Laura was an excellent guide! We had a very small group and she was able to answer questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the art and history if the Medici. She is also excellent with younger tourists!

The first tour of our visit and thanks to Riccardo, our guide, the greatest start we could have had. So knowledgable and full of details the visit was great and the added recommendations of less well known museums to visit added to our trip. We can’t thank you enough.
The value did not match the price. We didn’t start until noon as it took the guide 25 minutes to pick up our tickets at the desk. She had to leave “early” at one o’clock apologizing for this. But we had paid $118 ($58) each for one hour. The guide provided interesting info and spoke good English and was very gracious. But too short a tour for the cost as we expected 2 hrs, not one.
We didn't know just how gorgeous the inside of this building was, and this tour was absolutely wonderful. I don't think the palazzo would have been half as meaningful without a guide to walk us through it! Our guide, Viola M, was very excited and knowledgeable about the palace and Florence in general.
Tour was great and our guide was highly intelligent and engaging with our children ages 15, 12, 10. Every tour we took with Viator in Rome Florence Venice was excellent

<p>The tour was interesting. The guide was very knowledgeable and answered all questions well. But the group was too large, maybe 35 people. We were told to be there at 10:00 but were still standing in the rain waiting for 3 people at 10:25. There should be a backup plan for someone to meet stragglers so everyone else can start the tour. The tour was advertised as 75 min. But we only spent an hour and there was lots in the Academia still to see so not sure why we didn't continue a bit longer.</p>

Ricardo explained exceptionally the palace Vecchio. He told us anecdotes and was very pleasant. He's a lovely boy with an exquisite upbringing.
Nice guide! Annette speaks perfect English and knows something about everything! Very interesting and makes you look at the palace in a different way. We enjoyed it! Highly recommended!

Excellent walk, very beautiful and quite interesting history. In addition, what contributed even more to we loved the visit was our guide Valentina. Sympathetic and familiar with the smallest details of the history of the palace. I recommend visiting the Palace and, if possible, doing it with Valentina.
We enjoyed it very much, and we would like to congratulate our Guide Leonardo because his English language is very good and he has given us an extraordinary explanation, and he is very friendly.
We were led by Samuele in English! His enormous knowledge of art and Florence impressed us. The 90 minutes have gone by like in flight. I highly recommend this tour. Palazzo Vecchio with Samuele was great.
Valentina has made a full tour of the Palazzo Vecchio. She has been super attentive and her explanations and knowledge very complete. It has been a pleasure to know this wonderful place with its explanations. Fully recommended.
We were two couples, one more fluent in Spanish and the other more fluent in English. As the day of booking the option of visiting in French was not available, each couple took their turn in a second language. The meeting time being the same finally there was Viola who came to go around in English, we discovered that she spoke very good French and so we went around with her. Visit a was very interesting. She is very pleasant, attentive and dynamic. Of the three guided tours purchased (2 with another agency) this one was the best. Thank you Viola for your adaptability and for making a much more than animated historical visit.
