Private Departure Transfer: Florence Train Station

Our driver picked us up at the hotel and handled the luggage. The ride to the train station was perfect.

We had a timely pickup and drop off. We were very pleased since we had an early departure for the train for our day in Venice. There were no mishaps. I definitely would use this company again. We actually used the 4 times for Flight & Train pickups.

<p>Driver was early and very courteous. The price advertised for this tour is 10 but for my wife and I we were charged 57.</p>

<p>Our driver was so nice and helpful. He took us and our bags inside and showed us how to find our train, where to get coffee and assisted my elderly mother the entire time. He could not have been nicer!</p>

<p>We were greeted by the transfer driver early and directly outside our apartment, which was an added bonus due to the rainy conditions that day. The driver was courteous and helpful. The vehicle was a 6-pac van for our four travelers. Worth every single penny of investment to ensure personal/private transfer to the train station. Worry free without having to deal with additional stops, people, tight taxi transport, luggage, etc. Note for future travel planners: we built in too much time at the train station over two hours transport time. Our transfer took less than 15 minutes with Florence traffic and the train station is very easy to navigate, extra time was not required. We ended up having to pass way too much time in the train station.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, a couple of people in our group were late coming to the lobby for this pickup. We can understand that it was our responsibility to be on time and that the driver could be frustrated, but he was quite rude about it. He left and we took a taxi to the train station.</p>

<p>Efficient and well worth price, However I was told in email reply to booking, and a follow up email to service, that driver would be on platform. He was not, he was on street level and we had to search him out. We had also asked for and confirmed an English speaking guide but as nice as he was, he spoke no English.</p>

<p>Stoic driver. We were waiting outside the hotel for ten minutes with our luggage while driver waited in vehicle a half a block back. He pulled up at exactly departure time and walked past us and into the hotel. I made eye contact and he still continued to walk past and inside, then came back out and greeted us after he realized we were waiting for him. The vehicle was a luxury brand with small trunk space, barely fit our luggage.</p>

<p>We requested and were confirmed with an English speaking driver; however, our driver spoke very little English. Driver was on time and pleasant, vehicle was clean and nice. Same driver as original pickup.</p>

<p>Complete robbery of tourist who dont know train station Is 5/10 mins away regardless of where you stay in Florence. A cab would have cost 10 euros, transfer $62.78. </p>

Definitely worth it, as public transport in Florence is a bit confusing. Very nice driver, very comfortable and new car

<p>Having a driver pick us up at our hotel made it so easy and stress free upon our leaving Florence. The driver was there exactly on time. Very dependable.</p>

<p>Excellent service. Arrived early and loaded all of our bags plus took the extra effort to get us close to the doors at the train station despite the heavy traffic. Very nice, clean, and large vans. Driver was extremely nice and spoke good English too.</p>

<p>Whilst extremely overpriced considering what a taxi costs, the service was pleasant and efficient and comfortable.</p>

<p>Great Service, Excellent Vehicles and great prices. We were picked up in a private Mercedes Sprinter type van and taken directly to our destination as promised. Much less expensive and more comfortable than a taxi. Highly recommend.</p>

<p>Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Driver took us to side entrance to station, where a porter was waiting to take our luggage. We were taken to the train and loaded on within seconds. PERFECT service</p>

<p>I had wanted to walk to the train station. After all it's only 1 mile. My Husband said book all pick-ups and depatures that you can. We were both so glad we did. No worries and on time.</p>
