Pisa And Florence Shore Excursion From Livorno Port

We absolutely loved this tour and tour guide! The flexibility to go where we wanted and mixing in the itinerary at the same time was remarkable. Our guide was born and raised in this area and was an expert! His choices for eating and exploring were second-to-none! We would do this again and not change a thing!

Excellent tour! Leo took the time we needed so we could experience Pisa, Lucca, and Florence. Wonderful places and great way to see them without a crowded bus!

Our drivers Paolo and Luca, met us at our cruise ship and drove us through Tuscany to Florence. We were dropped off in the lovely Piazza Bella Reubblica where we explored independently, shopped and ate lunch. Before being picked up and driven to Pisa which was our final spot to explore. Easy, convenient, and great for independent travelers.

The day was very well organized and we got to visit all of Florence! The restaurant choice was excellent too!

Amazing day. Francesco was fantastic. Knowledgeable and personable, a great tour guide. He even gave us a lunch recommendation. The route and timing was excellent, I feel we saw all the best parts of Florence and Pisa in our limited time on shore from our cruise ship.

Our guide was the best. She was very knowledgeable and fun. She also took us to a great restaurant for lunch and Gelato.

Our tour guide, Marco, was very polite and accommodating. I would say this is more of a very convenient taxi rather than a tour, but I also think that may be a bit of just how Florence/Pisa is from Livorno. He did point out some interesting things along the route, but there wasn’t much history reviewed or discussed.

Mauricio took great care of us and showed us the beautiful must-see spots in Florence and Pisa aboard a luxury van. He’s a great wealth of resources and recommended a nice restaurant in Florence, which we also loved. Taking a private tour esp with Mauricio was the best way to go for us because my dad has a hard time walking. We are able to customize our tour and go about it at our own pace. And Pisa was a sight to behold! Truly breathtaking. I’m so happy that I was able to bring my family to this trip. Grazie Mauricio!

Maurizio, and his staff were absolutely fantastico. We were a family of 17 from Australia with my older parents. A very special family holiday. We did a tour of Pisa and Florence. They took care, kindness and patience with my dad who's has problems with his mobility.He went above and beyond and arranged a wheel chair for my dad, adjusted the tour so my dad & mum would enjoy it with his 4 daughter, 4 son-in-laws and 7 grandchildren. They provided us with history of area along the way, and friendly relaxed conversations. I would so highly recommend Maurizio, and his staff from Tuscany Taste Tours. Maurizio was excellent and gave us a local flavor of Pisa and Florence. I would recommend him to anyone five star all the way the coach was comfortable and pleasant and fit my entire family.

The tour guide Mauricio Manzini was prompt and on time with the docking of our cruise ship. Van is very spacious . He was very knowledgeable about the area and was easy to talk to. He took us to an amazing local restaurant in Florence and told us the best place to go for gelato. We were able to get a lot of good photos in. He also provides free Wi-Fi and water 👍. This tour is amazing! Maurizio was not only an excellent driver and tour guide, but very efficient with our timing and transportation. At no point did we feel rushed, but some how we packed in all the sights with a few bonuses. Stopped for lunch and still had time for shopping. He was even helpful in recommendations outside the tour as well. We’ll definitely book again when we come back.

This tour was AMAZING, I took 4 similar tours in Italy on my trip and this was my favorite. Our guide was knowledgeable, and even had all the necessary items for my kids (van wifi and water). He took us to the best spots and we had time to fit everything in! We will absolutely use him again!

I booked a private tour to see Florence and Pisa in December 2019. Maurizio met us at the hotel in Bolgheri and this tour was the best part of our trip in Italy.. Maurizio was and kind and knowledgeable ! We went at the Leaning Tower and he showed us the second Leaning Tower of Pisa. On arrival in Florence we stopped in Piazzale Michelangelo…. the best view of Florence. The van was comfortable with wifi and microphone. This Company iI highly recommended.!!

From the moment I contacted Maurizio to customize our shore excursion to Maurizio dropping us off at our ship, his love of Italy, kindness, and professionalism shone through. We were able to pack in all of our Tuscany dreams into one full and exciting day. My niece was able to climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa (too many steps for me), view Florence from the Piazzale Michelangelo, see the Florence Duomo, take a private tour of Galleria dell'Accademia to see the statue of David, and even stop for an "Aperol Spritz" and a typical panini sandwich for a light lunch. We then drove thru Tuscany to San Gimignano for wine tasting and dinner in the vineyard at the Tenuta Torciano Winery. We had a spectacular experience as this has been a family owned winery for ages. It was said that the current one is the 17th generation with only family working all areas of the winery. Maurizio, I can not thank you enough for this fabulous day. It is hard to believe we were able to do all these fantastic things in one day! If anyone is looking for a cruise excursion or an Italy vacation, do not hesitate to utilize Tuscany Taste Tour. My only regret is that I did not book more tours with Maurizio!

We ended up booking Private Tours with Tuscany Taste Tours in 3 different parts of Italy. They were amazing. Very easy to work with beforehand and experts in the areas we visited. They took us to so many amazing places and knew the best way into every spot to allow us to avoid much of the crowds. It was amazing!

We recently returned from an Oceania cruise that stopped in Livorno Italy. The tour on the ship to Pisa and Florence was high so we looked around and found Tuscany Taste Tour. Needless to say, they were a lot cheaper but more than that, the tour was fantastic. The town of Pisa, the city of Florence and lots in between. Maurizio was a great tour guide and allowed plenty of time for us to do our own thing as well. When we got back to the ship and spoke with folks who took the ship's tour,we found that we had a better trip at a better price. This comply is HIGHLY recommended. D,

Maurizio is the best guide we have ever had in Italy. He know all the best routes, places and is very well educated. Took us to an amazing (non-tourist) place to eat and it was by far, the best meal we had in Italy. He's a very safe driver and a great addition to your vacation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

<p>Our group received a drive to Pisa and Florence and back. And that was it - for 680 euros. We should have rented a van, paid fuel and parking and done the same for third of the price. No real guide, only a driver with terrible English.</p>
