Private Arrival Transfer: Florence Train Station

Driver was very friendly and professional. On time and vehicle was very clean. Would highly recommend.

Rude and unhelpful driver. Booking agency just collects its fee and then has nothing to do with the service.

It was amazing . Jonathan was great and enthusiastic. The wine tours were detailed and tasty . The weather was beautiful. My favorite was Casa Emma . Ended up with over 6 bottles of wine for home .

The service was excellent. Our driver was right where we were told he would be and he helped with our bags.

The driver arrived on time and he was very helpful and very nice! But please update the pick up instructions there is no terminal C and the company (not the driver’s fault) need to update/fix pick up instructions. To meet at the tabacchi shop in the middle of the station. Or meet in front of venchi or any other landmarks. We ask the police, station employees, train line employees where was exit C and nobody knew about it.

Traveling with a family of 7 and this was well worth it! Marco was incredibly professional, took care of all the details and made it easy to get from the train station to where we stayed. Appreciated him pointing out important monuments, bridges and buildings during our ride.

The driver was in the arrivals area and prompt. No waiting around and helped with luggage. Well done visitor !!

Train was late beyond our control and the driver just had to drive 5 minutes from Firenze Train station to St. Regis and he complained the whole road saying he had other clients… so who we were then? Not a good example of Italy hospitality!

We had a timely pickup and drop off. We were very pleased since we had spent a long day in Venice. So it was nice to see the driver waiting for us as we left the train. There were no mishaps. I definitely would use this company again. We actually used them 4 times for Flight & Train pickups.

<p>Driver met us at the train station, he was courteous but could not find our hotel. That's OK, we enjoyed our free driving tour of Florence while the driver asked for directions on every street corner.</p>

<p>Great way to avoid uncertainty in a new city. Also don't have to stand in long taxi lines after the trip. Once we were at the hotel and got somewhat familiar with the city, taxis work fine.</p>

<p>Totally not necessary, a taxi would have been sufficient. However it was fun to see a guy in a suit holding a sign with my name on it just as I stepped off of the train! Booked this because I was not sure of the taxi situation at the Florence train station.....taxi would have cost me 15 euros at the most!</p>

<p>The transfer company was on-time waiting for us. Our driver was gracious enough to coordinate with our private apartment host on rendezvous point logistics. The vehicle was a 6-pac van for our four travelers. Worth every single penny of investment to ensure personal/private transfer to our apt. Worry free without having to deal with additional stops, people, tight taxi transport, luggage, etc. We were dropped within walking distance of our private apartment. The only thing preventing our door-stop delivery, was a pedestrian-only piazza between us and the apartment.</p>

There was unexpected construction in front of our hotel, but the driver parked the car and walked our us and our bags to the hotel as well. He was very knowledgeable about our particular hotel and shared some interesting facts about it on the way.</p>

<p>It was so nice for our driver Sergio to be waiting for us when we exited the train. He had a sign with our name on it which made it so incredibly easy. He was so professional and polite. He helped us with our bags and was very interesting to talk to on our way to the hotel. This is a wonderful service. It takes all the stress out of carting luggage and trying to find your way around on your own. I highly recommended this service to anyone. Thank you Sergio for making it such a pleasant experience.</p>

<p>Our driver was late to the station due to unforseen traffic circumstances. However, he arrived within a few minutes, we located him and after that no issues at all. Most pleasant, great Mercedes van, held all of our 7 people and luggage. It was a very brief drive to the hotel, but frankly if you want the special treatment and no hassle, this is a great way to go. More expensive than other ways taxi, walk absolutely, but convenience and luxury treatment here worth it for our family. Would do it again.</p>
