out of her way to make our experience special! And Sara the guide in Pisa was knowledgeable and funny. Coming back on 16 June is on the bucket list.

We basically paid for a driver. He was a nice man and very interesting but he really didn't tell us anything about Pisa. He picked us up and dropped us off. I would not say that was a tour.

We booked a Private half day tour of Pisa through Ciao Florence and had a great morning. Our driver was a few minutes early for our hotel pick up so we arrived at Piazza dei Miracoli for 10.00am, the drop off/pick up point being about 100 yards from the tower. We had one hour 45 minutes there before setting off back, arriving back in Florence at 1.00pm

Christian was our tour driver to and from Pisa. He speaks perfect English, is affable and very easy to talk to. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Italy and wine production in the different regions of Italy. Christian shared his knowledge of Italy with us throughout our drive, making it a much more interesting experience. We will definitely specifically request Christian for our next tour, as we know that he will pay close attention to our specific needs and interests. We feel very fortunate that we were paired with Christian. In Pisa, our tour guide was Chiara. She was also excellent. She spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend her as well.

A terrible experience. Today we were left lying in Pisa because we were lost in the village. We had been calling them non-stop and they have not had the slightest consideration of waiting for us. They have left with our coats, suitcases and all our belongings inside the vehicle. We had to take a taxi on our own to return to our accommodation, more than an hour and a half journey, with the consequent expense and discomfort. The service has been nefarious and we have not been offered any solution or apology. We do not recommend this company at all. Total lack of professionalism and empathy with clients, especially Sebastian, the guide in question.

A very nice visit and with excellent guide Gabriele and our driver Renaldo, is accessible to senior citizens, I highly recommend it

The guide Constantino was very friendly and organized, attentive to everything. The visit is not long, but it is as announced, with some free time. Fulfilled schedules without pressure or stress. A good option to go to Pisa without much worry.

A guide should try to capture your attention and tell you all the things he can of the place.truthfully I let her down a little.
