Sylvia met us promptly on time. She was knowledgeable especially with the arts. It rained on and off most of the day. The lines we very long at both the Uzzi and the Galleria Dell 'Academia. It was very chaotic at the Academia with the rain and lines all mixed together. Sylvia did an excellent job of working us through the lines to achieve our assigned time to enter.
Brian was the tour guide assigned to us and he did an amazing job. He was very insightful and patient with all of our questions. Look no further if you want a 5 star tour of Florence.
Great job with background info. So friendly. What a great experience! Highly recommend! Great way to see Florence!
This is an excellent guide service. Very knowledgeable about Florence art and history of Florence, especially the buildings. Very easy to work with.very friendly.
We had Brenda as our guide. She was very knowledgeable and informative. Her English was perfect. We were picked up at our hotel and started the tour on foot. There were several important spots that she highlighted for us. Our entry into both museums were truly skip the line and we got to beat the crowd. For me the trip had many highlights but certainly David at the Galleria was one but the Uffizi had treasures that one could spend days uncovering. Brenda chose the important historical pieces and was profuse in explaining the details of the era and the artworks.
Elisa was so informative and personable. The tour was well organized and we enjoyed the Uffizi and the Acedemia. We also found it very helpful to get to explore the city and get a sense of the area for navigating later
Laura was such a knowledgeable and insightful tour guide! We got to see so much in a very efficient and fulfilling pace. The lunch at the local wine bar was a unique experience that gives such insight to the local culture too. Would recommend to my family and friends!
This was the best tour we have ever experienced. We highly recommend the tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and brought the history and artwork of Florence to life for us. We took this tour on our first day of Florence. I cannot thank our guide enough. This tour is a must do.
Manuela was amazing! We saw more in one day that we would have in a week walking on our own- and the pre arranged tickets and line management help at the museums was priceless. Our guide was so knowledgeable and really made sure we saw everything we wanted to see.
Our tour guide Barbara was FABULOUS!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour!!!! She was knowledgeable, engaging, and fun!!!
Our guide Christina was so educated and well prepared! She made the tour special for us! Very personable.
Our guide was Barbara. She provided a very detailed history details of the art and museum tours as well as the details about Florence. We saw not only the points of interest but many of the back street streets with local artisans and crafts people. The overall experience well exceeded our expectations.
We only had one full day in Florence so we chose this tour. I can truly say it was a fabulous tour because Barbara made it the perfect day. We got to see everything we wanted to see along with the museums. My husband really dislikes museums and she even kept his interest. Well done Barbara. We stopped for a delicious lunch and she took us to one of her favorite gelato places at the end of the tour. Also, if we needed to stop and rest, she was always open to accommodate us. Honestly, we hated to say goodbye to her because she was so awesome!!! Until we meet again our sweet new friend. ❤️
The tour is a very comprehensive walk through the classical art in Florence. The tour is well planned and allowed to see the principal works of art and architecture of the city. Our guide Alfonso is a highly knowledgeable and very trained professional in art and history.
Brian was an excellent host and guide, very knowledgeable, flexible and friendly. We really enjoyed the tour.
Our guide Brian was excellent. He's a graduate art major who was well versed in the art history of the period we were exploring at the museums. He imparted his knowledge of art styles, periods, and approaches with well crafted and articulated stories. While we were reasonable knowledgeable, his expertise filled in the gaps beautifully. He was very flexible with us as were we with him. We had an opportunity to stop in at the Medici Chapel (unscheduled) so we all agreed it would be a waste not to! We enjoyed each other's company so much we hung out after the official tour was over just to shoot the breeze over some wine and food at the Central market.
Brenda was simply the best. Her knowledge of the city, art and friendliness is unparalleled. A perfect way to begin my vacation in Florence
We had the most amazing trip to Italy on April 2019 with a tour of various places such as Rome, Florence, Tuscany and more! Every day was planned to perfection by Elena from Italian Vista Travel. My sister and I with our husbands and our wonderful dad enjoyed 14 days that we will never forget.
Brenda is a fantastic guide to.make my first day trip of Florence enjoyable. She is knowlegable for the master pieces in Uffizi museum and her explanation is so nice that one tourist overheard our discussion about "Born Of Venus" and requested her guide another day on the spot! Thank you Brenda!
Definitely worth the private guide Jacamo was an excellent tour guide. So knowledgeable and helped us navigate the museums and the progression of how the artists contributed to each period. We would have never understood the significance of the pieces or understood the subtle nuisances! Sooo much to see in Florence get a rib aye guide. Skipped the lines was huge!! He even took us to the coolest (temp) wise areas to cool off while providing al the incredible pieces of info! Would do again in a heart beat
Our family highly enjoyed and recommends this tour. Brenda our tour guide was so knowledgeable and taught us so much about the artwork at the Uffizi Gallery. Unfortunately, we did not have time to go to the other museums, being with teenagers they had other things in mind. Brenda was so patient and generous with her time taking us to various places, explaining “Blurp” a street artist and the “Wine Boxes” in the walls. She showed us various points of interest that just made Florence that much more exciting. Brenda is a gem. I highly recommend her for this tour and I intend to book her again when I return to Florence ! Brenda, For all your hard work and patience, we say, Grazie !
Lara met us at our hotel the Bernini Palace (highly recommend) and she is warm, friendly, funny and super knowledgable! The Duomo, Uffizi and Accademia are so amazing and Lara showed us the highlights and we even had a super cool quick lunch at an unique marketplace in between. Multi Grazi Lara for making us LOVE FLORENCE because of YOU!! Tanya and David in Texas, USA

Our guide met us in our hotel lobby, super convenient. He was very informative without being too detailed. He held our attention for just the right amount of time and gave us plenty of opportunities to savor our surroundings and take pictures to our heart's content. We requested a change in the itinerary a bit, allowing us to finish in the Uffizi and stay longer, but that turned out to not be really necessary. The biggest advantage to this 6-hour tour was fast admission into Accademia and Uffizi, viewing the most important exhibits, along with strolling by significant landmarks. This could easily have been an 8-hour tour. There is so much to see in Florence.

Great tour of Florence. Our tour guide was an art major and awesome. Learned so much about the history of Florence. Highly recommend.

Giacomo was friendly and engaging right from the start!
He was extremely knowledgeable of the history of Florence.
He also showed us around the city market which was one of the best food experiences we had while in Florence.
I would highly recommend Giacomo as your private guide!
Therese

I was expecting a little more from this tour given the price paid. Our tour guide was very polite and knowledgeable about everything although our tour started late and we had to make it to a place we hadn't originally agreed upon. The entire tour lasted about 5 hours. We were just expecting more. We also wanted to see the Duomo but the time in the Uffizi and the Accademia was very enlightening, we learned a lot.

Our guide was amazing. Be ready to do some serious walking to hit all the points in a day. Giacomo was a walking encyclopedia. One of our favorite places he took us was a place where they hand make perfume and the local market where real people eat. Perfect way to end of vacation.

Siro was an excellent well educated guide who really did an excellent job in all areas of art, sculpture and history of Florence. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Thank you Siro.

We loved this walk in Florence, the guide was very friendly, dynamic, passionate, smiling and listening to adults and young people alike, rich in history and anecdotes about Florence, wonderful visit to the services and of course David at the Accademia.
