Pasta Cooking Class With Unlimited Wine In Florence

We had a wonderful time learning how to make pasta from Arturo. He was a great teacher and had a great sense of humor. It was easy to follow along and a great time getting to know the others participating in the experience.

This was a great class to learn how to make pasta. We had a fantastic instructor/chef that was helpful with everyone from the adults to the children in the class. Would absolutely take the class again just to eat the freshly made pasta at the end!

This was an amazing cooking class! We did the 10 AM time slot and only had 7 people in the class total so it felt like a private class. Francesca was a wonderful chef who made the experience so fun! You make 3 different kinds of pasta. Would definitely recommend this tour!

The class was very enjoyable. Chef David was great and our small children were able to keep up and learn a lot about pasta making.

The cooking experience with David Rosati was amazing! We learned so much and it was perfect.

I did this experience in my last trip but had a different instructor. Our current instructor was an older grouchy man who was visibly getting upset at the students and taking over our pasta making experience. He was also getting upset at us drinking and laughing. This could have been a perfect activity but our instructor really put a damp on it. He also kept saying that he did not like Italy!!!! But he was Italian…he said not to comeback to Italy and go to Thailand instead. Request NOT to have the older male chef I think his name started with an M and he’s slightly bald with a ponytail

Excellent fun . Ask for the WiFi to get the recipes . We had a blast and can not wait to have our repeat party at home

It was first time cooking class in the world. We are so excited class and Arthur did not disappoint us. He is never very good bundle group and he made us laugh so much and taught us how to make pasta in such a fun and humorous way, even though it was our first time making it. Also unlimited wine was really good ! If you looking for cooking class in Florence, I highly recommend here , you never regret ✨✨

Wonderful experience, Gio is an excellent teacher and very engaging. Great wine and revioli was delicious. Only issue was that we were given the wrong address for our booking, but thankfully we were able to arrive just in time since we arrived 15 minutes early.

The pasta cooking experience was so much fun! Aurora did a wonderful job leading the large group through making three kinds of pasta. The wine flowed and we had a wonderful meal with three different types of pasta and sauce.

It was an amazing experience. We had to pay no extra fees and everything was ready and clean for us. Andrea is a great entertainer and made us laugh and enjoy the entire time, the whole 40/50 minutes. Group size was great too

The experience was not as expected at all. Through the entire class all we made was pasta dough, ricotta filling for raviolis, then shaped pastas. Tiramisu was already made and we were told we would be sent the ingredient list and instructions on how to make it via email… but that’s what we are there for?.. All of the cooking was done by the chef. While shaping your pasta, instead of the chef verbally telling you how to fix it, they went ahead and did it for you without asking. Not to mention, there were a ton of flies all over the table, dough equipment, and ingredients themselves. Overall it was rushed, felt dirty, and not educational since the chef did everything. Very disappointing, and would definitely NOT recommend.

If you’re looking to only do 10% of the work, then this “cooking” class is for you! Not only did the guy in charge of the class smell TERRIBLE, but he had completely taken over the entire class. We were only allowed to make the dough. He made the tiramisu before the class, boiled the pasta, made the sauces, cut up the ingredients, stirred the pasta into the Parmesan wheel, told you when you could film him for something cool coming up of him cooking that you might want to get on video, etc…the ONLY perk of this place was the unlimited wine. Other than that, this place was dirty, swarming with flies and they were very rude about letting guests in on time. They made everyone wait outside the gates in the cold, and let everyone in AFTER the starting time. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. You want to know the best part? He put a bucket out for tips at the end…I would never recommend this to anyone!

Mia was extraordinary. You could feel her passion for the food. I could see some people struggling, and yet with her teaching, it ended up tasting incredible. Do not hesitate. Book this. Also: unlimited wine is real.

Excellent experience with professional chef David. Cooked three pastas. Ravioli with parmigiana and ricotta stuffing and butter and sage sauce. Then tortellini with tomato & basil sauce & lastly pappardelle with beef ragu. Excellent wine and excellent chef.

The Chef was phenomenal, very enthusiastic and made sure everyone felt comfortable with the process. I highly recommend this class and the food came out delicious.

This was the highlight to our trip! Lorenzo was wonderful, very interactive and a great teacher. Atmosphere was incredible unique too. I would live to get the recipes for the dishes that we made.

Lorenzo was very fun and made the experience very memorable. For a slow learner like me, the instructions to make different pasta wasn’t too hard and it was fun to do! I’m now motivated to keep making pasta from scratch haha
